Pharmacy staff is completely unprofessional and rude!My mother had an appointment for the PCR test, when she arrived she was first told they didn’t see an appointment for her, the female technician asked to see my mothers email confirmation for her appointment. Once she verified that my mom did in fact have an appointment, the female tech advised my mother the pharmacy had no supplies to perform the test. My mothers asked for a solution being that this is an inconvenience for her. The female technician was extremely rude and unprofessional, when asked to talk to the pharmacist he had the same answer for my mother “ they can’t do anything to help”. I don’t understand how can’t they just notify customers and cancel their appointments if they do not have supplies! Such a waste of time to go there!I’m a pharmacy technician myself and this is not how we are taught to treat patients and customers!Do not recommend this pharmacy.
I agree with the other gentleman’s post. Get a friendlier pharmacist. The female pharmacist is rude and extremely short. ( I don’t mean in height.) Consumers don’t deserve that type of treatment. There are plenty of professions out there. Choose one more suitable to your personality.
Manager is disrespectful and a lier. My family has been shopping there for the last 20 years. That ended today. It’s a shame because the pharmacy is one of the best
Super bad customer service at the pharmacy! I had an appointment for my test, when I arrived by the drive thru, after a long wait in front of the person in charge, who did not even raise his eyes or utter a word of good morning one moment please she asked me for the phone physically to check the information. When she returned it, she informed me that it will not be possible to do the test due to lack of supplies. That they had already been like this for several days. I do not understand why they DO NOT communicate (by email, or phone call or text) to cancel or simply the system does not allow making appointments online❗️ In addition to being super rude the lady who asked for my phone, I realize she had deleted the email received from Wallgreens with the confirmation of the appointment . A shame and lack of respect for my privacy! Zero professional. The Walgreens Pharmacy staff do not offer any kind of help! Service getting worse.
Drive all the way to this one for a covid test only to find out they are t doing them but for whatever reason they are still allowing people to make appts for them
Store consistently opens late on Saturdays. Otherwise, employees are nice. Today is not Saturday and at 6:04 store is still not open. Late today again…

The worst experience that I have ever had. I asked an employee after looking for a product she didny allow me to finish my question calls she calls someone else over to tell me the products is not being sold in the store. Which the item do reflect on the website that its in stock in this particular store. I was not in line I was looking for other items to purchase the cashier was rushing me to cash im assuming to leave the store since no one could answer my questions an they were upset I asked any questions at all.

Sent in some disposable cameras 3 weeks ago, I went back to pick them up after the first week and got told by who I assume was the manager that they werent there and still processing and he told me to call back the next day. So I actually just went in the next day instead of calling and spoke to a different gentleman who actually looked everywhere, in random boxes that were laying around and he found both cameras as if they had never been sent, he then apologized that it hadnt been handled the right way and told me hed send them the correct way the following week & give a discount on them. 2 weeks later theres still no sign of my pictures. Waiting for a call back to get some sort of info. This possibly could be due to the virus but at least give me a number to call or let me know whats going on.

Its a Walgreens. They clean the floor, try their best to de-pharmacy-patient the bathrooms and sell overpriced not-medicine because Im not going to another damn store today. Everyones nice enough. Its a good Walgreens.
I give the highest review and appreciation for the manager Juan (not sure of his last name). I came in to this Walgreens on Friday with a sick child who unfortunately vomited all over the inside front entrance. As embarrassed as both me and my 5 year old were, Juan was extremely understanding. I profusely apologized for the mess and he was nothing but gracious and told my 5 year old he hoped he felt better as we left the store. Might seem insignificant to others but his kindness was needed on that day. Thank you Juan!
I have been using Walgreens for about 20 years if not more. They have always contacted me when there is an issue. I have seen commercials on how Walgreens is here to help with our busy lives. Obviously, thats a lie. The one time I do need Walgreens to tell me I have NO refills on my medication they dont tell me. When I spoke to the pharmacist on Saturday afternoon shes asking me about my share liability in not noticing that I didnt have refills. Really!!!! Awesome way to treat your customers!!

Your patience and persistence with her awful doctors office to get her the correct medicine is beyond appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to explain everything in detail, and go above and beyond! My mother in law got her correct medicine, and the stress has been taken off our shoulders. You rock!
I asked the cashier to separate the 16 pack of batteries from my 2 chocolate bars which he had just tossed all into one bag. He reluctantly separated them, and as I was taking my receipt my hand touched his. He quickly wiped his hand on his pant. And to top it off, stared at me while he was doing it. I’m sure the fact that I am a black woman and he’s a white man had nothing to do with him wiping his hand on his pant leg after our hands touched.
This Walgreens never disappoints. Highly recommended.
Worst pharmacy experience ever the lines are always an hour long and when you try to speak to the pharmacy by phone it takes two hours to get in contact with someone else why do I have to wait two hours on the phone this is ridiculous
I want give a review especially to Walgreen Farmacy 10881 W Oakland Park boulevard, Sunrise 33351, I have had a few bad experience with the farmacy staff, but the want that happens today is unacceptable, I called de farmacy to refill my prescription like. 4 times, because they continued telling me that my medication was closed an that the need my doctor’s approval which wasn’t true I had to go to the doctor’s office even though I was right, they called to the farmacy because I was right I had one more refill and they told the same thing to the person in charge in my Doctor’s office, they star talking and finally the ladie who callled to Walgreens found out that they make a big mistake, they ha close my medication with out my doctor’s permission, I was despered because the weekend is coming and I wouldn’t have any medication, and they can’t make that kind of mistake especially in a medication like mine, I could have a very bad reacción if I don’t take that medication so please I want to let you now that that farmacy should be more carefully about what they are doing especially with this medication, I’m really upset.Finally after they made me go through out this inconvenient I don’t like that farmacy any more, I’m even thinking about changing to anorher farmacy.
I had to wait a while but the service was good.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I was grilled in front of a crowd about my very private prescription. It was very embarrassing. The Pharmacist, Keisha, was extremely rude.I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
The manager in AM shift was rude and she has no passions .....usually i came here to buy some eggs and milk but no more..she is hispanic and talk really loudly .while i was standing in line a delivery guy came and asked her Excuse me maam ; where is the U-boult cart i have some beverage delivery for your store and if you are busy just direct me to the cart i can bring that out.Even that evil soul shouted on that poor delivery guy..... Tow other customers and i left our stuff on the counter and just walk away ...idk who hired her as manager ?No manners at all.i hope some one read this and take some action aginst her.
