Been there before for other complex services and I was out in 1-2 hours. Go in early Saturday morning (before they open), I am 4th in line on the QUICK lane, and the check-in guy tells me the wait is 3-4 hours. For an oil change, 3-4 hours. Please dont call it quick, its just misleading and false advertising. Update - Forgot to mention, I didnt stay to wait, I went to Pines Ford. Was out in 2 hours.

Sawgrass Ford Quick Lane service is the BEST. I travel from afar for the excellent service provided by Yohan Sedano and his team of certified technicians. At Sawgrass Ford, the service costs are competitive and with coupon specials and price matching, I would rather get dealership service than generic service centers like Pep Boys, Wal-Mart, etc. at the same or lesser cost. Service you can trust!!!

This is a wonderful auto repair and oil change. The Quick Lane is just that- quick. They do a good job, thoroughly checking everything and filling your fluids, and they do it rapidly. The service representatives are nice and helpful. They tell you if something is wrong, and they tell you if something needs to be done or if it can be put off. All around, its a good place to go. I take my new Ford truck here every time, I dont want it to get messed up somewhere else!

They are very friendly and give great details on any problems your vehicle might have.

Bait and switch. Came in to get new brakes and rotors resurfaced with the $179 per axle or less promotion ($358+tax front and back) my 2016 ford. The guy looks at the tires for literally 1 second and tells me it will run $389 per axle($778 +tax front and back). The rotors were not even bad, I could have even gone with the $99 brake only special ($198 +tax) but the guy kept pushing and insisting I pay the extra $580 +tax to install new rotors. The price of rotors and brake set on fords website was $80 for the front and $75 for the back. So an extra $623 just in labor for something that takes 1-2 hours max. Took it somewhere else and paid way less and saved hundreds of dollars

My son and his wife go there. Nice to have someone who handles your servicing scheduling/billing etc. each time they go there. Have to say repairs take a day or two later than they were told to expect.

Took daughter to get car fixed, and they finally fixed the problem, after taking it to another Ford, they didnt complete work, But the Sawgrass location. was honest and car is riding smooth again! My daughter, and the family, Thank you!! Well be back for regular oil changes! Coming from 150 something miles!!

Left my keys in drop box for Jess Horn after 5pm, received progress update at 8am, driving home at 4pm. What else do you need to know??Wife didnt notice her car was missing. Hassle free.

I cant say enough good things about the service department. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and dont try to sell you crap you dont need. They do a oil change and tire rotation on my f150 cheaper then I can do it. This last time they threw in a car wash. Great place!!

Love to come to this dealership but service advisors need to listen to there customers because my little request was not full filled. That can make a customer not want to come back.

Took both my ford and Tahoe in to sawgrass ford for an oil change. From start to finish it took less than 30 minutes. They have free wifi while you wait and phone charging station and fresh brewed coffee and even fresh baked cookies on Saturdays.

After normal oil service and inspection, wheel nuts are now so tight unable to remove with standard vehicle tooling.One wheel nut rounded so cannot remove.Called service dept to discuss and was hung up on twice by the advisor. Would never go back.

BEWARE. These people are scammers, engaging in predatory business practices. I was quoted a $75 fee to repair a small crack on my phone. I offered to pay up front and was told to pay after my phone was returned. When I returned the scammer told me I owed him $275. He refused to return my phone. Refused to provide his name or manager. The police were involved and he also refused to provide them with ID. He finally agreed to give me the phone at a lower price because he didnt want to have to show his ID to the police. I will be escalating my complaint to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Immigration. I cant imagine how many other customer he has victimized, especially other immigrants who dont have the resources to take legal action. This man was about to lie to another customer about his pricing before I warned the man that the real cost was $275. SCAMMERS plain and simple. I will most certainly be escalating this issue.

I arrived at 11:30 on a wed morning for a tire change, It is now 2:30 still dont have the car back ..but Joshua Prasad found me a great deal on tires. It is just a very very long wait...

Just called for the price for an oil change, was put on hold for 10 minutes, then was told may cost 39.99, but they were not sure. I did not know until today that oil changes were such a complicated thing. I always thought it was oil a filter and a person to change it.. This is why i choose to do my business with Autonation Ford, even if it involves me having to drive 20 minutes out of my way.

All lousy reps EXCEPT EUGENE hes the MVP.Call them and no one answers. Takes a week to make a appointment all so that they can take a picture and wait another week to hear back from Ford. Then take car to get serviced and it takes them all day to restore a headlight.. Cmon guys!
