This place is a joke. Went on a Friday midday, opened door was greeted with a hello...but no one came forward heard a voice say hello again and decided to walk further in. Was shown counter tops via a cell phone, given a price on a post-it. Yep, no thank you....Ill keep looking for a company that wants to do business elsewhere.

I purchased a wood vanity cabinet from Tops cabinet, I spoke with a young lady named Tatiana. She was very helpful over the phone. I went to their store showroom and saw samples and I provided the measurements. They quoted me the price and I was happy with the quote. We agreed on the date of pickup, I called the day before to confirm and they assured me the cabinet would be there ready. I showed up at the arranged date and time and the cabinet was ready as expected, there was no issues or problems. they were very professional, and the cabinet was better than any cabinet from Home Depot and cheaper. I was very pleased and now I will be buying a second cabinet for my half bath downstairs. I would highly recommend this shop for all your cabinet needs, the only thing that was a bit difficult was communicating with the owner Judy as they are Chinese, I believe. I am not sure we communicated well, but I let her know that I was very pleased, they were grateful that I was happy. My experience was better than that of the big stores, it was great getting exactly what you wanted at a decent price.Raul Santana.

Tom helped us to completely renovate our condo. He gave us several design suggestions for our kitchen, bathrooms, and bar area. Tom patiently worked through several iterations to ensure we were completely satisfied with the final design. Tom was able to expertly guide us through design features, options, handles and countertop alternatives, making valuable suggestions throughout the process. The installation team did a great job and the countertops and sinks look wonderful. Attentive customer service, great product, extremely competitive price. We couldn’t be happier.

At the beginning I was very exited when I hired Miguel to do my kitchen, but after 2 months my kitchen has not been done. Not only he will lie to me about coming to complete the work, but the work done was so unprofessional and with no quality. You will think you will save money hiring this company, but at the end you will end up spending more.They will never answer the phone and will lie to you about completion of job, so please be careful because if you want to finish the job in less than a month it will NEVER HAPPEN!!!!Delia his administrator lady on the other hand is very nice and respectful, something that the owner lack completely. Im very disappointed with the job done so far and praying he will finish my job one day.

This store has obviously changed hands since the negative reviews a few months ago. Mr Tom, the owner, personally came to our house to measure everything and had a lot of great ideas for the layout of our kitchen. Tom went above and beyond to make sure my wife had EVERYTHING she wanted. The installers were supposed to arrive between 10am and 11am and they arrived 10:25. They got right to work and finished around 4pm. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful and are all wood, no particle board. For the quality and the price there is no reason to go elsewhere. I dont write many reviews but the service that we received from this company is beyond reproach.

I waited almost 2 months for my kitchen to be completely done from the day they started. The owner will never answer his phone neither his employees. He will also lie to me every time I spoke to him regarding the finishing of the project. Also, he had an excuse for everything giving me wrong dates and a time line. In addition, the lack of respect towards me the customer was unbelievable rude. Never had someone treat me that way. I wish I never hired this company.

I just read other reviews and I can’t believe that I fell for the same BS from Miguel. I never knew that when you go to the store you can get scammed like that! Beware ! He comet across very nice and honest but he is not!

I have actually never shopped at this store nor will II pulled in to the only handicap space in the parking lot there is a total of 3 businesses that share parking and the guy at the store tells me I cannot park they are because I am not his customer when I actually had my handicap placard up in the window he said he doesnt care that Im handicap only customers that are handicapped better shopping at his store can park there which is against the law I check not only that I called my attorney he said thats not allowed And then I called the police they said he could not do that As long as you are a customer hes nice to you but if you were not in you need to park in a handicap spot if you wanna go to any of the other businesses that are in that little area will be real nasty to you and tell you cant park there
