The work they did in my home was poorly done... The first red flag was when they replaced my bathroom vanity. The new vanity was smaller than the one they were replacing and instead of calling me for the ok to fix the walls that were damaged and exposed after removing the old one they installed it and left the surrounding walls a mess. To continue, when I opened one of the doors on the vanity, it came off in my hand. His response was that they did not make the cabinets. He eventually fixed it because there was additional work in our contract and not fixing it would have led me to finding a better company to install my kitchen island, and take that money out of his pocket. The island in the kitchen is horribly done. It is installed unevenly and the soft close drawers dont soft close. My budget doubled and they left a mess. I will NEVER use this company again and I will warn ANYONE thinking about hiring this company...DONT!!!

The worst business experience I had it was this company if can say company. I was told I will have kitchen done by Christmas (but I guess I forgot to ask what year 2017 or 2018). I am totally disappointed with the cooperation with this gentleman Denis. Never answer phone calls or text messages,never reply back. I regret I hired this company,instead enjoying Christmas I dont even have a refrigerator installed which I was told will be done 2 weeks ago. They can show to work 2 times a week and only for few hours. Unfortunately I have to stop all the cooperation with them and hire a different company who can do my kitchen. Started our kitchen renovations with this company in September.. by November it was constant on the phone calling and getting the most immature excuses just for trying to get them to come in and finish so it was usable for the holidays. As a small business owner as well we understand other businesses but it seemed that the owner marketed to get business that he did not have the manpower or qualifications to do either. And we have not heard back from him since December despite having full payment but half of a job completed. So we have no knobs, broken sections, loose drawers, tiling not done, missing slab that was to be in laundry room, the list goes on and on. I think giving him six months is fair enough to respond and make whole and he hasnt. Buyer beware that it isnt worth it and you wont be happy with your experience . And considering he went on quite a few trips while trying to do my job, obviously he robbed us to live his lifestyle.

Got my kitchen fast and without any issues. Design was free and cabinets showed up in 3 days. Countertop took about a week after that. Great installers and good customer service. Will be using again.

NO STARS for this company. Not reliable. They did not tell the truth from day one, didnt return phone calls, crew didnt show up for days and weeks on end. Put in wrong tile and when Denis was told about it he didnt even check on his workers. Was promised the job would be done in a few months, after 7 months of not much getting done, I was told they couldnt finish the job for the price I was quoted. Crew was paid for job they were supposed to have done, no one checked, work was not done and disappeared, then I was told I was the one who was going to have to pay more! Would never recommend.

No star for this company, Please! DO NOT! do business with this company. Once Dennis get’s your down payment he will not answer anymore of your phone call. He give’s you a starting date and 7 days later still didn’t show up, when the job was finally finished he sent a bill for twice the amount. Dennis is DISHONEST UNRELIABLE UNREACHABLE and UNDEPENDABLE, not someone you would want to do business with. worse experience ever!

There’s no picture proof of finished kitchens.The rating for this company would be zero if possible. Do not do business with this person (Dennis). He is 2 faced. He initially showed us a nice and caring face and after he collected the down payment, he disappeared. We called, texted, left voicemails, visited the store and even talked to his assistant. He completely vanishes.We also had another issue with the person who runs this business. My husband was without a job for a while and he knew our situation. He asked my husband for help with a demolition job for which he would pay $850 for. My husband did the job on November 27th. We saw him on November 30th to authorize the cabinet design. As we were leaving his business, we asked about my husband’s payment and he said he would send it as soon as we left via quick pay or zelle. That was the last time we ever saw him or heard from him. He took the $8000 down payment and my husband’s $850.Dennis if you’re reading this, then be a human being. You’re a father and you should understand. We were told our kitchen would be done by December 22nd, in time for the holidays. We ended up missing out on both Christmas and New Years.We heard about this company from our general contractor who was rebuilding our family room due to water damage. Due to the proximity of the two rooms, our back splash and countertop was damaged by the mold remediation company. Seeing we were going to be allocated funds to replace the back splash and the counter top, we opted to redo (modernize) the kitchen while we were at it.The owners name is Dennis. Dennis does NOT respond to phone calls! Dennis does NOT respond to emails! Dennis does NOT follow a schedule! Dennis sends his assistant to the house, many times unannounced and unscheduled by the homeowners! Truthfully, Dennis seriously lacks customer service skills and shows absolutely NO regard for the home owners who entrust him with completing one of the most expensive home renovation jobs. Dennis makes you, the customer, feel as if you are an inconvenience or a nuisance to be contended with.Our kitchen which should have been done in less than one month, just got done 2.5 weeks ago (March 2018). Our situation got so bad that we had to get our attorney involved regarding breach of contract. We also had to call for a meeting with the general contractor and Dennis to discuss what was the hold-up. Dennis at that time said that he would send weekly email updates as far as timeline. We got one and he quickly reverted to being incommunicado. He has been an embarrassment to the general contractor who has subsequently found out that he is going to drag his own companys name and reputation down in the gutter if he continues to align himself with USA Kitchen Cabinets and its owner.As an fyi, USA Kitchen Cabinets consists of TWO people. The owner, Dennis, and a very conscientious young man named Carey. In communicating with Dennis, you will hear him refer to his punch out guy, his back splash guy, and his cabinet guy. All his guys are the one and same, Carey.Thankfully, we did not have to take legal proceedings further but it is ironic to note, as it stands, Dennis is currently taking one of his suppliers to court. One of the biggest gripes he has with them??? FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE!!! He says he is unable to get through to them and when he leaves a message, they do not return his calls. Karma! It certainly isnt a lady.We would NEVER recommend this company to friends or even strangers, online.
