When my sales advisor texted me pictures of the car, it had a double sunroof. The day I came to look at the car, it was locked and I didnt think to say let me make sure it has a sunroof. We agreed on one price for the car and the next day when I got there, it wasnt the price.I had to negotiate with them over the price, which I found absurd. When I finally got my car, I got home and there was a scratch on the back bumper. I texted Matt right away and he said he would get back to me first thing the next day because he was off. I had to text him the next day. That was Thursday, 10/ 28. I texted him again on 10/29 and he was suppose to get with his touchup guy and I have heard nothing. It is 11/1. I am not very happy with how all of this is being handled!

STAY AWAY!! If I could give this place no stars I would. Took my truck in for an evaluation since the gas wasn’t marking on my dashboard. We’ve changed the fuel module 4 times and it’s still not reading on the dashboard. All this was told to the service person Wayne on Saturday morning (Aug 28). Wayne told us we had to pay a $200 diagnosis fee and that would go toward the repair of the car. Which was ok with us. Mind you we had told them what the problem was. After dropping off the vehicle, we had to go rent a car for the day. The 1 day rental turned into a 5 day rental after many talks with Wayne saying they were swamped with cars and couldn’t get to our car. At this point I was furious since our vehicle kept getting pushed back. On the 5th day, Wayne called and said nothing was wrong with the car. And I explained to him that the gas wasn’t reading on the odometer. I had told him this when we dropped of the car. He said that in order for them to diagnose it further, they would need to drop the tank and charge me an additional $1000 to do this. At this point, I was more than furious since my car had been sitting there for 5 days for them to tell me this. Especially since I had told them what the issue was. I went to pick up my car and Wayne said they had put another car up on the lift and that they would finish putting mine back together and should be ready by the next day (day 6). I said ABSOLUTELY NOT. I needed my car that same day before they closed at 6. When I arrived, we had to pay the $200 even though they didn’t do a diagnosis of the car nor did they fix the problem. At the end with all the money spent on a rental and the “diagnosis fee” for the dealer I spent over $500. I shouldn’t of had to pay and would like my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer for service at all.

Soon as we pulled up to the lot, we were immediately approached by a sales guy, a really tall one I forgot his name. We told him exactly what we want and he took us straight in to get the keys and passed us on to the sales person that was next in line because it was not his turn. That was fair. Our sales guy was amazing!! The whole process was only about 3 hours if that! He made us laugh so much and had a great personality over all!! Even the finance guy, manager and insurance guy were all awesome!!

Even though I arrived ahead of time for my appointment, there was a delay of several hours before my vehicle could be serviced. What is the purpose of an appointment? If you are that far behind schedule, it would be better to call ahead of time and offer the customer another option. Secondly, the labor quote was insanely high. Its a $280 part and I was quoted over $1000 total. This meant I had to pay the $160 for inspection and walk out with nothing done to the truck. Swapping out the part seriously is a half-hour job, I ended up doing it myself.
Staff that I was in contact with from Start to Finish treated me like family. I felt like i was being taken care of from the first point of contact on the phone, to walking into the showroom floor, walking me through the process, applying for financing, meeting the service center staff, to the end. I would definitely recommend my friends, family, and colleagues to purchase from Ed Morse Sawgrass (Chevorlet) Auto Mall.

My Bolt EV had an issue with the Bosch i-Boost power assist unit for the brakes. The car was making a clicking sound. A solution that outlined in the official Service Bulletin #20-NA-170Before Ed Morse, I appoached 5 Chevy dealerships to no avail.I contacted Tiffany Alvarez, and she arranged the service.My car was fixed.Nagging clicking sound is competely gone.I would like to mention Tiffanys great communications skills. Phone calls, emails, SMS texting, all of them are working with Tiffany. 😊Will bring our 2nd Chevy Bolt EV, with the same issue, for a service too.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic because my front lights were not working. I paid $200 for the diagnostic. I received a call the next day stating it will be $254 to fix my lights. I agreed to have them fixed. Picked up my car about an hour later. I told the serviceman they lights arent working, he said its because the sun is out. Fastward to night, the lights are not fixed! I want a full refund from my lights and the diagnostic!
My service advisor Jose is awesome however I was told over the phone my oilChange would only take an hour but it took 2 hrs. Didn’t like that.

DIC indicated put vehicle into park when the transmission was in park. Jason, our Service Writer told us this happens a lot. We were told it would take roughly 2-3 hours to repair so we left the vehicle with Jason. He called within the time frame stating the vehicle was ready. Hopefully it lasts from what I was reading online.

It was for an oil change. I have been going to ED MORSE for service on my vehicles and I have been leasing vehicles for the last nine years. The service department is fantastic. Aldo really cares about the customer and their needs. Whenever I have leased a vehicle from the GMC portion the manager Bret is not only customer service related he will walk you through every step and really makes sure that whoever the salesperson is the customer at the end leaves the showroom satisfied.
Steve is a great people person he explains everything and he make sure you understand what going on will be back because the care he provides. But the gentleman that said I had a nail in my tier needs to be talked to because I took my truck to tiers plus because it was $100.00 cheaper for the tire I needed and they said I have NO NAIL IN MY TIER THEY PUT IT IN WATER AND EVERYTHING TOOK IT OFF AND NO NAIL THAN THEY LOOKED AT ALL TIERS TO MAKE SURE AND NO NAIL FILLED IT UP AND I WAS ON MY WAY . THE ONLY REASON I WILL TAKE MY TRUCK IN IS FOR THE CARE STEVE GIVES TO PEOPLE

My Salesman Ken Moskowitz was awesome. I spent 2 hours deciding if I wanted to purchase my Tahoe. I never felt pressured and he was not pushy at all. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly. Even the finance person was friendly and professional and I enjoyed our conversation while filling out the paperwork. This is rare for a finance person. Jonathan the manager was also very helpful. I spent a lot of time asking him many questions and he was very patient. He was also very helpful when I realized the next day I left something valuable in my trade-in. They had my truck for two weeks, couldnt provide a loner because of the warranty work that needed to be done then told me all the work was address so picked up my truck from them. Come to find out not all the work was address and my phone calls is not getting returned now to correct the issues.

Todd has been my repair representative for over a decade and has always been a great resource for me. This past service he went out of his way with the Road Side team to pick my truck up from my home as it had a screw in the tire and could not be driven. Now that is customer service!
I just picked up my vehicle from the service department today and couldn’t be happier with the treatment or the service that I received. My service advisor was Wayne Quick and it’s really a shame that you don’t find more people like him. Wayne was extremely polite, helpful and he automatically kept in contact with me regarding the repair status of my vehicle. Wayne made it a pleasure in bringing my vehicle to Ed Morse Chevrolet. The service department addressed my repair quickly, professionally and even washed my vehicle for me. After a run of bad luck/unprofessionalism with other dealers in the area, I tried Ed Morse Sawgrass and I’m extremely happy that I did, even though it was the farthest from my home. I will ALWAYS make the drive from this day forward, to Ed Morse.....it was absolutely worth the experience.

The price of the vehicle is $5000.00 more than the other dealerships for the same brand/trim. Regular price is $53K. Increased to $58K. The information given by the sales team is not reliable/satisfactory. However, I lost around $5K in this Chevy Traverse Premier purchase.
I had a scheduled routine oil change, inspection & tire rotation. When I arrived I asked how long it would take and they said maybe 2 hours, which sounded absolutely ridiculous which already made me annoyed..But they called me back to come pick it up after about 1.45hr...Other than that I have no complaints except I asked why was the wait so long and he said they are short staffed. Thats the last thing I want to hear for a simple service.

Alberto handled everything well, from the moment i arrived he was very helpful. Once i came in for pick up there was an issue starting my truck. The gentleman who they sent to get my truck was very communicative and relayed the info to the higher ups. I saw there was a lack of action taken seriously from them and therefore more time was dedicated to that than the issue itself. Once i got to the truck i was able to start it somehow. I feel as if the higher ups would listen closely to the information being relayed theyd save alot of time and aggravation from customers and employees alike!Best J

I was somewhat disappointed with the value of my Volt trade in. The dealer did negotiate and raised it some. Some of my technical questions about operation of the Bolt werent able to be answered. I was impressed with how quickly all the paperwork went and the time it took between arrival at the dealer to the drive home in my new 2020 Bolt.
Alberto was just as helpful as Jose. They both make a person feel comfortable bringing ones vehicle there, especially being a woman.

I purchased 3 different lug locks for my tires. This was because of fear that someone might steal them. When I got to the dealership my regular service person Carter was off so another person(dont want to mention his name) took care of me. First thing I told him was that I wanted the lug locks to be installed the way they are currently installed. 1 lock, 1 regular, 1 lock, regular, etc. Simple request. The person that worked on my car had come out to the front and the person that was taking my car to him told him about the 3 different lug locks. First thing that came out of his mouth was huh, more work with a attitude. I didnt appreciate that. And as far as putting my lug locks the way they were, that did not happen. I asked the person that took the car my locks were installed differently all I got from him was I dont tell the guy to install them the way you had it. It was one simple request and I couldnt be done. Maybe it was because Im not that persons regular customer? Now I know next time. Make appointments only when Carter is working. Thank you..
Chris and his team are the best in the business. If you want a fast easy transaction without all the typical new car BS this is the place to go to. They really went above and beyond to take care if me in service as well and thats a rarity in todays day in age. 5 stars for these guys theyre the best.

Update Sept. 2021: please do not go to this place. This was my second time, trying to give a second chance to this place. I called to get my oil change for $70. (Oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection) First, they charged me $82 not $70. They didn’t told me that my cooler was a little low and obviously they didn’t make a refill. I had a sensor problem in my rear right tire. (They said that this replacement cost $280). After the tire rotation, the tire was in the same place..(they didn’t made the rotation) and I request to check my ac. They told me that I need to make another appointment and of course pay for it. If you can go to another place, please do it. Autonation has a better service and not so expensiveThe representatives are very nice and they try to help. But the cost for services is too expensive. So much more than other Chevy dealers.
