I was visiting Florida for work and stopped by this shopping center en route to the airport. I had no plans on purchasing any converse but stopped in. Almost left but Elena explained the amazing discount going on and helped me pick out some items as I was rushed to the airport. Six (6) shoes later and a back pack to put it all in :))) and Elena got me out super quick. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from a retail shop. I will be back and will make sure to shop again at this Converse Store despite having many options here in California. Elena is a prime example of what makes a customer experience AMAZING. Converse - this woman definitely represents your brand well and went above and beyond in heling me that day. I meant to do your on-line survey of her but did not do it within the 7 day time limit and felt compelled to leave one here. ALL for Elena! Thanks again! If you are a Converse fanatic, this will be your spot! Upon entering, I was greeted by a sales associate and later offered hep.I have an affinity for the footwear from here, but Im getting old and can no longer rock the classic Chuck Taylor style that I could at age 16. The fit of that particular shoe is no longer friendly to the backs of my heels. I still love to check out all the funky styles here!I like how all of the items from here are back in style with todays teens. I always see a lot of my 90s fashion favorites showing my up on my friends 15 year old in Los Angeles. I do think most of what is for sale here is fairly classic and timeless when it comes to fashion.Some of the cool versions of the Chucks include glitter, floral patterns, flamingos, leather, suede and much more.If you dont like the fit of the Chuck Taylor, Id suggest trying the One Stars. I highly suggest trying the shoes on here before leaving as they can sometimes be uncomfortable.There was a buy one get one 60% off sale going on during the time of my visit. However, the rules were somewhat strict on what is included in this promotion. Certain shoes could be used as the first pair in the deal, but couldnt be discounted as a second pair option.I always get annoyed when I have to buy more than one item, but in the past Ive gotten good deals here when they offer a nice discount on just ONE pair.In addition to sneakers, they had t-shirts priced at 2 for $30. I spotted a couple of backpacks and some sweatsuits.I love Converse or Adidas Superstars, it just gives a nicer sporty casual look to outfits that regular old running shoes wont!

This place was cool. I unfortunately ended up having to return one the shoes cause of size but they were really cool about the refund even though it was over Black Friday and gave me the full amount. Just a decent experience overall from purchasing to returning.

While shopping at Sawgrass Mall, I visited this store. It was my fist visit here and immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted by an employee. Despite not stocking an abundance of size 8 sneakers, the store did have a pair of sneakers I liked and purchased. Davia, the store manager helped me find that pair of sneakers. I was impressed by Davia’s bubbly personality. She was extremely attentive and kind. In fact, she exuded the ultimate consumer friendliness, and for that, I would like to personally thank her. I wish there were more people in retail like Davia. If you enjoy Converse footwear and are looking to purchase a pair of sneakers, I encourage you to visit this store.
