I was at the store Sunday November 16th 2020 by 5:15pm. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Particularly the african american Manager. Unfortunately I couldnt get her name. Cant say the same of the hispanic manager. She was rude as hell. Maybe thats why they are closing the store. This girl scares customers. Im colombian btw.

Went to store inside mall (across from Zales) and young lady with glasses by fitting rooms is very rude. She doesn’t care about customers leaving store waiting in long lines to checkout. Ladies at register are very nice and helpful.

The clothes and sales they always have are amazing. But when they have staff with attitude it ruins the shopping experience. It is not the first time we go to that store and we get attitude from employees.Today 06/04 an older lady who speaks spanish (whom wasnt wearing a name tag, so I dont know how else to describe her.) seemed annoyed that we were looking at the merchandise, she kept sighing as if it was bothering her that we were unfolding the clothes. We finally decided what to purchase and when we were on our way out, we saw a shirt we liked and started looking for the correct size. As she saw us walking towards it she said Oh dear God in spanish. Then a lady came in with her kids and she looked like a goalie going side by side behind the kids, instead of asking the lady if she needed help. (The kids were not even touching the clothes.) It really affects the experience when the employees give attitude. That is why they are there, to assist customers and take care of the store... I would give the store a 5 star rating, but that specific person, a 1 star rating.

Great place to find occadional deals on exactly what you need. Not premium quality but the deal you get more than compensates. Buy something just once to try them out. Youll see.

Great place to shop for office attire. Prices are great and there’s a wide variety of sizes for both men and women.

Customer service on the floor was lacking. Sales guy walked to the back and front 3 times without stopping to ask if we needed help. It’s a pretty small store, you can see all your customers in one shot and the store wasn’t crowded. It’s the courtesy that counts, clarify the sale and the promo, up sell me.
