I just enter the store to shop on February 27th I was approached in a very rude way by the sales associate, she looks short with a boney tail I had my mask on and she said to me not in a pleasant way to put the mask over my nose. I felt offended uncomfortable I lost the interest of shopping. I will never go back to that store .

I bought a suit for one event with a really really excellent deal, got complemented plenty of times. Store offers wide variety contemporary clothes, classy and comfy. I want to thank Miguel for helping me find a perfect suit, excellent salesman and really nice and honest person. The whole crew is cool and friendly.

I bought 4 T-shirts and some pants here. When back home (Berlin, Germany) I had to find out that the staff at the Theory store did not remove the security sensors. Contacted the customer service and their solution: I could try a department store in Berlin, but not sure if they can help me. Even though I love the cloth I can can only give one star for this solution. Bought the pants for a special occasion and couldn’t wear it. Can’t wear any of the items and probably throw them....very, very disappointing!!!

Need to complain about associate Brenda - was unwilling to talk to me once knowing I wanted to return a dress (made me wait for about 5 minutes while she took pictures of dresses and sent to what seems to be her friends via phone; she also talked loudly on the phone for a personal phone call while I continued to browse later). Whats worse, after waiting for 2 weeks my refund still hasnt shown up on my credit card. Now I have to call this Theory store and my credit card company.
