I am always satisfied with my visits to Carvel! I don’t have any near me and they never disappoint when I have a sweet tooth. It was my first time actually trying the Strawberry sundae in a waffle bowl. I enjoyed the taste and will probably be ordering this from this point on. I add the pound cake in as well to have the best of both worlds. Overall, I don’t have any complaints! Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a nice treat that you stop by!

Selection of cakes are limited and when I asked if I could add extra frosting to the cake I was told they can’t do that and it would be a custom cake that I would have to order 48 hrs in advanced just for extra frosting. I Went to the davie location to see if anything would be different and to my surprise it was they had no problem adding the extra frosting to the cake even after I offered to pay for it they told me there would be no charge.

Ive been here twice now, and honestly it looks well maintained and the staff was super nice and friendly. My favorite thing from there so far is the new churro soft serve !

I know it isn’t the employees fault but what kind of an ice cream store doesn’t let their clients sample ice cream? I don’t know this store or this area, Ended up blindly buying a flavor that tasted bad. Threw it away. Waste of $

The young lady that served me was friendly. She even gave my friend who is in the army a military discount. I would give this location five stars, but Im not crazy about ice cream 😁

I can’t say enough about this place! Not only is everything always fresh but the staff is so customer friendly, always greet you, always smiling! Sometimes I even catch the owners there, what amazing people! Can you tell I’m a regular? Probably about 4 times a week is putting it lightly! ;)

Always a consistently pleasant experience. You’re greeted when you walk in and attended to quickly. They are patient as you make a decision on what you want. The ice cream is delicious, new flavors to choose from and some of your classic flavors you’ve come to love. The place is always clean. Love coming here with my family. No photos because I enjoyed before having this review!

Loved it. Some many flavors & toppings you can play with to make that perfect ice cream or shake treat. I had strawberry flavored soft ice cream with chopped bananas and my daughter had the birthday cake Powder mixed in soft vanilla ice cream without the sprinkles and they were both made into shakes.

Nice service as they were friendly. Price was good and a lot of variety. Reminds me of being a kid when I was taken by my parents. Only thing is that my butter pecan needs to be buttery. Overall great experience

Good place to run to when the ice cream craving hits! I came here a few days ago to pick up a cake for a birthday. I asked them if it was possible to write on the cake, with no hesitation they said yes and although there was a line, they took the cake to the back right away to get what I needed written. Good customer service in my book!

This location and its owners are amazing!!!! I had a last minute order for my husband for his birthday and they more than care through for him. I also did my boys black panther cake and it was amazing!!!! I will be referring my family and friends to this location. They go above and beyond!!! Absolutely love them!!!

Please wash your hands between serving customers and cashing them out / handling cash and credit cards. You need to take precautions in a pandemic when you are working the register and preparing food.

Went here on 09/29/19 at about 9:00PM. Really enjoyed the ice cream, but as my friends and i were leaving, a male employee told us goodnight, next time actually buy some ice cream even though we all did buy ice cream...Really unprofessional behavior.

Extremely disappointed, service was terrible location was not clean. I would not recommend.

Not sure if the two employees were ready to go because it was Sunday...but I didnt feel very welcomed. The tables were really dirty and the Ice cream was mediocre. My husband went to place his ice cream on the table while the employee helped others....she then rushed to the cash register and held up the line while saying uhhhhh. I suppose she thought a family of 4 was going to walkout without paying? (Even though we were seated) Sucks because we stay in the neighborhood, but well have to keep traveling a mile more to Cold Stones.
