Finally I arrived here to purchase a good old “baked bear” treat! The line was long but it moved pretty decent. The ladies were very attentive to each customer and did not rush. I already knew what I wanted- because- go figure- I had already viewed some options to try. I showed the young lady. She asked me if I would like to try the ice cream. It was the gooey butter cookie! The young lady was soooo sweet and helpful. I told her it was my first time and she told me “you must try it warm then”. I tried it and I loved it! I will definitely return. All the cookies looked delicious!!!

Truth be told I frequently order delivery (with door dash) from this place so I never actually went inside. But...OH...MY....G-D...these ice cream sandwiches are made out of angelic light-beings. I ordered 8 various ice cream sandwiches for a dinner party we didnt have time to make dessert for. I swear to you we all ascended to a higher dimension and some of us became enlightened.Try it. She helped me pick out brownies for a party I was throwing, and she even brought out fresh brownies for me AND hand packed them individually, and packed them in a cute box too! Amazing little spot near the Regal Cinema in Sawgrass Malls. I walked in after to look at the selections and the amount of cookies they had, with the selections of ice cream was really good and having a sample definitely helps to choosing what you want in your ice cream cookie sandwich! I tried red velvet and white chocolate macadamia and pairing that with the vanilla lavender was divine!

Such a delicious and customizable food experience! You can choose between cookies, brownies, or a bear bowl. The bear bowl is like a pie tin with cake or cookie on the bottom and you top it with your ice cream of choice. There were also numerous topping options.The cookies were a great texture and we loved all the ice cream flavors we tried. Looking forward to trying more options on our next visit!

Had never been there before.They have Alot of options for it all!.cookies toppings and ice cream. It all looked so good. My hubby had a snickerdoodle & brownie w vanilla ice cream..daughter had chocolate chip cookie, ice cream w whip. I had waffle cone w cookie & cream ice cream. Very good stuff will be coming back for more. Store was clean and staff was friendly.

Delicious options. DIY Ice cream Cookie sandwiches! Too much for me but waffle cones are great too! Kids will love Bear Batter tastes = bubblegum + cake. My new favorite 😍 salted caramel fudge. Amazing!

The service is A1! If it’s your first time they sort of give you a run down of your options to make the ice cream sandwich. You can mix and match the top and bottom cookie/brownie. For mine I chose a red velvet and white chocolate macadamia cookie. It was amazing. The dark chocolate ice cream in the middle was amazing, I recommend you say yes when they ask you if you want them to warm it up. Then the caramel to top it off, amazing! Highly recommended. It’s my second time going.

Visited today for the first time. Nice concept. Wide variety of ice cream flavors. I tried the gluten free chocolate chip cookie with Gf vanilla ice cream and it was ok. Too much Ice cream so it was hard to eat like a sandwich. The cookie was a bit hard. Kids loved the ice cream they got. We ll definitely go back.

I went there today for the first time with my boyfriend to try some ice cream and I have to say it was very yummy, but what was even better than the ice cream was the customer service that Angela provided for us. As soon as we walked in she greeted us and tended to our every need. She was so kind and patient with us first timers and gave amazing recommendations for the ice cream sandwich combinations. 10/10 would definitely visit again hopefully with Angela working behind the counter! She was awesome and made our experience special.

Awesome customer service and the line moved fairly quickly, especially on a grand opening night. I had the brownie bowl with vanilla ice cream. The brownie was warm and moist. Paired with their flavorful vanilla ice cream, it was a party in my mouth. I also took home a Gooey Butter cake cookie and a scoop of their seasonal lavender vanilla flavor. Both great choices as well. I definitely will be visiting again soon.

Just tried The Baked Bear and ordered a brownie bear bowl with bear batter. Impulsively bought a dozen cookies and that might be our new requirement when we visit. The brownie was warm, soft and chewy and the ice cream was just so good! The staff was super nice and helpful. The dozen cookies are a day old which is such a great idea..theyre still delicious and you get to try a variety of their cookies. My husband, son and I all approve and we will be back!

Got a combo, cookie and brownie. The brownies are good but the ice cream was no different from a supermarket brand and the cookie tasted raw. If you like raw cookie dough then you will like these but i like my cookies cooked. The customer service was great.

Came in for a dessert after my day at the mall and was hit with service attitude equivalent to a Popeyes during the new sandwich frenzy. Just awful. Very disappointed in the quality of the food as well, the cookies had that sand like texture taste like the ones you buy from subway. Can’t say I expect a lot from them though, it is located at the sawgrass where any trash souvenirs is bought from foreign visitors for a higher price.
