Bought three ice creams and was charged $22 and some change. Swiped my debit card 3x and was charged each time even though ‘Luis’ assured me I wasn’t charged. Ended up paying cash instead and Luis advised me to call him if I see any charges on my debit card. Now I’m back home in another state and noticed that I was in fact charged an extra $25 for three ice creams and corporate Haagan-Dazs can’t help me since the branches are individually owned. NO ONE answers the phone at the ice cream shop. I’ve called several times over three days and no one picks up. Completely unprofessional how I was literally scammed for an extra $25. Jennifer

I was there recently on a Friday evening at exactly 8:25 p.m. I went to order three milkshakes when the employee told me no milkshakes and wouldn’t tell me why and kept saying no. she also turned away another customers ordering milkshakes we were told that we could only order cones or a cup, no milkshakes. I found this very odd. The other crewmembers were clearly cleaning up and trying to close early. It was only 8:25 pm the mall closes at 9:00 pm. I am pretty sure this isn’t the first time they have done this and probably won’t be the last. Laziness at its finest.

Today August 3rd I went to buy a shake at 8:30 and they said that they couldn’t do the shake because they had been super busy ALL DAY and that they had already cleaned there machines. The girl was really rude about it. Horrible customer service!

A little pricey but in the middle of a tourist trap, it is to be expected. The milk shakes were rich and creamy. Deisy was very polite and very quick to help. Next time, Im passing through, I will stop and grab something else.

Horrible customer service, very rude at the Garden Food Court and they didn’t even make my shake correctly. Seems like they don’t even know the menu they should be making. When I politely asked one of the ladies working where the caramel that is supposed to be on my shake was she ignore me three times then I tried to ask the other employee we had to point to the menu where the dolce de leche shake had caramel because they seemed confused. I work in customer service, I know how we are supposed to act toward customers- that was not it. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Located in sunrise outlet forecourt area in central hub with seating inside food court. Delicious sweet treats. Staff friendly a nice break from shopping with shareable portions

We took the Rocky Road sundae. Small portion was enough for 2 as this is very sweet. The ice cream was pricey but delicious treat once and while. We wanted to taste as we come from Canada we dont have any Häagen-Dazs. The customer service was good and quick.

The customer service is very bad, the girls who attend do it in a bad way and put a very bad face.

Io was there today and at 7:50pm with a line of least 10 people waiting to order and the lady just starts walking around telling everyone they are closed.

The place was very clean and neat. The lady helping us was very nice. She helped my kids and I pick the best flavors and she was super friendly. The staff seemed nice and very attentive. Only downside would be the prices but the customer service provided did make up for it. I was helped by John and Valery.

I want to say I am satisfied with the service this young lady brought me. I do not quite remember her name but I think it’s Valerie or Valeria. When I walk in she immediately gave me a smile like a big welcome that made me feel comfortable as a customer. I am not really a ice cream person but my 6 year old son likes the chocolate smoothie so I got him one and at first I was not sure what to get him but the former employee Valeria was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product she sales! Very professionally service from her part! This young lady has a future ahead of her. I own a body scan business and if I was to choose someone this lady has all the requirements to have her on my team!!! Thank you guys!!Best regards, Steven Lamay

Vanilla Chocolate Chip on a waffle cone is awesome.

To be honest I had a unpleasant ordeal with gelato mio place here and thought to fall back on haagen dazs. You cannot go wrong with this place. Staff was trained well and polite. For your kids if you dont want to explore nonsense places then stick to the brands who has good reputation. Bit pricey but well worth it. will be coming back here again..

I checked the website for the store hours before heading out in the evening which stated that your store was opened till 10pmMy husband and I arrived at 945 pm and the employees were already leaving we told them the website stated 10 pm closing but they insisted we were mistaken and just brushed us off without giving it a second thought obviously being loyal customers has absolutely no advantages. I do not recommend this location better off buying it at the nearest Publix.

I received a very bad attention, since I really wanted to take a milk shake there, and I walked, only to that part of the mall, to buy it. Having arrived at the premises at 7:50 p.m., they indicated that they no longer received orders, because they closed at 8:00 p.m. and the staff at that exact time, retired, so I pointed out that there were still 10 minutes to go close. So they were forced to take care of me, but when I asked for a milk shake, they told me that they had already washed the blenders and that they could not get dirty again. If the malls customer service hours are until 8:00 p.m. on Sundays, until that time, they should attend to the public. For cases like these, the business is losing money, because during my entire trip back to the door to leave the mall, I could see that at that time, the open food places inside the mall had no fewer than 10 customers.

Häagen Dazs is nice but there is a toy store where Google says the ice cream store is so a reminder to Google to update sawgrass.

Called to place a to-go order for my office. We were trying to order 8 shakes for the “milkshake” holiday. The person who answered was quite rude, almost upset she had to answer the phone. Her exact words, “We don’t do to-go orders” and when asked why, her response was, “I don’t know, ask the owner” and then hung up on me. I don’t write 1 star reviews, but this kind of customer service deserves to be made visible.To the owner: You’re surrounded by neighboring businesses who employ human beings that value good customer service and enjoy Häagen-Dazs. If you’re worried about the order going unclaimed, then process payment over the phone. Or, have your employees simply explain your policy in a polite manner, and offer solutions. Instead, you’ve made the brand look bad while turning away a decent amount of business. I guess that’s how this franchise is handled.

Good milkshakes, maybe the staff can be a little more friendly. Besides that I do like their milkshakes.

Terrible staff, apprently newly employed, very slow and kept us waiting more than 10 minutes without even taking our order! We got really irritated by them when they started to take orders from customers who came after us! When we cimplained they said they will take our order in moments!! Very rude, no help and no apology! We had to leave and wont be back though we used to go frequently and have a loyality card. That happened on Monday night

I was about to order some Ice cream when I saw a young male employee scrape condensed ice from inside the ice cream display and wash his dirty hands over open containers of ice cream. Looking closer into the display you could tell it wasnt the first time someone did this as there were many claw marks in the ice. Needless to say, we didnt get any Hagagen Daza.

Horrible service!!! Stood there for over 5 min after the rude women that was working there point at me and said, the line is on the other side, with an attitude. When moved to the other side, I waited for the person in front of me to finished.. When the guy working proceeds to help somebody else. I ended up leaving

Horrible customer service..was standing in line for about 10 mins even though there were 4 employees working at the time I went..super rude, you can tell they dont want to be there and I get it, your jobs sucks but your customers shouldnt be able to tell that you hate your job needless to say they didnt receive a tip from me and the coffee milkshake I got was good definitely not worth $10 but still good

I was on the line and no one bothered to answer. They see that one is already there ready to order and of the 3 people only one was occupied. The other 2 dont even bother to ask or worry what you want.

I came to visit and wanted to enjoy some tasty ice cream and I found it. These ice creams are worth it because they are tasty. The incredible and non-artificial flavors. I will come back here often. Recommended the coffee ice cream.
