I messaged the seller on offer up about a couple items advertised for $39 and $69 dollars upon arrival I asked about the items and the seller quickly tells me his price is now $45 and $125 for what I messaged about just an hour prior.Very poor service overall, I asked 2 other employees 1 who looked to me like the owner and they both turn me down, went to brand smart and got both things at lower price.

Avoid this place at all cost. These are not honest people. They tried to sell me a pocket ultra hd pocket projector for $300 which I latter found out was around $120 on Amazon and it wasnt even Full HD. At the same time, they sold a phone to a friend telling him that was one phone and it was actually the previous version, basically stealing $400 off him.

If I could give this place zero star I would. They are very dishonest, I came into the store with a very specific specs for a projector and they sold me one saying it was it. The store clerk opened the box to test the item. We took the item home and after testing it ourselves we noticed it didnt do what he told us it did. So we took the item back to the store asking for a refund and they said there was no refund. ALL SALES ARE FINALS. There was a note on the receipt that we could return it if the box was never opened, but the store clerk OPENED the box. So be aware this is a very sneaky company. They are in it to scan people.

Over priced and most likely everything is fall off the back of truck stolen. No way Id pay in a mall retail to these rude people. One guy was eating at the end of a counter in plain view while some other guys were just talking didnt try any customer service. Plus retail prices for everything...who the hell has 50 drones 100s of gopro hero6 and cameras like no way not stolen or knock off. Lower prices to below retail and I promise it will sell.

I wanted to buy some bluetooth speakers, instead I get lectured about how Armenian hοIοcaust never happened and the Armenians had it coming. He claimed he has a star and crescent tattooed on his back.The owner is literally Enver Paşa, please avoid this so called store.

I priced an iPhone 7 Plus on vacation at Bravo Electronics and it was almost $700 he gave me the phone for $630 and when I got to the register it was $688. I could not reverse the sale. However, I paid the 20% restocking fee and bought a brand new 7plus on eBay it was brand new and in excellent condition for the price of $409.Do not make a purchase at this store without inquiring their return policy. They do not make mention of it nor is it in bold on the bill that you cannot return the item.Edit: they are creating multiple google accounts to write up fake reviews. DO NOT buy any product here, it is a fraud. My wife got a gamer mouse ($79) highly recomended by the salesperson, however once we opened the box we noticed it is corded. Bought a camera lens for my Rebel and the gentleman was kind enough to teach me how to use it and to even show me a few tricks I didnt know. My wife and her family bough cell phones, they have a great selection and all at pretty cheap prices. I went to a few different stores before and the staff was impatient and not very knowledgeable but here the gentlemen who attended me really knew his stuff. Highly recommended! +++++Be aware: When I was there it was very busy so I had to wait a few minutes for service, but well worth it!

This place is the most dishonest place. They do not tell people that all sales are final and if you need to exchange something they charged you 20% of the product for restocking fee even if is just hours after your purchased the product and is intact in the box. These people are taking advantage of costumers their prices are way higher than other, you can go to Best buy and get the same product for a lot less. They are just a bunch of thiefs!! Do yourself a favor and do not go there. Is best to go to a reputable retailer you will pay less and not be Rob.

Dont shop in this place, i got ripped off in there. They sold me a watch arguing that it had certain basic characteristics that it actually didnt have, a few minutes after the purchase i asked in another establishments and they showed me the real price of the watch, which I verified in the manufacturers price list (Garmin), and as it turned out, Bravo Electeonics sold the watch for more than a hundred dollars higher than the actual price. I immediately went back to Bravo Electronics to show them the proves and to demand a reimbursement, but they just offered store credit in order to make up for the lying and the over price, and when i denied they just left. Customer service in Saugrass Mills told me that this was not the first time that Bravo Electeonics does this to the clients.

Before you spend one red cent at this store ask them what their refund return policy is. I went there today and bought a pair of binoculars and after I left the store I started to look around online to see what they cost and it turns out that the same product costs between $30 and $50 and I paid $130. When I asked the salesman for a refund he asked me to see the receipt and showed me where it says all sales are final. Not only should you not buy from this place but everybody should complain to the better business bureau about this scam of an organization.

More often than not youll be able to find products that are cheaper than these prices and with better quality too. Ignore all the technical terms they use and compare prices before buying anything as theyre likely selling it at a higher price.

Never ever shopping here again. They lied to the customer told them there was a code for ten free games, as far fetched as that sounds the customer purchased it and a disgustingly high price. Not only were the free games not included it was the bae model sold everywhere else at normal retail price. The customer then tried returning the device or at least getting their money back, which they denied in claiming they said anything even remotely close. 100% stay away from this place, go to a regular retail store. Why help a small business when all they do is lie and cheat you of your money.

My niece bought a Lenovo 110s $299. They told her that the price was unbeatable.After she same home I told her to look at amazon, were the price was $155.They can charge whatever they want for their products but they should not lie.This guys are THIEVES, scumbags that will take any opportunity to rip off customers. Trying to rip you off acting nicely, but when you realise that youre being ripped off and leave without being rude, all of a sudden (one) employee becomes angry and starts waving his hands with rude gestures. Guess he got mad because his attempt to scam me went wrong.

Stay away from this place! I went to buy a polaroid camera from here and the employee told me that it was $60. So i’m going to pay and the cashier didn’t even tell me my total so i asked and she said $94. They lie just to get your money. What a scam.

We too have been robbed by this store. Got sold a 249 dollar lens adaptor that as I found out later when I became suspicious I could have bought from b & h for 59 dollars! The pushy salesman wouldnt take no for an answer. Now I find out about the small print and this leaves a very sour taste in the mouth. As a visitor from England you do not expect to go into a reputable mall and be conned like this. The local chamber of commerce should be able to take action against this type of trading. I will never go here again.

Prices are highly overpriced and the return policy is quite extreme (and only written on the bottom of the receipt).I did purchase a vape here which ended up being defective & they replaced it without an overstocking fee when I brought it back. So they arent deserving of a 1 star in my opinions though defiantly not 4 or 5. They are basically an electronics store with pawn-shop prices & policies.

Strange store. Has some very interesting electronic items from the years past, but all the goods are reliably hidden in the Soviet-era glass display cases. Not a single price sticker anywhere either (!)- and very much like in former (corrupt, rotten to the bone, pervert, depressive, but nevertheless sometimes darkly exciting place...) USSR, one has to persuade (that is - bribe, overpay, trade favors with) the seller. That is, depending on your appearance and accent you may get a lower or (much more often) higher quote on the same item! Definitely MUST visit - but make sure you dont buy anything there! P.S. They also regularly change their name (morph, so to say...) - currently they are known as Bluwave Electronics, but in the past the same store was named Bravo Electronics, International Electronics etc etc :-))))
