Very noisy hard to tell what you want to buy in a year services-fair for somebody with my wife trying to talk to her about the headset its like the third person is come up to try and talk to her had I known there was so limited supply of what we were looking at I probably wouldnt have come here in the first place showing me how great the speakers are with their equipment doesnt help me when I want to hook it up to my phone and make it work thats what would impress me if I had it to do over again I would not go to Bose dont make the same mistake I did

I went in to try the the sunglasses and ended up buying them. The sales person was great at explaining the features and letting try them them out. I love my glasses and the fact that they are hands free.

I bought a QC20 and noise canceling feature flickers off and on during use. I know Bose to be outstanding but that is only half the battle.Brought it to another store and had a whirlwind of trouble and headache. Didnt get too far. Brought it here (originally purchased) and the gal offered excellent customer service with a huge smile and exceptional attitude.

Like the store clean the ladys that hep me that day was fun and they new their products.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars. This is the first time I write a bad review because of how terrible the service was. I went in looking for a portable speaker and an associate named EDUARDO who claimed to be te manager treated me as if wanted to steal something. He started yelling at me repeatedly from the middle of the store telling me not to open a box when I was just looking at it to make sure I was choosing the right color. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He kept yelling and raising his voice while he was talking to me after embarrassing me and my boyfriend in front of other customers with his yelling and unprofessional attitude. I had never received such poor costumer service and Im surprise that a company like BOSE employs people with such low costumer service skills. I know BOSE is known for its high quality products but after this experience I do not want to make business with them if they treat their costumers so poorly.

Young lady that assisted us was very knowledgeable about there products and very courteous, believe her name was Alex .

Staff is always helpful, I’ve bought allot from this store over the years and they always stand behind their products.

Great service and completely satisfied!! I had a problem with some soudsport headphones and I went to the store asking for service, an associate by the name of Carlos took care of the whole situation and with the help of his supervisor, they ended up exchaging the faulty piece under warranty, thats customer service, I recommend Bose and this store!!
