Incompetent employees, they have these young kids working there that know nothing about phones or service. I bought a S21 3 months ago and the screen went black. The kid goes to tell us we have to go to a repair shop in Miami and this is the only place that fixes the phone. No manager in site, they only work until 5pm. I call Samsungs customer service and they gave me 2 local repair shops (ubreakifix) to go get the phone fixed. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!! They sell you international phones that cant be fixed, which they dont tell you when you buy the phone.

Only reason I hated the experience of this store was when I walked in to look for a new phone the man whom was the only employee asked if I needed any assistance. I replied yes that Id be interested the new phones but Im not familiar with the newer upgrades and whats right for me. After that it was like my statement was completely ignored. So I started just looking at the devices and another customer came in and the employee was very fast to assist her. Just seemed as a man the chances youd get any assistance here was little to none. Wont be going back here either.

Drove 50 miles from West Palm Beach because I called the store and asked if they had the S Pen Pro for the Z Fold 3. Was told they had it. Drove all the way down just to be told that they couldnt sell it to me because it was a promotional item, then they proceeded to talk in Spanish (not knowing I am Dominican) and tried to sell me a returned one, and not the one I wanted. Then they tried to sell it to me like it was new. Unreal.

Lets start with SAMSUNG the brand, Ive owned many samsung products throughout my life and if its is not a TV DONT BUY IT. I bought a brand new Galaxy and I dont get calls inside my apartment ( that never happened with my iPhone) I bought brand new ear pods from Samsung and they did not last 4 months and trying to reach costumer service its like or worse than reaching the DEO, Worse company ever except for TVs. Im been 2 hours on the phone trying to speak with a manager after about 7 costumer service agents transferred me to the wrong department every single time, beyond unbelievable. Im starting to think they do this in purpose so they dont give warranty to people, therefore SCAMMERS. BUY AMERICAN instead (btw Im not even born in north America)

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. I called to see if they can order a laptop for me and they said they couldnt do the same deal on the Samsung website. Whats the point of having a Samsung store if you can participate in the Samsung deals. The gentleman marlon on the phone I spoke to was so rude. I simply wanted to ask if there was an easy way to do the order and he cut me off saying he cant do it for me. When I wasnt going to ask him that. Very disrespectful!!! Terrible. The employees barely speak English and they sell phones unlocked for the LATIN AMERICA MARKET, NOT US MARKET. DO NOT BUY AN UNLOCKED PHONE FROM THIS STORE. Their unlocked phones are for bringing to a Latin American country. They didnt give us a receipt either. The phones came in Spanish and when we called them, they told us that it is a Latin America store. Nowhere at the store or anywhere is it advertised that the place sells Latin America devices only. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just found out 2 weeks after purchase that this is an international phone. I needed an unlocked phone and with the promotional price it was a good deal. When I called Samsung they say it is a corporate owned store; but I have to deal directly with the store. Again, the phone works fine for what I need but WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON, SAMSUNG.

I went to the store and it was basically empty. When I approached a salesman, he was quick to tell me that they do not do technical services and I will have to call an 800 number or use one of the stands in the mall that handle phone repairs. Although he tried his best to be kind, the limited service they offer is a turn-off. Wish I never went there.

If you live in the US do not buy a phone from this store .. they only sell International version of Samsung therefore features like Samsung Pay do not work, and they do not advise you of such.. the worst of all is that they dont stand behind their product, I contacted the store via phone and explained the situation but they didnt care nothing I can do....Samsung S10 Plus Paid in Cash $1000.00 .. do not buy any phones from this location .. unless you want to pay top dollars for something that some features will not work

This store is the worst. I stood in there today for almost 10 minutes waiting for help. People came in and out of the store and they were all greeted, yet neither of the two sales people that were there even asked me if I needed anything. This just gives samsung a bad name. They both walked around and ignored the fact that a customer needed help even when the store was empty and I was the only one in there. One sales person up and walked away when I approached him. Unbelievable.

They dont tell you that they dont accept returns regarding accessories. I bought the item just one day before, didnt open it, I talked to the person that sold it to me and couldnt get my money back. Very Rude and pushy associates. Prices are higher than an official Samsung store for example the product I was looking for there was 10 dollars more than an official samsung store. Will not price match to Samsung and does not carry the Samsung warranty on products. They also ask for a variety of strange information which they do not need to complete a purchase of earbuds. All in all awful store full of ride employees. This is NOT an official samsung retailer. It says Samsung on the front of their store, however, it is NOT a official Samsung store. Take you buisness to another store such as a Best Buy or an official Samsung store

This place is a fraud, they sell phones that dont work well in the United States, is impossible to apply Samsung warranty unless you go to Vietnam, some of the customer service is ok, but most of them are rude and dont care at all about your issue. Be careful and never ever buy something from this cheap and awful store located in sawgrass mills, they should take out immediately the name of Samsung store and replace it for Untrustworthy Phones.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from this store (Samsung at Sawgrass Mall). I purchased a basic tablet for the purpose of using it at work. Once I got home, I attempted to see if the app I use for work was compatible with the tablet. Unfortunately, it was not. I spent about 1 hour tampering with the settings to see if the functionality could improve, but nothing worked. I put the device back into the box and placed everything back into the bag. 5 days later I returned to the store explaining I would like to return the device. I was helped by Juan B, who immediately handed me their return policy form. Then he wrote down on the return form screen is scratched. I asked why did you write that down? He said it was barely visible, but there is a small round spec on the screen. I could not see it. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was the only one I could speak with until another day. I asked for the number to corporate (several times) then he finally handed me a piece of paper with a number on it. I called the customer service line and the representative put in a ticket for this store to process my return. Afterwards, Juan still refused stating this is not a corporate store and our policies are different. I called the customer service line again and a new representative answered. The representative on the phone informed me to tell the store agent I want to speak with a manager. I told her I already tried. She pushed for me to get more information in regards to when the manager will be in. I asked Juan repeatedly when the store manager will be in. He finally answered with I think Monday morning. So far I am still getting the run around with this store in regards to when the store manager will actually be in. I called the store again and they said he will not be in Monday, but try Tuesday morning.

#Samsung does not have ANY customer service what so ever. I swear this is the last time I purchase a #Samsung product ever again! I purchased the note 8 with Wireless fast charger and dex. The Wireless fast charger does not work since it takes more than 4 hours to get a full charge. I called to have it returned and had to call 8x to get to the correct department that can process an exchange all the meanwhile everyone playing stupid to avoid assisting with an exchange. After finally getting a return label and being told it will take 14 business days to receive another for the fast Wireless charger I figured I better hurry and test out the dex before any more time passes and they wont take the return of necessary. After 2 days of buying additional accessories for the dex to still not work with my computer screen Ive decided to return it and I am getting the same problem. I am on my 6th call within today and I keep getting told that I need to call back and speak with the sales team. Each time i call I keep getting the technical team no matter what option I chose. Now I chose trying to purchase an item and theyre claiming they have high call volume and hold time will be longer than 30min. Theyve converted me to Apple at this point. At least with apple I can get better cx service. Ill never support #Samsung again, theyre a joke. Meanwhile Im in Florida and just got done dealing with hurricane Irma a and now i have to deal with this.

I am beyond furious with their customer service. I spent 2 hours on the phone with the 1800# today, actually taking to real life morons. The first lady I talked to simply repeated everything I said, didnt speak understandable English, couldnt properly answer ANY question I had. Spoke with her supervisor, she was rude and just as brainless. Neither of them could help. Later the same day I walked through one of the biggest malls in the country to get to an actual store and the sloppy, fat, rep they had there couldnt help. His suggesting was to call the 1800#! Seriously! Called back again for 30 minutes, got the same runaround.My phone is less than 2 months old. I downloaded the new update last night, this morning I woke up phone was dead even though it was plugged in. I let it sit in my wireless charger to get it charged up brute work. Turned it on, great it works but it still wont charge. I did everything the website and the Samsung person instructed me to do to fix the problem, including factory reset. Still not fixed.Their solution for warrenty is to send in the phone(1-3 days), have an tech look at it (5-7 days), send it back (1-3 days). Yup 10-13 days! They will not send you a loaner, they will not expedite shipping, they will not do anything to actually help. Shotty phone, shotty customer service, shotty representatives, shotty warranty procedures. $800 peice of you know what. I have had 4 diffrent galaxy models and this will be the last. Samsung you really need to change you SOP on the warranties or your going ti lose alot of unhappy customers. IPhone here i come!

I went to buy a charger, when I tried it it did not work. Go back to the store to find out what happened. One of the employees also tested the charger with my phone, but it didnt work either. He said he was going to pay me back, but I cant even explain why my phone didnt work. It was until he gave me the refund that I had to ask him what happened to the charger myself. Turns out he told me my phone was damaged, but he said it in a dry or annoying way. The employee did not offer me any new phones or at least a place to repair it. I asked him about a Samsung I was looking for but he just pointed the spot to me without much effort. It took me more than 1 minute to find it.

The products offered in the store are more expensive than those sold on the brand page. I understand that it is in a mall, but to buy I prefer to do it on the website of the brand and have it shipped. Great customer service, these guys are genius, set up my phone and gadgets, better than the Apple Store. Guys are fully bilingual: the technicians in this store speak Spanish and know the products very well, they left me the devices that I bought with everything installed, very good service, highly recommended, a lot of traffic but they are able to provide professional service to all customers .
