Picked up a beautiful arrangement for my daughter. Found one already made in the cooler. It was much cheaper than expected. Also, the gentleman asked me what color roses I would like him to add to the arrangement which was not expected and no extra charge. He put in a few red ones which added to the beauty of the arrangement Excellent flowers, nicely priced and wonderfull customer service.

I order a basket of flowers for last Sunday 18. The delivery was on time; Mrs. Rocio flowers arrangements and the variety of flowers she managed to incorporate in the basket it was amazing, beautiful, very fresh. Well decorate. I am so pleased. I will continue ordering from this business and will recommend to family and friends. Shes and her staff very professional and respectful and kind. I recommend everyone you will not be disappointed. I live in Tennessee and my daughter was having surgery in Weston, FL. I found Rocio Flower Shop on Google and ordered flowers to be sent to my daughter. The flowers were delivered as promised and they were absolutely beautiful! Thank you Rocio flower Shop for such a beautiful bouquet of flowers! I ordered a flower arrangement and a Happy Birthday balloon for my husbands birthday for same day delivery. The arrangement arrived and was beautiful. However, we did not receive the birthday balloon. When I got home from work I noticed we received two cards. Both handwritten sloppy cursive. The website shows that the cards are printed. The second card was for someone else for a baby shower party. I called the shop and explained how disappointed I was about the cards and that we did not receive the balloon. The man on the phone just apologized. I had to ask for the refund for the balloon. When I did, he asked for the recipients name and then said okay. bye bye. So I had no idea if he was going to give me the refund. I called back the next day and he remembered me. He said the woman who processes refunds wasnt in so I have to wait for the refund.The guy was nice on the phone. Im disappointed. This stuff isnt cheap and even though it was for my husband, I was still embarrassed that this was my gift and it was so sloppy. Three stars only because the flowers looked great and the guy on the phone was nice but I think they could have done more to rectify the situation.Update: I have taken away stars. Its been seven days since my order and they still have not processed my refund for the balloon. The flowers were wilted the second day. I highly recommend avoiding this shop. Ive never had flowers die this fast. I could have gotten flowers from Publix and had them last longer. Its unbelievable. What a waste of money. And the best part is, they dont care.

She is really creative and talented. The style wrapping was so elegant and classy. I got astounded by the gorgeous flowers they had. They had all types of flowers that you could choose from.

This flower shop had a wonderful and fresh display of various flowers from which to choose. They had a reasonably priced flower bouquet that was well worth purchasing. The scent of their fresh flowers is one of my favorites.

Pick up a dozen red roses. The roses didnt last a week. Seems like the roses they give you are not fresh at all. Ill have to go somewhere else for fresh roses.

I ordered online the morning of Valentines Day, so I called them to make sure it would arrive by 4:00pm. They said they will do their best. I said I need to CANCEL the order due to it could not be guaranteed to be there in time. Wife walked into the office Monday morning with flowers on her desk. A little late on Monday Rico Flower Shop!By the way I was still charged $70 for the order that I canceled directly over the phone, so being the order was canceled I made other arrangements and paid almost double because they still charged me!

I ordered beautiful white roses for my wife and they were delivered within the hour. Ricio flower shop has great service and beautiful flowers.

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLOWER SHOP.I had flowers delivered and they were dying off by the NEXT DAY and 2 of the heads on 2 flowers fell off 2 hours after receiving the arrangement. I called the shop and spoke with a man named Ofcar who was more than lackluster with his customer service. He said they can replace the flowers as that was the rule. When I asked him how will I know the second delivery will last, he said they would give special attention to the replacement order. When I asked him why my first delivery did not receive special attention, he became flustered and started to raise his voice and became very curt. He said he would send a driver to pick up the flowers but that I would have to call FTD to try and get a refund. So, they get back the flowers and I have to fight for a refund, NOT ACCEPTABLE. Good business practice would be to issue a refund on the spot and once a receipt is made, you can pick up your dying flowers arrangement. You are not supposed to make the recipient of flowers or the sender FIGHT to try to get a refund. Next thing I know, my elderly mom is dragged into this after I told Ofcar not to involve my mom-I did not want her to know the flowers she sent were dying. She calls me all upset. VERY POOR FORM ROCIOS FLORIST. I will make sure to let everyone on social media and word of mouth know you are not a business to use and that you do not put care or fresh flowers into arrangements since they are lasting only 1 day.

Really Nice People and Very Fair Prices

Ordered an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary.Upon receipt, you can tell it was not a fresh arrangement, it looked like it was prepared 2-3 days ago or was sitting on the shelf.Flowers were withered, water was brown and somewhat smelly. These are signs of an arrangement that was sitting for a while.I will NOT recommend this place to anyone, specially if you send flowers to someone and you don’t get to see the arrangement.
