I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. They were just delivered. AWFUL!! They were half dead and not even in the vase that I ordered. I tried calling them and no one answered the phone. I went to the address listed on the website and it was a restaurant. BEWARE!!

Very poor customer service... paid $100 for a premium arrangement, which is clearly a very small one.. disappointed. First and last order.

STAY AWAY!!!!! If I can give them zero stars I would. ordered a $100+ arrangement l, I called during the day of delivery to find out when it would be delivered, the most miserable man I’ve ever heard answered the phone telling me it was on the “truck” already and there’s no way he can tell me when it would be delivered rudely. At around 6 PM the so-called truck arrived and by that I mean some man in a wife beater in his Volkswagen Jetta pulled up wrestling the half dead arrangement out of his backseat to place it at my front doorstep LOL. I mean do people really run businesses like this these days? It’s the most pitiful thing I’ve ever lived through. The last time I’ll ever call this company for anything ever again.

Ordered Valentines flowers for our Mom. The worst arrangement ever! Flowers were droopy and broken and NOT what was ordered. Nothing even close to what was ordered. Now the business is not answering the phone. Do NOT use this business!! Go to Roccos Florist!!

I wanted to surprise my pregnant wife at her last day at work before her maternity leave.I looked around and did my research and There website sounded promising and sounded like artists that would take care of you. I went ahead and bought the deal of the day and I bought it deluxe because I wanted it to be worth for both ends and trusted there creativity in there profession. Long story short they never even made the order, and i was still charged. I had to call myself to make them realize they missed my order. I was so frustrated and disappointed because i was waiting for her reaction all day. I will have to check there guarantee policy because when I called the guy he wasn’t even remorseful, he told me he would call me back to see what happened to the order and he never called back. He just refunded my money and I had to call back personally again just to get a explanation because he left me up in the air. They lack in customer service. Flowers are a meaningful gesture and they ruin someone’s intentions every time they fail someone’s order.the guy didn’t even try to make it up with free flowers or anything, didn’t even bother to give me a call with a explanation nor to apologize he figured I’d be ok with just my return. That’s bad business: So disappointed.smh

It would be nice if you would look at the picture of what youre supposed to send so it would actually look like it.

Be very leery when ordering from this company!! What was received did NOT look like what I ordered. I totally understood it will not look exactly like the site photo, but I did expect it to look good. Instead, it looked horrible. The arrangement of the roses appeared as if it was just thrown together. The balloon I ordered was not what was received. There was no disclaimer that stated I may not receive the balloon style selected. Had I known I would not receive the balloon I selected I would not have ordered and paid extra for a balloon at all. I would of not ordered a Be Mine balloon for this recipient. Secondly, the balloon arrived deflated. I was totally embarrassed when the recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and balloon she had just received. I reached out to the company twice and they ignored my issue and never responded. I gave them weeks to respond and make it right before leaving a review. The email is wecare@sunrisegreenery although they DO NOT CARE. Terrible service all-around. I will NEVER order from here again and will be sure to tell others not to as well. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. See the photos of what I ordered and what was sent.

The arrangement for my Sister’s Birthday was delivered so late in the day...that she couldn’t even enjoy them for her birthday day. I ordered them two days in advance so it wasn’t a last minute order.

I i’ve been calling this place since yesterday for my flowers and they never answer the phone I never received my flowers and I pay $122 for it. This is ridiculous I never had so bad customer service like this one.

Delivered unhealthy flowers. Not taller then the vase they came in. Better off going in and making sure you get what you pay for...

I cant recommend Sunrise Greenery enough! I had a last minute delivery request, and not only were they able to fulfill it, they totally exceeding my expectations. I called yesterday and purchased an arrangement for my moms birthday to be delivered today. I asked them to use their freshest flowers (this was my only requirement). My mom received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers today. Thank you Sunrise Greenery.

I popped in after leaving the Broward Mall thinking just about every florist would be picked bare. But they obviously forecast-ed well. I had little time on my lunch break and again cynically thinking I probably wouldnt be lucky enough to actually purchase flowers late in the morning on Valentine’s Day, but they had lots of options. I was told they could put together something in fifteen minutes and they turned it out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this florist.

I had a date night 05.31.17, which I called the same day for a dozen red roses. The person whom I spoke too was very pleasant on the phone and informative. When I went to pick the flowers up, the roses looked spectactular, not to mention same woman one the phone was very cheerful and friendly. I have definitely made this my home florist shop for all date night events.PS If your pendmenship isnt great, definitely ask her to write for you. She has beautiful writing.

Abysmal. Placed 2 Mothers Day orders (2018) well in advance of the day. Both orders completely wrong. Called the next day and spoke to Roger whos only response was what do you want me to do about it, we placed 2000 orders? He said hed make it right the next day. Well, next day has come and gone, still no delivery. What now Roger? Pathetic. Next year theyll be down to 1988 orders.

Highly recommend this place. Very affordable.
