I waited months to eat ice cream here, for them to tell me they didn’t have the regular cone available but I could purchase the one dipped in chocolate that cost more. Worse customer service

Today I convinced me daughter that I would take her to a place with amazing Icecream. I grew up in Argentina so I eat Freddo hundreds of times before, it is amazing.... well... not here.I was dying for banana and dulce de leche, but....they had only very few flavors.We wanted a covered cone, well, not in stock.The ice cream was scratched and iced, clearly not mixed frequently. The flavor was way too artificial.The service was not trained well at all.And... they still charge 7.50 for a cone.In sum, the usual bad service and high price we see in so many places that get complacent with their high brand because of a name.Go to ColdStone or any other place, it will be better than this.

Very bad customer service. The workers are clueless and live in la-la land. They have a “I don’t care” attitude. Overpriced ice cream that tastes just “ok”. Skip this place.

Gave 2 stars because I’ve visited this location 3 times and got the same POOR, RUDE customer service from a female worker that works evening shift. She asked the male cashier if he “used his brain” after taking my order because I wanted a milkshake with the sorbet instead of ice cream. She then called me crazy for wanting that.

Best ice cream in town

Second time the ice cream founded cristalized. They do not keep the correct temperature, after going up, when freeze again the ice cream cristalizes. They do not care. Far away from Argentina Freddo ice cream quality. Neutral (not nice) customer service. Prices standard to high.

Compared to other gelato places; gelato is just ok. Definitely not worth the $8 for a cone, especially in a mall

Had no idea when I ordered 6 medium beverages, it would cost over $70 !3 smoothies and 3 milshakes.Lets get passed the price because after all it is Sawgrass and talk about quality. .....NONE. The “ smoothies” were flavored water at best. All the drinks separated within minutes. Water bottoms and flavored tops,.Horrible, just horrible.Would have given zero stars if possible. You’ve been warned. Save your money.

The ice cream is crystallized, so it surely lost the cold chain. The employees do not understand much of what they sell, maybe if they hired Argentines it would be more effective ... Freddo in general is not bad and unfortunately there are no gelaterias here in Florida, not in abundance as in Argentina. They should improve. I recommend 100% the cornstarch alfajorcitos that they sell there.
