The product speaks for itself, Superb!!! However, the favoritism and lack of service is what made me give a 1. I asked if they could hold a pair of shoes until the next morning only after witnessing a gentleman from Rick Case Honda ask the same to the assistant GM, Nancy. He was told yes and I was told no.hmmmm I thought. Came home and thought I call and ask about the policy. Nancy tells me the Rick Case gentleman was a friend of the GM and thats why she could do it. So if you want shoes on hold be sure to cozy up to the GM, otherwise your purchase of $500 wont give you the same favoritism!!

Great variety of shoes for her and him. Place is clean and the customer service is always as its best. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a good Italian pair.

I was surprised to step back in time when they asked me to put on knee high hose to try on the shoes. I bought the shoes. Also had to put on a mask and sanitize my hands when entering.

This store lost a pair of shoes of mine and they dont respond to my inquiries any further. I will proceed with a law suit at this time! I dont recommend them, way better off with Prada or Gucci whom actually back there product and there customers!

Very good Customer Service

Staff is unprofessional do not take shoes to be fixed or cover under warranty. They are over priced and they stole some $1395 shoes that were supposed to get fixed because the got unglued. They took them, now the manager is never around to give a response about the shoes.
