Good service but I think the watches are bad. We both 2 expecive watch and my husband watch is been 3 times in service cuz the water comes in. Unacceptable for the brand. This is really bad and I don’t know how can help me anymore with this.

Buyer Beware!! I am a big fan of Tag Heuer watches and own quite of few. I was looking to buy another watch when I visited the Tag store at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida. They didnt have what I wanted but said they would call me if they got it in. I received a call from the salesperson Sebastian with exactly the watch I wanted to buy. He texted me a picture of the watch, along with the price. I agreed to purchase it but when my credit card was charged, I noticed that the price was $150 more than the written quote. When I questioned it, he said he couldnt sell me the watch for the price he quoted, and that this was his best price. I asked him to have Robyn the store manager call me and I never heard back from anyone. Had he apologized and said he was sorry, or that he had made a mistake, I would have purchased the watch from him. A $150 difference isnt a lot but this was just plain BAD business. Needless to say I will never shop in the Sawgrass store again. After researching google reviews online, I contacted Liz Walsh the manager of a Tag store in Aurora Illinois and purchased the watch at the price that was quoted (and not honored) by the store in S. Florida. It was a pleasure working with Liz and salesman Colin. Both were professional and honest.

Sebastian is a good salesman. He takes the time to fully explain what you are buying and does not pressure you. The female employee here (I assume is the manager) is however not friendly. I had an issue with the purchase and when I was working with Sebastian to rectify, she stepped in, exchanged for a non-new product (case had scratches on it from handling) and was condescending. I will buy from this location again as long as I dont have to deal with her again.Update: went in to get watch serviced, was told 18 seconds per day fast is tolerable in the most insanely rude way possible by Derek. Horrible salesperson. I will take my business elsewhere now that I know how to expect to be treated buying a $3k item. Once the sale is done, they couldnt care less about your business. Stay far away.

I returned to this store after a year and a half and I came across a very rare aquaracer of a 5 caliber ceramic with a darker shade, equal to the 16 caliber. I was very well attended by the saleswoman Carol who is Brazilian, despite being new very attentive and very helpful, even though I didnt buy any watches at this store this time. Congratulations. I recommend since last year I made a purchase here. After a lot of research in Orlando and Miami, one of the best and most reliable places to buy an authentic TAG.
