Louie, Michelle, and Suzanne are extremely professional and really do produce high quality and superior wooden crates and products. Despite being constantly busy, they have met or exceeded all of our expectations on their products and delivery service.

Worst product and customer service ever. They sent us a crate with flaws, we let them know right away and tried to arrange a refund or return but have been arguing with them for 6 months trying to get a refund. They tried to blame it on shipping damage and said that they were in a dispute with the shipping company and that we had to wait, however the crate was a mess from a design standpoint, not from shipping damage. Even if it was from shipping damage, it shouldnt have been our problem. Now they are not responding to email at all. Buyer beware!

Wood shipping crats has been providing us (Boeing aviation) amazing crats for the past 6 years these crates are used to ship military parts and components to Poland and India and they have never missed a beat. Great service and always meeting and exciting all of our crating needs.
