Ive been here several times to test drive and ultimately purchase a Tesla. The store is minimalist and modern, and it perfectly complements the aesthetic of the vehicles. The staff are all very friendly and helpful without ever pressuring you. This isnt really a dealership, but more of an information center. Test drives are generous (30-60 minutes) and I always feel like I can learn more about the company and cars. Thanks for everything!
Went for a test drive and was instantly sold on a model Y performance as a daily driver. Gloria was amazing and has been helpful from ordering to delivery. She answered every question we had and went above and beyond for anything we need. This is my first EV, I’m still hanging on to the high HP sports cars but for a daily Tesla can’t be beat. Most dealerships have employees that don’t know anything about their products but Tesla and Gloria knew their stuff. Great experience.
I went last Saturday just out of curiosity, but when I got there it was only 10 min to close. I was received by Albert and I only have to say Wow that is really customer service. He knew how to correctly contrast all my doubts and questions. His extensive knowledge of Tesla products amazed me. Ironically they had to close the store but with everything and that after he left work he continued clarifying doubts and letting me know why I should choose Tesla over all other car brands. and your inventory in stock wow. be delighted with the company and its services. The perfect post-apocalyptic showroom experience.We stopped in because wed never been to this location, and were thinking about buying an AWD model. But we were so disoriented by the minimal experience that I went outside to make sure we were in the right place, and not, e.g., the service desk.There was no car / product info, whether printed or displayed electronically. The showroom was nearly empty yet still messy, with scrawled up papers on the desk, and a portable heater stretched to the end of its power cord.In a break from the picked-over zombie-esque scene, there was a single Tesla employee. But he carefully avoided any recognition of our presence, not breaking from the current conversation he was having with another customer to welcome us, or ask us to wait.I realized that one of the two cars in the room was the AWD model because I could fish out the window sticker from the interior where it was laying.In short, a very timely and relevant post-apocalypse experience! On the other hand, if you prefer the rarefied niceties of product info, recognition and courtesy, try elsewhere.
2020 Model Y LrAwdI have a Cybertruck reservation, but my Rivian truck may come sooner. Competition will be the best thing to ever happen to Tesla.OTA updates are awesome. It’s nice to wake up and find a new feature in your car. I purchased the acceleration boost for $2k. Worth it.Wind noise is ok, but the vehicle is virtually silent at low speeds.Although you can charge sufficiently overnight with a standard wall outlet & the included mobile charger, Do yourself a favor and run a 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet near your parking space. You can then buy the $35 adapter from Tesla and charge significantly faster. Every day I leave with a full tank of “gas”.It’s the best car I’ve ever had. Service was bad in beginning, but they finally made it right.

I picked up my Model Y a few weeks ago and have been loving every minute with it!! The Tesla team allowed me to do a very thorough inspection upon delivery (my fiancé and I spent close to an hour going through the car top to bottom), and found a fairly decent list of items to correct, some minor some not so minor. They stated that everything would be repaired when I set up a service appt, and listened attentively as I pointed out what I had found.Tesla reps have been in contact with me as my repair appointment is coming up, and they have been very thorough in their questions to ensure that they are well prepped to handle everything when my car comes in to be serviced. I feel very confident that everything will be handled by professionals!The Model Y is a great conversation starter anywhere we go, and I love telling people about my experience with the car itself and the Tesla dealership. This is a very forward-thinking company that wants every touchpoint to be excellent, and I am thrilled that I get to drive past gas stations everyday and not even think twice about them. Cant recommend Tesla enough!!!
Awesome staff. McKenzie is a great advisor. Parking can be a little tough if you’re doing business inside but not really a massive deal. No charging issues if you’re using the super chargers.

We bought a Tesla online and picked it up in Superior. The staff are friendly and helpful except for one. We did not know how to remove the charger that they placed so the car was not ready to drive. We asked the only lady staff their how to do it. Just press the button on the handle. We are not allowed to do anything with customers because of COVID.Really? We havent even tested drive the car ever. This was the only day we had face-to-face contact with them and we were all wearing masks. . . So we could not do it (remove their charger head still attached to our paid for car). So we had to walk back in the place to get somebody elses help. At least the others were helpful. We thought for over a $60,000 car purchase, we can get good service from EVERYONE.
Tesla has you use their fancy app to schedule service. BUT THEY SCHEDULE WAY MORE CARS THAN THEY CAN WORK ON! So I’m here to pick up my car which, after 30 hours, they have not looked at. I would much rather they just reschedule service to when they have capacity. Also - no status updates and they do not answer the phone. 😒

I didnt know Tesla had a dealership in Superior. We drove our daughter-in-law there to pick up her Model Y. Very easy with lots of social distancing and everyone wearing masks and paperwork left on the seat to sign and hand back when done. Easy, simple and safe
Good service and sales area. Morgan in the sales area showed me the model Y and gave me a great comparison vs the model X.
Friendly and helpful staff! I am from a state that does not yet have Tesla stores, so I came into this store during a recent trip to Westminster. The staff answered all of my questions and I was able to test drive a Model 3! The store is new, clean, and inviting. All three currently available models are on display in the showroom. This location is also a service center. My test drive and experience with the staff was superb! I am looking forward to buying my first Tesla!
We bought a Model Y at Tesla in Superior, Colorado on July 9th, 2020. Delivery was supposed to be on 6/26 and was delayed by 10 days. FSD now $1k more. Finally took delivery and then they lowered the price by thousands days later. The car is amazing, customer service is very bad. Please do the right thing Tesla.

I scheduled a test drive with Model X on 4:00 pm. I was there and being told by a rude girl that I was not on the list even though I show her my confirmation email. She did not allow me to have a test drive because one of Model X has been sold during morning and another was in test drive by others, and they did not offer test drive after 5:00 pm any more.I just do not understand why they did not send me the message or email earlier telling me to reschedule the time. I dont even know my name was truly not on the list due to the system error, or they just delete my name manually. All I want is just an apology for wasting my time, but that girl just kept brushing me off.

Lots of sub par model ys are being shipped with several issues. Make sure to really look your vehicle over before signing anything. Check and verify functionality on all the components because it seems like they didn’t do that from the factory..I received a model y Monday that has several issues from literally day one. The charging port cover doesn’t close properly. The trunk also does not close properly. Wireless charger is nonfunctional.Money well spent big brands utilize something called quality control. Tesla should try it.
By far my best experience with Tesla customer service of any location thus far. My car was in bad need of repair and they went out of their way to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed and maintained constant communication throughout.

Hello, my name is Javier and several days ago I stopped by this Tesla dealer and while several sellers asked me if I needed help, I always said that it is not ok for not speaking English. Suddenly a vendor approached me and asked me if I needed help, he was there to help me. I answered no is ok and he noticed my accent. Well respectfully I wonder if you spoke Spanish? I answered that yes and there was that just passing by curiosity led me to one of the best experiences in terms of treatment at a car dealer. I answer all my questions, my doubts and what I started just out of curiosity is now a new goal in my life. Thank you very much Albert for that excellent customer service and for being an industry professional.
