I went in the store to buy a charger for my car. The representative helped me pick out the proper wires for my phone. I picked the wrong base but after I discovered that, I brought it in and he replaced it without question. I had just been in there so he remembered me. He was helpful and informative

I made an appointment online. I got in at the correct time. I was waited on by Nick Higgins who had excellent customer service skills. Even set my phone up in my car. Great customer experience and so far love my new Samsung.

Store wasnt too busy, took awhile to be helped. Looking to upgrade phone, service from representative was moderate, a few details seemed sketchy. Didnt have phone wanted on hand, which with Covid-19 wasnt a surprise, it is August 1st, phone is expected to arrive sometime in December. Pro, talking to someone at a close store is better than trying to talk to someone online. Con, be sure to be patient and that inventory will not be readily available.

At the suggest of my nurse friend I went to ATT to look at their watch’s that monitor your health. The one deciding fact for me was if I fell and I didn’t respond to the phones questions it would call emergency services and tell them my location . All this was expanded to me by Mike. Mike greeted us at the door with a welcoming hello. He patiently listened to my needs and showed me a couple of options. Anyway, Mike gets 5 star for customer service. He took good care of me.
At&t has a great service to assist you but if your impatient like me the appointment it self seems very long. Overall At&t is great.

Honestly, these are some of the nicest folks I have worked with. They are smart, caring, and well worth the hour drive for me to see them in person. They take covid seriously and have a nice setup to ensure everyones safety. 10/10 recommended.

I went in with some questions on how to lower my monthly bill and to pay my current bill. Not only was representative more than helpful he was able to get things work out where i was able to save $80 a month. I am not sure of this review stays locally or not the Christian and the superior Wisconsin store with above and beyond was amazing.

Upgraded phone plan and a new phone
Changed our phone numbers, service was good but when asked if there would be a charge we were told no. So it was a very unpleasant surprise to see a charge for it on the phone bill. Trying to dispute it we were told “They would have been told there was a charge”
I stopped in to get a new sim card and new number.Service was friendly and quick to solve problems
My phone continues to say the SD card is incomparable in the phone i received as an insurance claim ... the phone I was told was an upgrade and the employee who put the SD card in from my old phone didnt check to see if it was compatible...Not only that ...my phone says I am almost out of space on my phone and to delete files. I have deleted all the files I could and its still not enough. In my most recent visit the employee was not able to help me but said I could get a new phone. I just got this phone not long ago and should not be having this trouble. I cant even take pictures and have deleted all my old pics.I dont like the replacement phone. Its not an upgrade as was suggested. Its awful and Im very dissatisfied with it.I have been a customer for many years and this is the first time Ive had such trouble.

Wonderful customer service skills. They helped us almost immediately and no matter how many questions we had the employee was always very helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered. I was a little worried about purchasing a phone without being to hold the phone and see it for myself but they made it very easy to choose the right phone.

They meet you at the door with no wait, work with you on anything until you are satisfied. Lets say you have a broken phone and need a new phone, they will program a SIM CARD you can take that SIM CARD and put into your new phone. Keeping everything you had that was in your broken phone.Five stars all the way !

Great service usually pretty fast. Mist employees know what theyre doing and talking about. Some things are spendy but thats to be expected at a phone store. Have been my carrier for years now. Ive been all over the country/world in the army and my phone always worked. I dont plan on changing my carrier in the future. My monthly bill is a fair price and its always the same prices no extra taxes or anything

Left without a phone due to poor service. Went in to purchase the Note 10+. Met with an employee and explained I have a service with at&t and did not want to change my plan but purchase the phone outright. Was told that was perfectly fine so upon him bringing the phone out and preparing to activate it he repeated to try to sell me a new phone plan. I repeated my wish to not change my plan and after listening to his reasons I should change I informed him that if he tried to sell me a different plan once more I was walking away. He proceeded to show me a sheet in a binder and try to explain why I should change plans. I said okay Im done and left. VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with At&t customer service. May have to order online.

My experience at this store was terrible! Myself and another person who is my work partner stop there there were two people working, and many customers at 8 p.m. all of us were asked to leave the store because the store was closing! There was no warning saying we are going to be closed nothing just you need to leave the store because we are closing.I had a talk with the Manager about it.The next day I stopped and different people were there. It was a total 720 degree difference! The Red Carpdet was laid out for whoever entered!Thankyou Manager Nick👍🏿👍
I stopped in here yesterday fully intending to buy a new iPhone. All the associates (or whatever they call the helpers) were busy so I just waited by the display of iPhones. After some time I noticed most of the other customers had left the store, yet no one came to ask me if I needed help. At that point I decided to buy my new iPhone somewhere else. This experience reminded me so much of how Best Buy would ignore older (60ish) women. At least they help ALL customers now.

I came into the store with a problem and Taneesha was assigned to me. She sat down with me and made my big problem so simplified. She took the time to make sure my issues were resolved. I commend Taneesha on her exceptional customer service and will continue to have ATT due to that and will always come back to her. Awesome service!

The staff here is usually pretty nice, but almost have a condescending vibe about them. The super clean and trendy looking store, and all the staff are very informed. Great for older people who arent great at shopping online, but you can get the same basic service by using their website.
The staff and manager were very rude and condescending when I came in for a complaint about a recent transaction. They did not follow through with what customer support asked them to do so I had to take it upon myself to get the issue resolved. I would recommend going to Cloquet or any of the Duluth stores. I can’t go back because the manager said I am no longer welcome in the store.
Tanisha is by far the best employee that works for AT&T. She was very professional and polite. Will continue doing business with AT&T because of her.

This was the second time I went to the store re: my tablet not changing. The first time I brought it in the rep. told me the charing port was damaged & to take it to Boxtronics..should only cost $50. I thought to myself, why am I paying insurance & have to take it somewhere to get fixed. Needless to say..I went back & the second rep.was awesome. Got the tablet changing again & ordered me a new tablet for $12. I wonder what was up with this transaction!

Went to get a new phone and know it should be an easy process. I understand technology, sim cards, backups, apple ids, ect. but this kid still managed to waste half my day. Two months later now and having back up issues with my computer because he had me get a new apple id. Worst experience ever. Poorly trained employees.
Manny the sales rep went out of his way to get me the phone needed thru the insurance company. He didnt have to buy if he wouldnt have gone out of his way I would have been given an inadequate phone as a replacement.

Manager is just as rude as your employees go any where but this store you wait hour an a half to get helped only to tell you if you have an Apple phone go to St Paul because we can’t help you!!! So why do you sell them at your store if your paying customers can not get it fixed there!!!! Ridiculous

I spent $45 on a screen protector at AT&T. I have owned every iPhone and never broke anything. This screen protector lasted for 5 months and is cracked. When I tried to get it warranties through Zagg I was told I needed to pay $8 to have a new one shipped. Why did I spend $45 so I could pay more money. When I called att to talk about this the salesman mike was very rude. I explained I had never bought this type of screen protector before and did so because of the warranty. I also explained they needed to explain to the customer that you needed to inform them they would have to pay to have a new screen protector. I was under the impression I could go back to att and get a new one. Well I went online and bought new screen protectors from amazon. Mike the told me well you get what you pay for. Apparently he didnt listen when I said I had NEVER bought a glass screen protector prior to this and also NEVER broken a screen. Ive never been to say the customer is always right. But I will never shop at the Superior AT&T again. I had been going there since it opened. Inform your customers Mike.
