Amazing customer service at this Verizon store from Chris and Kent! They are absolutely extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and a pleasure to speak with. I spent 90 minutes in the store, and I walked away feeling very comfortable and confident with my purchases. We will probably switch to Verizon from our other carrier, simply because of their knowledge and customer service. Thank you!

Just got off the phone with Kyle from this store. To be succinct, they have simply excellent customer service. Kyle was very thoughtful in walking me through all the questions I had, and had helpful and pertinent advice for my account moving forward. I switched to Verizon because of its heavy investment in 5G towers and the supposed superior cell reception (it is), yet feel happy about the customer service I’ve received since joining. Highly recommend utilizing this store.

Thanks to Lauren P. for turning my bad Verizon day into a good one. I called customer service regarding my phone being super slow. They told me that even though I purchased my phone from Costco, I could go to any Verizon store to have it looked at. I went to the Verizon store in Boulder and was told that they could not help me, I would have to go to Costco. I went to Costco and was told that since I was outside of their 90 day warranty I would have to go to a Verizon store. I decided to go to the Superior store right across the street. Have to admit I was a little frustrated at this point. Lauren greeted me with a smile and asked what she could do to help. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. She went through my phone and made sure that I had apps updated, settings where they should be, and contacted customer service to see if there was anything more that they could do to help. They were super friendly as well. She took the time and did everything she could to make sure my phone was working better and that I left a happy customer, which I did. I am home now and my phone is working so much better. Thanks for all of your help Lauren!! You truly are great at your job!

We had to make an unexpected change to our plans and phones while on the front end of our two week vacation. Luckily we ran into Kyle. He was professional, knowledgable, and worked hard to help us sort things out in a way that worked amazingly for our familys plan. He even went above and beyond to get us the devices that we were hoping to get. Kyle really helped us out and set us up for a hassle free vacation as he remedied all the issues we were having. Krysta Coggin helped me immensely this weekend, when I purchased a new iPhone. My old iPhone had a number of issues that Krysta figured out and corrected prior to porting my data to the new phone. The port went very well, and my new phone is awesome. Krysta explained all my questions about pricing to as much detail as I needed, and as complex as it can be, she made it easy to understand. I knew my problem would not get fixed but I thought Id give it a shot, not getting text notifications, the only thing they did was a reset. I knew that was not going to do anything, just made my phone worse, spent a for couple hours getting all my setting, preference are password back. Never offered a replacement since it is defective and I REALLY need to get text notifications.

Sohaib was an awesome sales assistant! I was born at a time when phones were boxes hanging on the wall and you counted the rings on the party line to know if the call was for you. So my phone needs are simple. Sohaib listened to what I wanted in a phone and how much I could afford to pay. He showed me a phone that met those exact needs. Krysta Coggin at Cellular sales was awesome! I came in for an upgrade offer/promotion for my iPhone X and she greeted me in a very excited and welcoming manner - started off great! She was able to complete the transaction and got me the new phone I was looking for.Something I love about this authorized retailer as compared to corporate Verizon stores is the fact that they sit with you and ensure all your data, pictures, messages, apps, etc. get transferred over before leaving the store. Just gives an extra layer of assurance that things are working properly and that you don’t have to make another call in to fix something or ask a question.Bonus: My wife and I have an older iPad and it was still getting a line charge of $20 per month. Krysta informed me this wasn’t necessary for my situation since we only use it with WiFi. So, she got on the phone with a Verizon back-office team member and removed that charge going forward - a nice way to save an unnecessary $20. She asked the right questions and our conversation led to this - you don’t always get that forward-thinking and above and beyond service in these situations.Thanks for everything, Krysta and Cellular Sales of Superior!

I came into the store the other day and Ashlynn greeted me. She went out of her way and helped me sign up for a replacement screen for my phone. I did have a warranty. Ashlynn could have made a commission sale, but she did the right thing by helping me out. I did buy another protector for my phone. I plan on going back and having Ashlynn help me put the screen protector on. Ashlynn had outstanding customer service. I plan to use this store for all of my phone needs.

Purchased a phone here several months ago and the experience was awful. Somehow they activated the wrong phone number, which resulted in a family member(doesn’t live in the same state) not having access to his phone for about a week. Which then prompted several phone calls back and forth with version. Thought I was done with these issues only to receive a phone call today that my phone might be turned off because they entered the wrong phone Id during purchase. Essentially nothing they did was correct.

My husband and I recently stopped in to get our own cell phone plan. Eric was very helpful and educated us on everything we needed to know. We had actually planned on visiting several different service providers that day but we had such excellent service that Verizon was our one and only stop!

I walked in (no appointment) and an associate helped me right away. I just needed to transfer a phone number from a dead phone to an old one we had lying around. She did suggest that I might want to switch to a new data plan, but didnt push when I just said wed think about it. I was in & out in 15 minutes and they charged me just a few bucks for the new SIM card. Even if an actual Verizon store (as opposed to an authorized dealer) might have done that for free, it was well worth the few bucks for a shorter drive and a pleasant experience.

I came to this store because the company store near my house is awful. I came into the store to get another hotspot line and possibly a new hotspot. The gentleman who waited on me was nice, but not trained. The Manager would not help him at all. The young man went to the Manager for help to find the sim card. Even the manager didnt know where it was on a device from 2017. Very disappointing experience. They seem to care more about the sale than the service .I gave up and left when the process was so bad.Maybe the owner needs to retrain the Manager !

I am not a techie and was pretty frustrated at times while Mathew maintained his friendly and professional demeanor throughout and stayed focused on resolving my problems and and getting me the phones and plan I needed.

She pointed out a number of offers that I was not aware of prior to going to the store as well as the best way to manage all the lines to better help us. On my way back east from California my phone failed due to a sim card issue so I stopped by the Verizon Store in Superior, Colorado for help. I got it big time. Michael and Abraham resolved the problem quickly and with good humor. I also took care of several other outstanding issues I was dealing with regarding my Verizon Account (paying my bill, setting up call forwarding, etc.) and they again were very helpful getting these issues resolved. Worse than a used car salesman is a kindness. Verizon Authorized Retailer means they are authorized to sell Verizon products- this is not a Verizon store. The name of this company is Cellular Sales. They duped me. First, I was told by Kelly I was getting an excellent deal on a phone. It was a great sounding phone on paper but I was horribly confused why it was priced so cheaply. I asked what the catch was and I was told there was none, it was a marketing thing- the maker didnt advertise as much so the phone didnt cost as much. I was told nobody had returned the phone to their knowledge, it was a great phone. When the phone started having screen bleed a few months in, I took it back and asked what the deal was and how it could be fixed. I was handed off to a spineless employee- no offense to the dude, he was really nice but clearly in the wrong line of work. The other employees were jerks to him and mocked him for having to deal with someone who was frustrated- I believe the main mockers name was Zach? Kevin? Chubby dude, balding, tries to pretend he is cooler than he is. They tried to tell me my warranty only covered software defects- as if anyone in tech ever covered any sort of software defect on a warranty because duh, software. So I leave and intend to work the mess out on my own, finding the makers policy on the phone exclusively does NOT cover software (again, duh) and only hardware (which was my complaint). I called over to get some answers and nobody would tell me anything. I asked to talk to a manager, I was told there wasnt one available but Id get a call back in 24 hours- the call never came. I called again and was told (not by a manager) to get in contact with headquarters- that nobody in customer service could help me. I again asked to get a call from the manager. No call. AND MONTHS LATER!? I get a text message advertising a sale on phones- from someone at this store- saying I can trade in my old phone and by a totally new one, at their location only, and they would cut my payment plan in half. Thats what threw me over. I went to (what I called) a different Verizon store. I explained my problem and told them about my horrible experience with this store. They were confused Id had such a hard time, that is, until they heard where Id had my misfortune. They immediately arranged shipping for a replacement phone, told me there were plenty of complaints not unlike mine about the phone, informed me: THIS LOCATION IS NOT A VERIZON STORE, IT IS A SHAM (their words) AND I SHOULD NEVER RETURN. These peoples heads are as empty as their parking lot. Im asking myself now- why did I not pay attention to how few people were in this store and in their parking lot? There is a reason it is so empty.

They increase the price of the phone and also include their service fee on top of a Verizon upgrade fee (which would only be the upgrade fee at a Verizon store). I was informed of this when asked to sign my receipt, and not initially. I asked for an explanation and was not given a clear answer. Their devices can be bought at a better price at other local retailers.

These guys have no idea what is going on. Ive been getting bills after ending my plan for two months now.Before ending my plan I asked an employee at this store what would happen. He said as long as I paid my last bill I could end my plan anytime. I then went in after ending my plan to verify with a different employee, and they said I was out of the system and everything was ended. I got a final bill from Verizon a week later. I went in a third time to finally get it resolved. After a two hour session with an employee and customer support, everything seemed to be figured out, but a month later I received another final bill. No one knows how to end this.

If s been over 2 weeks still have not received credit for a return purchase from this Third Party Verizon Retailer!! Go to a corporate store people. I never make reviews but this was necessary!!! Not just for me but for everyone that doesn’t understand 3 party Verizon Stores! If you don’t believe me...... Call Verizon Corporate and ask for yourself! Totally different warranty and rules.Run! Run! Run! This place is Ridicilous! It’s not a Corporate Verizon not the same warranty and service! Nothing but the run around if there is an issue. Lies lies and more lies. It is supposed to have a sign letting you know it’s not a Corporate Verizon store. They have the door Conveniently propped opened so you can’t see that is a third party store.
