Great Store Amazing Staff made it very easy to switch

Came to the cricket store on tower ave in Wisconsin. Told the guy behind the counter what i was looking to buy budget was 175 i told him. He tried to dupe me into buying a phone that cost over 200 dollars. It came our to be 266 dollars i told him thats not what i wanted. So i left and went to metro pcs they gave me a great deal and stayed within my budget. Dont patronize this cricket store on tower ave in Wisconsin. I wish i could give no atars because thats what they deserve. This store is located in superior Wisconsin on tower ave.

After a very frustrating ordeal at the Cricket Wireless store in Duluth and an ever more frustrating ordeal on the online chat forum on Crickets website, Jason and Chad knew exactly what my problem was and fixed it really fast. They seem to be the only competent employees of Cricket wireless. I will be only be going back here for future issues.

Had an amazing experience with changing from straight talk to cricket! The manager Adam at the superior Wisconsin store was vary Knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He went out of his way to even say late to help us switch providers even talking to the straight talk people for us to get the correct information he needed to switch us over to cricket. Very happy with everything!

These guys are superb and awesome if there were more stars i would definitely put in there chad, nick, Jason i recommend anyone to go there for whatever you need!!!

Went in for some information on switching to cricket from metro. And Chad was very helpful with the information I needed.

Tryed to call the Cricket store in Superior. Wis .No answer during business hours went directly to voice mail there mail box was noe set up yet. Your a cell phone company. So called the on Central Entrance in Duluth MN. The young man was nothing but VERY RUDE!!!. For being a new business in the Twin Ports not a good way to start out. If they are like this what does that say about there cell phone service.
