This is hands down the best Starbucks. The staff is top-notch and I am always very impressed! I always see the manager treat his team with respect and he does a great job training all of the new team members! Keep up the great work!

First time stopping by this location and it was so nice! Very clean look, the staff today was really nice, and my drink tasted better than other Starbucks. So definitely a win.

Staff is always super friendly and efficient in the morning. Drive thru moves impressively fast most days. I definitely don’t recommend ordering in store during the morning rush. You will wait longer inside than you would have in the drive thru line.

The cashier messed up my order completely. Both drinks were wrong. They did make it right with a partial refund and the free drink that they messed up, but its frustrating when you feel as if youre not heard the first time and receive something completely different than what you asked for as well as the time it took to wait for essentially two beverages.

I come once a week to this Starbucks in the morning. The staff are awesome. It is hard to have a friendly conversation with someone in the drive thru. Most people do not realize this, but these people are wearing headsets. So, when you are talking to them, they also have another person talking directly into their other ear. It is very hard to hear the person in the car when you are working the window. Yet they almost always ask me how my day is or what I am up to. They almost always nail my drink too. SBUX Corp really needs to add a tipping option to their credit cards. This is long overdue and standard in most restaurants. The food is solid and always hot. Thank you everyone!

You people need better lids for your drinks. Mine popped off and coffee spilled all over my car.

I visited this SB location on my way to work Friday, September 18th. I ordered my usual, an Americano to get the morning started and a protein box for lunch. When I got to the window, I realized I left my wallet at home. I apologized to the barista and explained I couldn’t pay for my order. She handed my order to me and said “happy Friday!” It was such a nice gesture. I was grateful for her kindness and was able to continue my day without missing a beat. I wish I had gotten her name. Thank you for making my day!

I went to the Starbucks at 4:30 today and asked for an iced coffee with light ice. I was given an iced coffee with so much ice that there is barely any coffee at all! Terrible barista. The employee working the drive-thru was lovely.

I was going to this drive through for an Year. Lately the girls taking the orders are sometimes rude. You should hire girls that are polite always; whatever so the circumstances are. You say I have a mobile order and sometimes response is rude that way like “ never come to drive through again”. The staff at the window is opposite though. I assume manager will take notice if it; otherwise there are so many Starbucks in the area and I don’t mind driving my SUV around!

I love this Starbucks! The staff are kind and helpful, I love being able to drive through for social distancing, and I havent had a mistake made in my order, which I really appreciate. I know Im a little high maintenance and when staff go above and beyond to help me, I am grateful. Thank you!!

Really surprised at some of the people employed at this location. I am such a huge fan of this brand, and Ive become accustomed to the friendly and welcoming environment, and this had none of that. My drink was made incorrectly, so I asked if I could get the additions on the side (raw sugar, cream) and the young woman rolled her eyes at me. I could also overhear what I could only assume was the manager working in the lobby complaining and gossiping in a very rude manner. Such unprofessionalism. I will definitely skip this location and travel farther down 36 in the future.

This is one of the best Starbucks around! The staff are so friendly, they actually remember me (not sure if that shines well on me, but oh well!) They are always super happy and smiles all around! Starbucks to me is a hit or miss. It always depends upon the staff and environment. I dont drink coffee so no recommendations there. But do enjoy the hot chocolate and tea. Food is adequate. Wouldnt brag about it.

I really really liked this Starbucks. On top of the fact that its in a great location, they also have that modern look we all crave. We only went through the drive through but the staff was friendly and even offered us a order that wasnt picked up for free(or I assumed so at least. They knew what they were doing. Also it was my birthday so that was very nice!) If you are looking for a generic cup of coffee is that severally over priced then go to this one. 11 out of 10

Love the new duds. I met up with a buddy for coffee the other day and it was perfect. The decor was nice and modern. It has really easy access to highway 36. And an easy drive through. Easy access from McCaslin ous probably the biggest perk of this new Starbucks. That and tree cool light feature.

Needed employee drinks and with the quickness. Starbucks hit the order out of the park and my imbibing department loved every drop.

One of the best. Attention to orders, nice staff. Baristas make an effort to know you. If you need to fix an order (stuff happens) they go out of their way to make it right. Theres a store

Pro Tip: if you commute back and forth on 36 this is a Great quick stop for coffee, snack, or bathroom break. It’s easy to get off highway and right back on without much delay. There is also a drive through that moves quick.The Baristas are very friendly and it’s got a nice layout with plenty of comfortable seating and clean bathrooms.

The staffs here are all so nice. Everything is pretty new and clean. Its really hard to park and get a seat in Boulder, so instead I come here everyday and its always easy to get a comfortable seat. Love this Starbucks so much.

Very friendly staff. Sometimes it’s more than I can handle first thing in the morning but thats more of a me issue than them. Past 3 times I’ve been there it’s like talking to a human inspirational quote.

Every single time I have gone here, they have gotten my order wrong. Today, they got my order slightly correct, except the egg bites were burnt (?) and instead of half the pumps of syrup, they gave me an extra pump of syrup. I think I will stop coming here during my morning commute.

Coffee is Starbucks Coffee so no reason to comment on that. This is a nice large area inside and out but it is very loud and the music is super loud. After my meeting I stepped outside and felt like I had been yelling for the past hour. Definitely will not come here to work.Coffee was good though, so Ill definitely keep using the drive through.

We just went through the drive through and I got a milk for my daughter she said it tasted bad and the expiration date was past due by almost two weeks

I often stop here on my way to work. The drive-thru is crazy fast and the employees are always off-the-charts friendly! I wish more establishments had their business model.

Nicest staff Ive ever experienced at a Starbucks, but the drive-thru gets my order wrong every third time. No joke. How does 1 screw up a tall skinny vanilla latte? I dont know but they manage to constantly.

I just had the most amazing interaction with probably the bubliest barista Ive ever met. For context, I was a barista for over a year with this company.

The staff were extremely friendly and quick to fill orders despite being very busy.

Google thinks I actually went into a coffee store. Coffee is gross, I wouldnt drink that dirt water for anything. Dont do this to yourself.

The staff here are always so friendly and genuinely seem happy to be there. This is my go-to Starbucks for that reason.

Spent my entire lunch break in a normal size drive thru line. No way to escape. Very frustrating. Speed it up if you’re going to trap people. 40 mins is exceptionally ridiculous.

They didnt know what a cordusio was. I ordered a grande, they gave me a half-tall, which I gave back. They then gave me a grande without a sleeve or a spill stopper and I had to ask for both.

This location is even more convenient for drive thru than the typical convenient locations Starbucks normally scouts out. Also, amazing lobby area which will be great for meetings and hanging out.

If you go through the drive thru youll get fast service, but youll have to deal with an awkward video screen to order and an overly chatty person at the window. Theyre always asking where Im going, what Im doing, or what my plans are for the day -- too much for a 7am coffee run. If you park and go inside, the service is much, much slower. The parking lot can be dangerous, lots of speeding.
