A very well lit store that smells clean and inviting with helpful staff. Prices are normal for the area we are in. The pastry cream tart was not good. The cream was like a gel that you could make a ball out of. It has a horrible flavor. Now the cinnamon roll was delicious. And the cookie was ok. I definitely would go back.

All of the Whole Foods markets here in Colorado have the best staffing of any grocery store. So helpful and kind!

Nice store. Most of the staff is friendly. Majority of the customers are snoody and not openly friendly. I have noticed many people in this area are the type to not say hello back when you say hello to them. Or the type to not say excuse me. I have been here countless times. The store itself is well kept. It is on the smaller side. But it has the things I need for the most part.

The price of Vitamins and Menuka honey are way off from Amazon website, please check before buy. Can’t they keep the price consistent and not steal money from innocent coustomersWith just two items if I did not look online I would loose 34$ .

Great selection of food and very clean.

They never have good vegan options in the prepared food sections (deli/pizza/bakery/sandwiches etc), which is unusual for a Whole Foods store. The Boulder location is way better- they always have vegan pizza slices, donuts, sandwiches and wraps.

This Superior location seems to have some of the more useless, incompetent leadership and employees that Ive had to misfortune of coming across in any grocery store. The overall, organization and cleanliness of this location has been questionable on multiple occasions as well. There is clearly very poor communication on multiple levels.The quality of inventory and staff at this location has really gone downhill over the past few years, luckily there are a lot better options for shopping in the area now!

Wow! First time in since Amazon bought Whole Foods. Prices have really come down. I can finally afford to shop here. Still a great selection and amazing bakery and cheese counter too. I think Im going to do a lot more shopping here now.

The cheese workers were really bad….idk if they were manager positions but they told me in a very rushed tone “whatever is out there is out there”…..anyone who is retail knows that means f u go away. I have also worked for the company previously, just really disappointed with how management is treating their staff here. Honestly the hardest working employees are cleaning the floors and bathrooms.

Whole Foods lives up to its reputation as being overpriced also it does not seem to be as well-stocked or clean as it was before the Amazon take over. Still a great place to find a lot of healthy fresh options and explore items that are not available at a traditional supermarket for that I give it a higher rating.

This is a nice Whole Foods location. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. This store is also participating in the Amazon Prime discounts. If youre a prime member you download the Whole Foods app, log in with your Amazon credentials, and you get special sale items and an extra 10% off regular sale items. Still an expensive store, but this helps offset that some. They also have a super nice outside eating area. It has beautiful shade trees and flowers.

Very tightly packed entrance thats difficult to navigate with a shopping cart.

One of the cleanest supermarkets I have ever seen. The produce and meat are some of the best as well. You can tell that everyone who works there takes pride in their store and they are very friendly and knowledgeable!

Everytime i have been in this store i see people working and doing a good job. Most of the products are going to be higher quality than most local stores. It is clear to see why this business is successful. Thank you all for your hard work. Different but comparable to Natural Grocers both are excellent stores with a slightly different perspective.

Small and sweet conveniently located whole foods. it’s also a very fast shopping experience because it’s a smaller store and people tend to get in and out in a minute! (Altho i prefer the variety at the big stores in denver area if i need expanded selection). I always love their flower selection and bakery.Sometimes theres a good sale. i can find better prices most times elsewhere, but i do shop here for the potential of a good or unique find. And although there are a few selections, there is a reduced selection of fresh organic foods and vitamins since turning into amazon.

Continuously improving their offerings while keeping the staples at high quality. Great organic, vegetarian, vegan, and ethnic foods.

Karen the checker was beyond rude. She ignored me when I asked her how her day was and then when I asked her how long she’s been in Superior, she said that’s a personal question with a mean look on her face and then waved the manager over and told the manager I’m asking her personal questions.... I am shocked! It’s not a good business decision to put people haters at the check out counter in my professional opinion.

Is there any other option ? Whole foods is the best.

It’s small, but can’t beat the location!

Always easy to get in and out of, and close parking is usually available. Staff is safe and friendly. A convenient place for a quick afternoon shop.

Favorite grocery store. Produce section is second to none, sushi is a favorite but runs a close second to the variety and quality of the cookies and bakery treats.

Ive been getting our groceries delivered from Whole Foods during the pandemic and love the convenience of it. Our delivery is always timely and placed neatly on our porch.

The employees at this Whole Foods are a lot nicer to the customers than the one on 120th and Sheridan

Went in on a Wednesday afternoon to pick up some sparkling water and the line was so long I had to leave. It extended from the cash registers all the way to the frozen food section in the back. Ridiculous. At least open another register or something

Quality of flowers was lacking. Bought three bunches of alstromaria and had to put half of them in the trash because the stems were rotten. Lesson learned that when I want to cheer myself to buy flowers at Trader Joe’s.

I think high prices should be backed by quality food. The soup served in the deli ($4/cup) was made with canned mushrooms and the rice crispy treats had no crisp. We all know you guys have fresh vegetables. Why wouldnt you use fresh ingredients in the food serve? You sure charge like you do.

Maybe Im just spoiled from the Whole Foods at Belmar, but my husband and I just moved to the area and tried out this Whole Foods. We were disappointed about the selection of produce, which may be in part due to the small size of this store or due to COVID-19. Either way, we likely wont be coming back to this location due to the small size and selection since the Belmar location is only a 10 minute difference for us anyway.

The attitude problem of the employees at Whole Foods is worse than any other chain and has been for a while. When will Amazon fix this? An employee just tried to mangle my phone because she had to sit at a particular table when almost every table was available. When I asked her to give me the phone she touched it like it had cooties and I had cooties, too. No where else do people that work someplace have such a consistently bad attitude toward customers. And theyre usually in the handicapped bathroom- but theyre not handicapped- for too long.At the now closed location in Boulder they stole something I turned into lost and found after three weeks worth $80.00 when I said I wanted it if no one came and got it and left my phone number. I checked back a few times about it. Oh sure after three weeks someone noticed that they lost a charging cable to an Apple computer. Its typical of the chain on the whole. The only store where the employees are not abusive is the Boulder Flagship of all that I frequent. But then again its sort of a Boulder County problem

Worst prepackaged salads around. Thought it might be better than grabbing a ceasar from Safeway, but at 8.99, after picking out half the greens for having rot, the croutons were chewy and stale, the cheese gooey from moisture; it was hands down the worst prepackaged salad experience available, and exceptionally over priced for that. But by the time its discovered that youve been ripped off, youre back at your desk, hungry and eyeing any old junk food in the office pantry; knowing that for what you paid for this inedible pile, you couldve just gone to mad greens and had it made fresh.

I have been going here more since Amazon bought it and they have lowered some prices though still on the expensive sidw. The salad bar and the hot bar are my favorites and you can get a good meal here.

OVER PRICED and pretentious. Service is o.k. The Beyond Burger is at a whopping 9 bucks. You can get it prepared here, but I can make it BETTER at home. For 9 bucks its dressed very basic just like any fast food place. Small ingredients given of onion or whatever you ask for. MAKE IT AT HOME.Also I avoid buying produce here, VERY EXPENSIVE!And the buffet section is deplorable for any Vegan high-alkaline diet. WF is NOT GOOD for VEGAN FOOD still pushing hybrid and starchy beans, corrupt tofu. Lets face it WF IS NOT at the forefront of todays desired STANDARDS. And slacks.The other thing is they lack black and brown workers.

Staff is super nice. I was looking for something to eat but noticed fly in hot buffet so decided to buy some cold food. Asian Roasted Brussel sprouts were good (although would be good to add info about container vs microwave) but peach hatch glazed salmon was just dry probably sitting there too long. It tasted like old fish. Not good at all.

Really good store. Always nice and clean. I see a lot of employees around that are able to provide help.I typically like to go on Wednesdays for their rotisserie chicken special. That and some beans makes for a good (And healthy) meal.

This was a rather small Whole Foods Market, with the regular inventory. There were no big surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful. Yet, the merchandise was as usual more expensive than at discount stores with no real additional value.

Great selection, but pricey. The only place I was able to find whole allspice. Visited several other stores before but was unable to find it except in Whole Foods (thats why I give them 4 stars). Not sure how they able to manage the floor space so efficiently.

I often find when I get home from this store that I am overcharged somehow. Today when I got home and looked at my receipt, I realized I was charged for two bags of coffee, but only came home with one bag (which is all I intended to buy). I called the store, who said there is nothing they can do unless I come in. In other words, their mistake is now my problem, and the onus is on me to drive back to the store to have them fix it.

Good sized whole foods... Didnt have some of the frills you find at the flagship stores but is has everything in just the correct proportions. Great butcher. They will do custom orders and are super helpful.

This is a real nice Whole Foods. Ive been in several, this one is large and well stocked. Ive also been in this one a couple of times. I still think some prices are still too high - Hensel the nickname, Whole Paycheck. Produce was very fresh.

Love this Whole Foods, everyone who works here is really nice. I don’t usually make reviews but If I do it’s because I either really had a great experience or a not so great experience.Their is this woman/older lady who works the cashier she is always so friendly, talkative, sweet, personable and willing to help you out if you ever have any questions.I’m a vegan and I’m really happy with how this whole foods actually labels their vegan food. A lot of Whole Foods I have been to don’t actually label what is vegan they simply list the ingredients which makes it hard to telll if it’s vegan or not.I would agree this Whole Foods is on the smaller selection side but happy their is actually a Whole Foods rights here in Broomfield and don’t have to drive to boulder or Denver to get what I want.

Its a reasonable sized Whole Foods (as compared to the Boulder mega-store) - which I musj prefer as I can get in and out quicker. Their selection is great across the board - fruit, veggies, bulk, etc, and their staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are, of course, somewhat high as its a Whole Foods, but we like them for the quality and selection you wont find elsewhere.

Great store, easy access. We really enjoy their take and bake pasta for a yummy quick meal.

I eat at Whole Foods at the time but 4 visits here on vacation and the experience was the same every time. Pizza is good but the new pay by weight instead of 2 for $6 Ive seen everywhere else makes the same pizza $2 more expensive. Vegan cupcakes were so dry we threw them away. The coffee bar here has automatic machines that make mediocre espresso drinks for the same price as other locations that have humans doing the work. The worst part is the service - consistently unfriendly, unhappy people that dont carry the Whole Foods vibe at all.

This particular Whole Foods needs to get its act together. The salad bar is off and dry and an appetizing. They dont have any glass around the pastries and cookies although I understand thats coming.

Thé decline of this store started 2 years ago. Since amazon took over I though maybe it would get better but it seems worse.The customer service is less attentive.A few things I have shared over the last couple years and see no improvement for: continuous requests for more vegan options in prepFoods not pre-packaged, better discounts on rotten veggies and items sold in bunch and clearly showing the outer leaves were picked off. I shop here by convenience. Not because I think they are the best.
