Irma was fabulous!!! Got what I went in for, and accomplished a second task there as well. Very happy with the service.
Went in and bought a TV wall mount wanting to upgrade. Plenty of employees moving out of speaking range when approached, so no assistance offered. Luckily we had bought the same item previously. After making repeat attempts to get someone to assist us with our questions throughout the store, we went to checkout where we received our first hello. We go to Best Buy to get the good advice and friendly service weve received in the past. This store did not offer what other Best Buy Phoenix area stores have.
Irma was very nice and understanding despite my dads little understanding of english. Overall had a great experience, hope you get a raise Irma!
The thing is I know Best Buy is so much better then they showed yesterday but it was my first time in that particular store so its all I can go on. I was there for over an hour as I wanted to purchase a first class television for my family room. I kinda had an idea of what I wanted but I would have loved some input from one of the professionals there. Not ONE associate came over to me and asked if I needed help. I even walked around the entire store to hopefully get noticed but everyone was either looking at their phones or looking at the store computer in that section. It was beyond frustrating. Maybe it was the way I looked or the way I was dressed that made them think that I wasnt there to spend any real money, Im just not sure the reasoning?? Id be lying if I said I wasnt going to go back seeing as how I just moved to the area and Best Buy is my favorite store. I just wished they cared about me as much as I enjoy going to see them. 😒
Really like this store too I understand that doesnt have big selection right now because of all the things that are going on but I would recommend this place take care have a blessed day
I had a family emergency and was past my return window for my product and the staff at the Surprise, AZ, location was so friendly and helpful accommodating my request. They were quick throughout the transaction and showed sympathy for my situation. I have also done several curbside pickups from this location and they are always super prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this store!Special shout out to Irma who was the main person to help me with my return. She was super friendly and knowledgeable!

Very bad return experience on Best Buy in Surprise Az, special with Rocki the manager of this store.I retur one smartphone in the same condition like I bought (seal on the box)and they charged $45 restocking fee.When I asked why and they released made mistake HI pushed to accept the store credit $45.I said NO!But hi said,, That is the only one option to have the total refund and for that I will modify one the system this item is defect.I said that is not true. YOU know that?Hi confirm and gave the same answer.,, it is the only one option and if you are not satisfied call customers service.I called customer service I explained the bad experience and they send me back to the store for resolve this issue in the store.Very upset...Buy from AMAZON they have better price and quality customer service.

Im not sure they deserve even 3 stars, but here we go.I went in there to get a different screen protector for my Note 2o from the one they did a hard sell on when I bought my phone several months back.They were a little busy so it took awhile to be waited on. I also needed some help with a function of the phone, but the gentleman who stopped to talk with me a)-didnt know or wanted to take the time to fix the phone & 2)-told me I was stuck w/the screen protector & then went into all the blather again about the protector which did not go edge-to-edge, was so squishy the s-pen would make dents in as well as the whole thing less than optimal in use. He told me that was all they carried (bad form, no customer choice?), and went again into hard sell mode. He told me to go to geek squad to the line wasnt long, but lol it had a line w/people sitting in provided chairs waiting.Went to Cellular Sales & got the protector I have on my 9, took off the old, the one being replaced was just a limp piece of plastic & had degraded over several months w/a filmy or opqaue-look . no wonder the poor visibility my screen had.They were very friendly (always are), took their time in answering questions & applying the better screen protector; I will not be going back to best buy for anything now.Wouldnt recommend Best Buy to anyone who wants some good service or honesty with this type of situation.

We were looking for a computer that could handle a flight simulator game. Best Buy employee Bryan helped us, and did a great job putting together a workable configuration that didnt break the bank. The computer still needs to be delivered, but after working with Bryan on it, I am confident that it will do what we need. Great customer service, personable, knowledgeable.

I was planning on applying for a Visa Credit card to purchase a iBuypower gaming PC. Decided to not apply for it simply the gal on the phone sounded as she had no interest to help me in getting information on the status of getting a unit back in stock..... I had the model and SKU for further information she could help me with and did not bother to take it. This was a big purchase and seems like BestBuy does not need my business so I will take it elsewhere. Your customer service reps over the phone need more training on taking care of the customer..........

Why can’t I reach anyone AT THIS LOCATION via the phone?? It gets directed to the call center. I just want to know if someone at this location can tell me if they can swap the screen on a dell precision 7550 same day while I’m present. No point in driving there if there isn’t one in stock.

I needed a new printer for my computer, so I went to them because they carry good brands and provide good service.
We had a great experience today at Best Buy on Bell near Grand in Surprise today. The Geek Squad helped us for hours to install a difficult new printer. After hours of trying we all agreed we needed to return the defective printer. Because they couldnt fix the issue we werent tried. I wish I had the Geek Squad members names as they were great. I told their manager thanks so much.

Thank you for ruining my day ! After 1 hour of waiting. Purchased a tv for 1700 dollars . Tv was delivered 2 days later. Came used with missing bolts and a sticker from a prior delivery on it. Called in and requested a replacement no one was available to help us. Very glad that I didn’t buy two like I planned. Will never use this company again. Disappointed in the non existent customer service.

I am shocked Apple has you use Beat Buy to send in broken products for replacement. Take my advice and Do not use them!!! Take the extra time and just go to the Apple store. After taking my watch in to get replaced and paying a $75 fee even though the Apple customer care told me I wouldn’t have to pay because I have the warranty they told me my new watch would be here today at the lates which is 2BD out. They told me they would sign me up for text updates and when the watch was here I could schedule an app. To pick it up.Well I haven’t received any correspondence and after waiting in home for exactly 29minutes they told me my watch was in repair, they can’t tell me when I would get it, they can’t provide a direct number to contact with update, and that I wasn’t signed up for text message updates. What the fuxk Best Buy. How terrible can your service be ??

Had already purchased a TV but figured Id ask about their price matching when I got there because I didnt know they did it until someone enlightened me after the fact. To my surprise even after paying already, they were able to refund a small amount to match another stores price. The whole process was smooth and they really got it together here. I tried to order the TV from Walmart for in store pick up because their were supposedly 5 in stock. I waited for 2 hours just to get an email that they were out of stock and the order was canceled. Very annoying, I didnt want to order one to my house and have to wait, so I went to bestbuy and they hooked me up! Very very happy now! As far as electronic and appliance needs this is the only store you should go to.
Horrible service! I purchased the Apple Series 6 watch from this store having been promised I would receive the watch by the next day. The Best Buy employee told me this after I said I was headed to the Apple store since they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. 2 days later and the tracking status says I’ll receive it 16 days after purchasing! They lied to get me to buy from them. Even worse they won’t cancel or refund me because their procedures “won’t” allow them to. Unfair and deceptive practices from a national retailer!
The staff was really helpfull and friendly. I have been to close to 20 Arizona Best buy locations and this was the best so far. They even took the time to help me set up my phone and transfer everything to it. While this service is offered at other locations they were more than willing to bring it up as something they could do. At other places you almost have to beg.

I just attempted to pick up a single small-ticket item via curbside pickup, which was ordered over an hour ago, and was just told that the order hadnt come through yet & that there was no way of filling it until it dropped in the system even though the guy outside was clearly able to check its status. I was told high volume may be the culprit, but I looked around the other curbside parking spots & sure enough, I was the only one there.I ordered two small-ticket items one Sunday morning about 3 weeks ago at this same store, came to the store for curbside pickup about two hours later, and was told that the items were in stock but could not be released. I tried to ask the employee to elaborate but he couldnt. I then changed my pickup location to Goodyear and before I made it two miles away from the Surprise location, I received a confirmation email from the Goodyear store that both items were ready for pickup, and I had no issues doing so immediately after pulling into their parking lot with only about a 3-5 minute wait after checking in.A very similar situation happened two months ago while attempting to pick up a video game at the Surprise location. Received an email from the store stating it was ready for pick up, I got there, and waited for 15 mins outside and was then told that the item was out of stock. Once again, I changed the pickup location (Arrowhead this particular time) and was able to pick it up hassle free by the time I made the 15 minute drive there.I had absolutely zero issues at other stores, but this particular location (Surprise), based on anecdotal experience, will give you the run around if you attempt to order online. Id suggest not wasting your time here and picking up at a different location. Not sure if its their system, a bug on the Best Buy site, employee incompetence, or a combination of things, but as I mentioned... Id just go to a different Best Buy. Thats three strikes for me at this location & Im not going to bother attempting to come here anymore whether its for curbside pickup or otherwise.**EDIT: Just received an email, an hour and 45 minutes after initially placing my most recent order, stating that my item is out of stock and that the order cant be fulfilled at this location. When I ordered the item, which is a fairly obscure video game, the website said that there were 3 in stock at the Surprise location. Simply put, the Surprise Best Buy is ABSOLUTE trash when it comes to ordering online. Edited my order and will be headed to Arrowhead tomorrow after work to pick up the item where I know that I will not have any issues. Id share screenshots if I could, but honestly, eff this place.
We ordered a Samsung Refrigerator on Monday based on the fact that it was available for 2-3 day delivery. We expected delivery this Thursday morning. We received two text messages indicating that delivery was scheduled and a final text at 6:39 am that our refrigerator was on its way and would arrive at 7:40 am. Then out of the blue there was notification that I still needed to schedule my delivery. What!!! I immediately got online to check my order status and sure enough it indicated that I still needed to schedule delivery. I got into a chat with Customer Service and was told that the refrigerator was out of stock and I could schedule for a delivery sometime in April! I ask what happened to my order and why was I notified that it was literally on the truck and I would receive it in 60 minutes. They said it was an auto bot message that they cant control those messages. Never again Worst Buy. Checked online while I was chatting with them and they show that this item is still available and ready to delivery in 2 days.

Just absolutely the worst. I dont know whos responsible for this but theyve got to learn how to answer a phone. I shouldnt get rerouted to some main line number when I have a very basic question to ask. My average wait time has been 37 minutes and I still havent talked to a person.
If you want to get a new phone, this is where you wabt to go. They got my stuff transferred in 15 minutes and out the door. Then came back 2 weeks later, and they put a screen protector on it, and it is perfect.
We ordered a 66 television for home delivery. After it was dropped off we followed instructions for unpacking assembling the base. After placing on the entertainment center base we plugged it in and the picture didnt come on. Upon inspection we discovered a crack in corner on left side that was not visible until unpacking. We drove to our Surprise Best Buy store and spoke with Krystal in customer service an hour after the delivery yesterday, she explained she could not adjust the order at that time as the delivery was not in the system. Returned to the store and was able to confirm a delivery of the set with setup this Friday. Even better the price has dropped $450.00 since our order last weekend and we saved a nice credit on the purchase. KUDOS to Krystal and Best Buy for awesome customer service resolving a initially very disappointing purchase.

The place is clean and tidy with hand sanitizer available. Masks are required, and available for free if you forgot, lost or ruined yours. The staff is very limited to ask questions; so, that wait may be long. They still price match identical items and offer military discount on limited accessories that are not on sale.

Usually, Best Buy provides excellent service; they go the extra mile. This evening the service I received was half-hearted. The reps didnt even try to find a solution. All I got was, Sorry, we cant do it, and that was that. I guess Best Buy didnt want my $500.
This is for Geek Squad specifically. I started by going online to the Apple Store website to set up an appointment for my daughters phone that didnt take the update required and would not turn on after that. After reading that it would take 4 days just to get seen, my wife and I went ahead and stopped by AT&T (our carrier) to only find out that they do have the application to perform the required repairs. Next stop was Best Buy Geek Squad. From the time we got to the desk until we stepped out with a working phone, we had an excellent experience. Greeted with a smile as well as two possible solutions. They told us to give them 20-40 minutes to complete whichever action would resolve the issue and out we went.

They were able to correct the issue in storeOrdered laptop last week. Same laptop available today for $100 less and with free headphones with student discount. Ask best but if they can apply price match guarantee to their own product. They cant. Order student discount laptop and intend to return same laptop unopened and receive refund. Student laptop thats ordered not in stock. They have to wait for me to return the laptop so they can ship it back to me. 45 minutes of calls, being transferred, and being hung up on multiple times no fix. Not sure what else to say about this experience.
