Managers and staff are so polite. So sweet and accommodating. They will go out of their way. And create bundles and deals for you to meet people where they are. Very much worth a visit from everyone

I rented a recliner for 1 month. I was having a surgery and everyone at this location was so nice. Art is the salesman I worked directly with and he made sure I found exactly what I was looking for for.. They did not push a lot of sales on me and extremely affordable

Very poor service. Before I could even find anything they made it clear that they were not going to be helpful. I spoke with a gentleman first who was very rude and then was transferred to a poorly trained manager to tell me We tried all day to find you a dark wood king size bedroom set and we have none anywhere When I called another store 20 miles away from them that did. If you dont want to help people, just say it when they call in. No run around needed the poor service will speak for itself as it has. Unacceptable.

My expensive refrigerator broke this summer & since the repair would take a few weeks, I decided to rent a unit short term. The people at Rent-a-Center rushed a refrigerator out to my house within an hour of my frantic call and were a pleasure to work with, even in this oppressive heat. The experience so far has been exceptional.

I have been renting for 7 years from this location. Management has changed, staff has changed, and sadly the new personal especially management doesnt have a fraction of the customer service as the old management. The new manager is arrogant, and acts like a big shot. Nothing like Jerry treated people. I went from spending 1000s a year, to having a hard time giving them a genuine penny! Try another location!

Employees are very rude and I would rather go to Aarons anyway, thought I would try Rent a Center 1 more time and now I know why I wont shop here... Bad experience all the way around!!

Very easy nice people

Worker named Heidi was very rude and very racist. She help a lady who came after us and that lady didnt have to provide any proof of information to purchase something. We had to provide so much information and she gave us a very hard time with the information we provided. Never again will we return.
