We purchased a full Kenmore Elite kitchen set from Jacob in 2015. With our Kenmore Elite set we also bought all of the Sears Protection plans. We have more then received our value back from the service agreements since every appliance has needed some kind of repair. But the real night-mare began in September 2018 when the freezer stopped cooling. Working with Sears it took two months to fix it. Then the refrigerator went down. Now two months later we have not had the fridge fixed and since parts are not available they will replace. Unfortunately since our freezer/refridg is a matching set that is cabinet installed they are providing us with a fridge that doesnt match! Look at the picture below and imagine a fridge that is 1 inch shorter and has a different handle! They dont care. But they should be replacing both units as they were sold to us as a complete set and both have Protection Agreements. Working with the Sears Protection Plan and the horrible Sears Service Centers is a complete nightmare and has pushed my patience to the outer limits. So why 4 stars??? Because of Jacob and Caesar at the store that did everything in their power to help. I would buy from them...just not Kenmore and Sears. Avoid them at all cost!We have written a long letter to Sears Corporate to request that a freezer be provided that matches the new refrigerator. Will update this review if they respond.

I gave Sears a 1. -10 would be more appropriate. I have had a Protection Agreement on my microwave for 7 years, without a claim. I finally had to have a repairman out for a problem. Because there was a delay in getting the part, Sears informed my that I would be getting a replacement microwave. I had to pick one out of their inventory, even though it was of a lesser quality. I have now been without a microwave for almost 3 months. I have been on the phone with them for at least 35 manhours, at least half of it on hold. Ive been LIED to time and time again. I am finally giving up and buying one elsewhere. Ive tried dealing with the problem through their Holding Company. They just tell me Ive got to deal with Sears. Also a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and do not do business of any kind with Sears. Eventually you will regret it. Everything is done through call centers, primarily off shore, including trying to contact their Headquarters. They should just go out of business.

Waited for 1hr while the 1 guy working there helped people try to buy a washer and dryer. Those people leave and this guy walks in and the 1 guy working helps him instead of saying let me help these people that have been waiting. I can see why sear is practically closed. Ill go to Home Depot, Lowes or in amazon from now on.

David K. did a great job when we were looking to update our appliances. He honored a price match guarantee and took care of us when there was a hiccup with the delivery of our appliances (something out of his control). Would definitely shop there again.

Update 8/30/2018: We are still waiting for our dishwasher (been waiting 5 weeks and 3 days at this point). I called them again (a couple days ago) I was told that I would receive a call back the next day. I am still waiting for a phone call for an update/eta.My husband and I went here to purchase a dishwasher on July 23rd 2018...we purchased a Whirlpool and the order somehow fell through and was never actually ordered. We didnt know that it wasnt ordered until almost 3 weeks after we paid for it (they gave us a 2-3 week timeline). They ended up ordering it again and told me that they would call me the following Tuesday to let me know it was ordered (they were going to double check, and for sure let me know). That Tuesday passed...a week ago. I called them yesterday to find out exactly what was going on, and to find out if my new dishwasher was ordered. As of today, still no phone call and still waiting for my dishwasher.Before they ordered it the second time, they did offer to refund my money, but I really just needed that dishwasher that I ordered. They also offered to give me the one that they have in their store...but who wants a dishwasher that has been opened thousands of times? I paid for a brand new one, and I expected a brand new one in the timeline that the store gave me (2-3 weeks). It never happened. Now its just a waiting game with absolutely no recent phone calls from them...and its getting ridiculous.

We purchased a washer/dryer set on July 1st. Went to confirm delivery for this past Monday and found out they had sold the set we had PAID for in full, to someone else a week before! And were not too willing to make it right. No wonder they are closing this location! I have never had issues with Sears before this, but I am not likely to shop with them again after this.

Poor sales person!! When I walked into the store the sales person was asleep! He woke to ask if I needed any help and I responded looking for chest freezers..... He continued to sit in his chair trying to wake up a d try to get the computer on to no response back to me from my answer so I walked the whole store to check and told him thanks for the response of no chest freezers!!!!!! What a poor experience for such and name brand company!!!!!!

David was our salesman at this store. Found what we wanted no problem, took delivery right on time in 4 days. One problem with a product defect was handled by David immediately, and part arrived and was installed the same week. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We decided to give this place a shot and they matched the Costco price on a washer and dryer and gave us the fridge we wanted at a discounted price. We decided to take a chance with them.The LG French door fridge ended up being back-ordered beyond the one month they had originally told us.Without asking us, they decided to cancel the delivery of our washer and dryer because the fridge was back-ordered and we would have had to pay two shipping charges.We were living out of a cooler for a month and finally decided to give up on this fridge and requested a refund. We bought a regular fridge at Lowes and picked it up the same day.Then we found out the stands for the washer and dryer were back-ordered. So we had to cancel that otherwise wed risk having our washer and dryer order cancelled also.Once the washer and dryer were delivered and installed, we ordered the stands and had to pick them up from their warehouse ourselves. That was a whole other process. In close inspection at home, we noticed that one of the stands was dinged. Not wanting to deal with another long delay and a mess, we decided to see if we could fix it. My husband was able to fix it himself. And he had to stack the washer and dryer over the stands on his own.This was the most agonizing long drawn stressful purchase Ive made for as long as I can remember. 45 days or more for a washer and dryer that was available at a different store is unacceptable. A fridge that suddenly vanishes from the availability list is unacceptable.Save yourself time and headache and go to Costco. They deliver free of charge.

My Family bought a new set of appliances from this location. The dishwasher was installed wrong and Now the company that makes the dishwasher (under warrantee with them) refuses to fix it because the Sears team installed it wrong and voided the warrantee. Sears Refuses to take Responsibility because it’s under Warrantee still with Samsung. So we’re left without a dishwasher that works. Don’t shop here. Zero customer service, even the Managaer doesn’t know how to speak to a customer. Will yell over the phone and interrupt you non stop. I’d Seriously warn people not to shop at Sears, Especially this one.

Was told the refrigerator was coming on Tuesday, waited all day never came. Then was told it was coming Wednesday, also never came. Now it Friday and they said Wednesday it be here 10-2 and now got a call it be here 2-6.😡 lets hope it even comes.
