Frank was awesome. He went above and beyond. When the “associates” questioned if it was possible he pressed on to ensure that the customer (me) was satisfied. The time I spent in the store from entering to completion was approximately an half hour tops. Quality, efficient, considerate service.

Absolutely the worst service. I had questions regarding the transition, but Frank couldnt be bothered to get off his own personal phone call to answer, had to deal with him while he was holding his phone to his ear. Im stuck with T-Mobile for the time, but Ill find another location for service, Ill never come back here again.

Sub par customer service. I called and ordered my purchase through T-Mobile directly, got good deal with no hassle and they helped me figure out the pin we set 3 years ago. I understand the store was busy- but we were looking to spend a lot of money there and ended up going elsewhere over a 3 min process.

My experience started okay. My husband and I had to upgrade our phones and the rep in the store told us of a promotion to upgrade our paid-for phones for free, just pay the taxes on the new phones. They shipped us the phones as they did not have any in stock and when we went into activate them, a new girl behind the counter was apathetic and unhelpful at best. When I reached out for support with a few questions it was less than helpful. Also, come to find out that the promotion on the phones was only applied to one but not the other so my bill says I own more than I do. Called and spoke to a third person from the store and was basically told there was nothing he could do and that I would need to talk to the manager who was not in the store. Have since called twice to speak to the manager and he has not been available and was told to call back. At this point I would have waited on hold. Tried to call today several (10) times, and the phone rings and no one ever picks up and there is no answering service to leave a message. I would go in, but according to the staff the manager leaves for the day before I get off work. In general the whole experience is extremely frustrating.

I came here a few days ago I was looking for a new phone, I was referred by Cheyenne Marie to try T-Mobile & I’m so pleased with my experience at this location. I make a lot of calls internationally and service has been great! Will definitely come back thank you for the recommendation! Also great location next to some delicious restaurants near by! I had a great experience here today! Frank H helped me start my own plan, finance a new phone, and set up my auto pay. I started the day with a phone that didnt have a working home button or sound, and ended it with a new one and better plan. All of the staff here is super nice also!

Christopher helped me. I came in for an upgrade for my phone and he was extremely helpful and personable. Professional staff and gave me very useful advice. Things that would help me as an individual not the corporation. I appreciated that a great deal. Highly recommend.

Manager Octavius is the absolute best! He is patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I spent my Saturday in the TMobile store and he thought everything was going to take longer then it did. I appreciate that because he prepared me for the worst case scenario so that I could decide. We both were pleased that it happened sooner then expected. I upgraded my phone today and needed to switch over everything and 30 mins tops it was completely done. Octavius is a professional in his own right I see him growing to the next level management because that is what’s best.

Excellent customer service at this location and very knowledgeable people willing to go above and beyond.Editing to add: the people here are very nice when you come in, and they really do their best to help. However, they let me down on this last order, big time. First, I was quoted a deal that required two new lines....but wasnt told I needed two new lines. I was also told I needed new SIM cards to go from LG to Samsung...not the case. Got that straightened out, now am having problems with a SIM having been activated prematurely for an existing phone number, leaving my husband stranded without a working phone across the country. Luckily, the main customer service number has people who can sort through the mess and put things right, as I got very little help when I called the store. Im hoping the manager reads these reviews, I am willing to discuss details if they want to reach out.

I was a Tmobile customer, by default, for years. I could never get any good customer service, so changed to Sprint two years ago. It was much better . . . and now its not Sprint, and its not good. Its not really the people, its the lousy corporate policies. Buy from us, but dont expect any support.

I was having trouble with merging my number to T-Mobile and Jeanelle and Octavius helped me and were so kind. I really respect how they dealt with customer service. I was very frustrated and crying after several attempts when I came into their store and they literally rectified it in 5 minutes.

I had an issue with my android phone not allowing my gmail to come up. The representative advised me that it had nothing to do with the service or the phone. They showed me that it was actually a Google/android issue that everyone is going through . They were very professional and willing to help. I don’t understand people that choose to come to a service and then complain about it. It’s not like T-Mobile goes after people’s business. They have all the info online which as a consumer is our responsibility to research. Thank you to all the staff, you guys are amazing.

Still have no service in certain areas. Huge disappointment. But what else can I do? Illuminati is at hand.

Customer service representative Jose lied to me about what he did to my account. He added two new lines to my account after telling him I didnt want that. Also he added a sync up tracker to my account without my authorization. Now Im canceling my Magenta Max plan with T-Mobile and will being going with AT&T.
