Brought my fathers phone in because it wouldnt charge and they quoted me a 24-48 hour turnaround time and anywhere from $99-150. They called me less than 4 hours later and said the phone was ready for pickup and they were only charging me $25 because it was an easy fix. I will definitely use them again! They were all friendly and had great customer service as well.

The husband and I walked in and were not greeted at all. The 2 people up front were helping others customers at the time. OWhen one of the employees was done he went into the back and then left the store came back 5 minutes later and then went straight to the back and did not come back to help us. We waited 30 mins before leaving. It was also very hot and there were no chairs to sit at to wait.

Was quoted at $149 for a screen/frame replacement. I told Junior I could get a brand new A12 for about $150 today. He went to the back and was able to quote me $30 cheaper on top of the 20% off thing theyre running right now. Junior then made it his mission to replace it in 20 minutes. From the time the ticket was put into the system to the time I got the call that it was completed was 24 minutes. Im sure they do a hundred of these things a day but to be able to do it in 20 minutes is amazing to me. Great customer service from Junior and just an all around great dude to talk to.

This location lacks in customer service. When the wife and I first walked in we werent acknowledged. Giving they were working with customer, but it still should have been a hello or something to that. Once one was done with his customer he went in the back then left. Once he returned 5 mins later went to back and never returned. The wife and I could hear a female and a male in the back talking. Even a older gentleman walk in and state he waited 20 mins the day before. After some time he even left. We waited 25 mins without and even thank you for waiting we will be with you shortly. The staff here could us some much needed training in customer service. I would have glad spent my money with your company if someone would have said hello we will be right with you.

I came in because my phone wasn’t charging properly due to work. Junior D. was super helpful. He suggested we start out with a cleaning of the battery port for 25$. That took care of the problem. No up sell. It was quick and professional. Great service, you gained a customer for life.

Steven was my technician and he was amazing. As a young kid, I hadnt really understood the insurance policy associated with uBreakiFix but he did a great job explaining it to me and answering any questions I had about my computer and the repair. 5 stars from me, keep it up guys!

Did a great job fixing my iPad screen. Good customer service. Only negative was they had to bring in one from another store and I had to call and ask if it was ready. But they had it ready in less than a week.

Amazing!!! I seriously thought my phone was done. after filing a claim through my insurance, left my phone there for about 3 hrs later my phone was brand new again. I had no idea this was possible. Ill definitely be bringing my other electronics to these guys. Stan and Jr was excellent, great customer service answer all my questions and concerns I had prior to dropping off my phone.

Technically they were fine. Counter and customer service terrible. I called to see status of repair. Kept me on hold for 10 minutes and still didnt pick up. I then went there. Originally told 4 hours for new screen even though told 2 when i made appointment through assurion. When i got there and 4 hours had elapsed i was told that it would be another 45 minutes like it was no big deal even though it was 100 degrees outside and there was no place to sit inside. After the 45 minutes it still took another 15 mutes!!

Understaffed the day I took my phone in and wait was longer than expected. The service and quality of my repair lead me to think I got a new phone. They repair a vast quantity of electronics. Not just phones.

I took my Samsung Note 10 in on 6/10/2021with half of my screen working. Stan K used my pin to open the phone and make a call to their store. I told him the phone works, but only half the screen works. He cheked to see if they had the parts and then said he could fix it within 3 hours with factory parts. I get a call in a couple of hours to pick it up. The phone wont even turn on now and he says its my power button. He says they dont do any soddering repairs at that store and that I can take it to another one and see if they can fix it. I asked if he thought it was ok for my phone to not even be working now after he took it apart. He said, sorry, I wont charge you for it. What? Charge me for completely breaking my phone?! I called their custome service on 6/11/2021 and talked to Lailyn and she said she would check into it and call me back. She calls me back and said the tech could not do a bench test on it when I brought it in. So the tech is lying to them knowing full well he made a call with my phone. I told her I could prove it with my Verizon records. She said she would escalate the case. No response from customer service so I called back on 6/15/2021 and Lailyn said she could not find my case. She said she would look into it and call me back. She calls me back and says she found my case and that AJ was handling it but he was currenlty at lunch. This was at 11:30 am. No call from AJ so I call back at 4:40 pm and she says he went home for the day. Still no response so I call back in on 6/24/2021 and speak to Erickson. He said there wasnt a case for it. He could email AJ and see if my name sounded familiar. AJ was not there. I asked for a different case manager and he said he would forward it to Daniel. He said I would probably get a call in a day.I see the same exact thing happended about 5 months ago to someone with the same phone as mine.

Stan was AMAZING! We had a severely damaged iPhone 11 on a Saturday night...he fixed the phone and got us on our way even though he had to say a little after the stores official closing time. Absolutely the Best!!

Avoid the place at all costs. Had Ipad in for repairs for 2 weeks. Misdiagnosed problem/solution. Provided no status update, even when I called 3 times. Totally useless. Finally took it to their competitor, Cellaires, who fixed it in less than a day.

Scam! They said they could upgrade my computer. The tech couldnt do anything. They still charged me over $200 for nothing.

I’d give a zero if I could. Totally unhelpful. You stand and wait forever and for whatever reason they need your phone passcode??? And it takes over four hours to repair a phone and say they will call the number you provide when they are done and never did. We showed up at 6:10 and the sign said they are closed for the day! And they are only allowing pickups AFTER 6:30. Not once were we made aware of this.

They used Samsung original parts and even tho I only paid for glass repair, they replaced the battery and the frame since they are Samsung authorized and repairs are also coveredby Samsung. Glad I came here.

Updated review:Im leaving my original review comment that had 2 stars, but Im updating the stars. After over a week of not having my device back, they finally came to a resolution. They are completely replacing my phone. After receiving the motherboard and waiting to hear back from Samsung for the IMEI rewrite with no communication back. The store had decided to just replace the entire device instead of it dragging on longer with me not having any answers. They will not be getting 5 stars from me though. The constant BS answers when asking for a status update is just bad customer service. Everytime I called the clerk would say, waiting for parts....or waiting for calibration....I shouldnt have to say No, you have the motherboard and are waiting for Samsung for the IMEI rewrite.... just to have them say Oh yeah.....no we havent heard back yet. That should never be the case.Dropped off at 1035 am. Estimated 4 hours. The website says four hours, the tech said 4 hours. My receipt said estimated pickup 235pm....4 hours. 240pm I called to see what the status was. I was told theyre finishing up calibrating it. There were some issues linking to Apple calibration services.....first off I have an Android. I asked why were they linking an android to apple? He then realized my phone number was added to someone else? Cool. Then he said, well were still finishing up calibrating it. We were having some issues linking it to Samsung for calibration......another 45 minutes.....they lied about the window time and preceded to feed me a line of bs about linking for calibration. I dont know if its just this location, but thats ridiculous.Just got my new phone....thanks for responding with the customer service number. Ill be calling first thing tomorrow morning.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. The first technician came to the house and repaired a cracked screen. At first it looked good but then the camera didnt work. The technician wouldnt come back to the house so I had to take the phone to a repair center and leave it. I got called that it was ready but when I arrived itwasahour later before I could pickup the repaired phone. The final repair was successful but the time frame was horrible. I will no longer pay for insurance for a cracked screen.

My computer screen wasnt working and had a broken hinge. Took it in and tech quoted a fair price for the repair but needed time to get the parts in. I got an update from them stating the parts are on their way and that they had cleaned inside and out of the laptop to get it ready for the repair. Still waiting on parts but I feel confident in their service.

Your employees are unprofessional and disrespectful. I was placed on hold for 40 minutes and when I called back. I said I didnt want to be put on hold again he said too bad and put me on hold again. Called back to get his name and rejected my calls

We signed up for their Asurion plan, where you can bring in all types of tech equipment to be repaired for a flat monthly charge. We brought in a Mac Book Air because wed forgotten the password and couldnt get into it. After 3 days, they finally got the laptop reset to original settings and charged us $86, after leading us to believe there would be no charge. I paid the charge, but complained loudly. The next business day I received a phone call, saying the person who originally helped me was not in the shop when I picked up the laptop and the person who checked me out didnt understand that the laptop was serviced under the Asurion Plan. They told me to come in and they would give me a total refund, which I did and they did. They made a mistake, and then they fixed it. And the laptop is working great. I recommend this repair shop for all techy stuff. They also were able to replace the battery in my LG7 cell phone, when Verizon told me all they could do was sell me a new phone.

Found you guys by calling google and they sent me here... had my phone back the same day and warranty by Google. Im glad you guys are here.

Had an issue with my phone of not charging. Stopped on a Sunday and Stan looked at it and determined that the ports needed cleaning. Within an 30 minutes he had cleaned them and had my phone charging. Great service and would highly recommend them.Bob

I set up an appointment with the store which was the closest to my house 12 miles. The appointment online was confirmed for 4pm. When I showed up they were closed!. Conducting training. No calI, no email, nothing. Pretty inept ! dont think I want them touching anything let alone $1200.00 phone when the Cant even get their appointments right. Very frustrated! I wont be back.

My experience with uBreakiFix was great! The employees were professional, kind and enjoyable! They were super nice to my toddler, who talked their ears off! I have a Samsung phone that had a cracked screen, which they did a great job repairing and for a reasonable price with everything that had to be replaced! I also brought in a Kindle, with a cracked screen, and they took the time to check it out, and even though they could fix it, they advised that Id probably be better off replacing it bc the cost to fix it was so close to buying a new one. Also, it was Best Buy who recommended I come here to get my phone fixed.

I broke my screen on my Note10+. Other than the broken screen phone functionality was still intact. Brought my phone in and they stated 3-3.5 hrs to performed repair. Now as I have no other form of contact in stayed in town. Fast forward to 3:10pm i walk in to get my phone where I and now informed that not only us my phone not fix... it is also non-functional. Now the power button doesnt work so phone dont turn on. The guy tested all phone functions before to see what else was needed and was agreed that phone screen just needs replaced. Soo he hands me my phone and proceeds to apologize then offer 10% off and iPhone repair.... soon now I had to purchase a new phone and still get my note10 fixed to retrieve all the pics off it since they cant be transferred because that damn phone no longer turns on.***update***Have called corporate 2 times now since the 8th of Dec. And both time they said they would get with me within 2 or 3 working days.... still have no reply

Just installed a new version of windows and I got a message that my display driver needed to be upgraded. Brought my computer in and told them what the message was. They wanted to charge $100 for diagnostics and then additional fees for hardware. Well it was a display driver so shouldn’t need hardware. Looking on the internet it’s a very common issue with the upgrade, I just thought they’d be able to do it quicker than me, but not for $100+ Parts that wouldn’t be needed. That’s a scam.

Went in to get my screen replaced. Excellent service and repair. Done within two and half hours as told ( time does vary depending on how busy the store is; so please keep that mind if things are taking a bit longer than anticipated). Reasonable prices for excellent repairs.

Son wanted his ps4 fixed took it in in which they called to say they cannot fix it bc it had insects in it. I was surprised to hear that but who knows so had the hubby take the whole thing apart come to find out there was no insects 🤔 glad I saved my money bc my husband and my seven year old fixed it together! Either way it was an uncomfortable environment hearing the coworker arguing while I was in store waiting for diagnostics... I HOPE the manager can be more nice to the young man in the store working for him.
