The owner of this place is a threatening and non customer focused person. Yesterday I bought a 2500 cool mint vape, 15 minutes later, it stopped working so I went to return as I live down the street. When I tried to exchange, the owner told me no and I need to pay 20 more dollars. I expressed my frustration as a loyal customer, and the owners response was to pull a 22 caliber pistol on me. He then wanted to fight me so I left. The police were called and recommended staying away as this is not the first time this has happened in his shop. I have no reason to lie about this and am upset I lost my nearby smoke shop. Please be careful when going here, as I never expected to be a customer and have a pistol pulled on me.

I have liked this little smoke shop for awhile now. Its not a large store, but they work hard on on getting a little bit of everything in there, except cigarettes (very limited selection). The guys that work there are great!

HORRIBLE customer service !!! I never met the shop owner that I assume this was him a short light-skinned Arabic man was very rude, would ask me what I wanted then wouldnt let me say anything or I couldnt even tell him what I wanted he would just keep talking over me telling me I was wrong and that I didnt know what I was talking about. The store was also selling THC products that were 100% THC no CBD at all like dispensaries and I said okay I looked at some stuff and I asked questions about it that he refused to answer he just told me its THC and I dont know what Im talkin about I told him I have a medical card and I was telling them dispensary rules and he was telling me I was lying, and I didnt know what I was talking about even though Ive had a medical card and been in the marijuana industry since 2016. And all of the brands of THC products he was selling in the store where unknown brands that Ive never seen in any dispensary and Im sure that hes not even allowed to sell them and I would have never said anything if he wasnt a complete D-bag and wasnt completely rude to me told me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Im a welder and I just got done working a 14-hour day in Prescott working on the Yavapai Hospital and drove 2 hours Home was completely tired exhausted mentally and physically and I just wanted to come and brows the store a little bit by a few things to make my days coming up that I have off a Lil more enjoyable and then he refused to give me service and told me to leave his store. I said have a good night and left never caused any problems never raise my voice even though he was sure to raise his voice and talk over me every time I tried to speak. And I was also the only person in the store it was completely empty I was the only customer .All I know is the Arab Smoke Shop on Greenway one mile away is going to get all the business and their shelves are always full they are never out of stock of anything, they always have fully Stuff tobacco fully stocked glassware types of bongs dab rigs butane detoxes I have never once been there and ask for something that they could not supply and theyre open later than the little Amsterdam Smoke Shop what you walk in there and it looks like its closing down cuz all the shelves are empty whenever they do have glassware its cheap from Mexico and they price it like its homemade and blown in their garage by a professional glass blower thats been to school for 10 years and and invested over half of his life in his trade but none of their glasses like that

Just moved from Cali recently and found my new joint for picking up supplies. Filled with your normal smoking goods, they also have CBD cigs and are stocking up on THC products too! Staff knows what theyre doing and the owner is the ultimate homie.

These guys sell kratom that they weight out themselves and put into sandwich bags, cross contamination for sure, not sure if thats why I got sick the next day, but you never know! Check the picture, thats one of the bags they sold me. Also their price is not anywhere near good, $41 for a hundred grams. 67th and cactus smoke shop just dropped the price of their 120 gram container to 25$, worth the drive for more and the savings, its also cleaner, more professional and way stronger than this places junk. Also, just order online if you can, you can find kilos of kratom for under $100 if you look right.

Stopped by after moving back to the area. A little surprised at how different this shop is from what I remember. Gone is the wall to wall selection of tons of glass, replaced by what seemed to be mostly vapping products. Small selection of glass pipes and rigs, from what I could tell were very much overpriced. The guy behind the counter was super freindly, I just couldnt justify buying anything in the store. Its a shame to, because went in looking to buy a new dab rig. I had plenty of $ to buy anything in the store I wanted, and left empty handed. Bummer!

This is the worst smoke shop... live in neighborhood across the street for over 4 years... went here a few years ago but they were never open on time and prices were high, hang at the sports bar next door and everyone there told me to go down the street... much better, I just stopped in to little Amsterdam because I needed screens, screens I buy for .99 cents or less elsewhere for a package of 5... I just purchased 2 loose screens from a bucket and a 15 year old behind the counter said 2 dollars... really $2 for 2 loose bowl screens... will NEVER go here again... not even in a bind, charge someone else $1 per single screen

After searching MANY smoke shops I have finally found a great store in Little Amsterdam. I have found that at most smoke shops the staff has no idea what theyre selling in regards to vapor and e-cigs. This isnt the case with Little Amsterdam. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store is always stocked with the latest devices and supplies, and if they dont have it they will get it. I cant recommend this store enough!

I would love to check out this store but Ive been here twice and both times they have an open sign on in the window but you get closer and theyve got another sign saying be back in 30. I was there for an hour no one showed up. In the time I was there 5 or 6 other people came up to shop and couldnt.

Wow.. what a selection of glass.. more chillums than Ive seen anywhere in a long time. I recently decided to stop using the shop near me and took a chance to drive out and check this one out. Always running low on tobacco and filters. Might as well stop at the shop in the Frys plaza. It has been hit and miss the past year of stopping there on getting what I want. Every time I am told order is coming in on Thursday - I go back on Thursday and they are still out. Just no worth the hassle anymore AND their prices are higher than the other shops.

Not only that, but they sell lots of smoking materials that should be outlawed since they ultimately can kill people. I can only comment on the service I have received end the selection of vaping products, as I do not use their other products. I decided that I wanted to start using an advanced personal vapor so I visited Little Amsterdam I was extremely impressed with the service I received. I told them my budget and gave them an idea of what I thought I was looking for and they set me up with some great gear. If you are looking for vaping mods, tanks, rdas or e juice and you have not been in here for a while come back and check it out. They are constantly expanding there vape selection. It has almost doubled in just the last month that I have been stopping in. The staff built my coils in everything I have bought and told me when I needed them replaced bring them back and they would take care of me. They are great.

After being a loyal customer at LASS for over 4 years, I purchased a series of E cigs from them. All were shoddily made. David even admitted that they are very shoddily made. He replaced one E cig for me twice, the first time was free and then I paid for the second one. When that one fell apart he of course upgraded me to another brand, more expensive and he assured me that if I had any problems with it he would take care of me. Well, it lasted two months, but for a $60.00 item that is not very good. For over a month david, Armand, and Dad told me they would have the part I needed next week. I would give them a 1 for customer service.
