Its close and convenient for cigars when I dont feel like fighting traffic, (or participating in the fools parade as I like to call it). Not an extensive or impressive selection, but its close.

Bought a pipe it broke unwrapping its a clean break showing poor glass weld. I showed it was never used and proof of purchase just 2 days prior. This business sells poor quality products they dont stand behind go shop elsewhere. Do not recommend!!!Its entirely possible this broke instore while being wrapped as I said I unwrapped it and it was broke. Its clear the glass weld was not good. I fully understand not being able to warranty after use but I can show no use, the price sticker was still on it. I was only asking for a bit of customer service and taking care of a new never used product that when looked at will not show its been dropped (yes dropping and breaking shows a different kind of break vs poor quality. Thanks for responding but it only shows you do not stand behind your poor never used product and acting like a sketchy business. All the above is my opinion and the only facts are bought days prior, never used, poor glass weld. Based on the facts support should be offered but all sales are final and you dont stand behind the poor quality products you sell in my opinion or prove me wrong and take care of an exchange I never requested a return.

Well stocked store ! Clean! And very friendly staff. The prices are good. They have a discount membership I have gone in when the place was busy and the staff went with it and some how or another kept track of every body and who was next.great place to go. The manager has a couple times went out of his way to understand what I needed the recommend items accordingly. Vape juice who would of known there was didderent types for different setups.? I know that now! Found out what was using wasnt meant for my vape which is why I was going through coils so fast. Well I rarely vape now yet I still go there for other needs. Give these guys a try. You wil, be glad you did.

Recently visited and was shocked at the prices. I have literally never seen a smoke shop mark up something over 500%... Their website says family owned and it listed 4 different locations I believe, so I was actually assuming the cost there would be lower as that means they are buying at much bigger quantities. But I suppose the only thing that is important to them is the money not the service they should strive to provide for their community nor the reputation they should WANT to create for themselves. fyi loyal customers are worth their weight in gold...Not going to be visiting here again sorry....

This store will RIP you off!!!! Sales staff are a joke. No return policy at all. Spent over a hundred dollars on e pen and coils, used it 2 times and could not get cool out. Brought it back and was pretty much told I was screwed!!Got a loyalty rewards card yesterday and could not even get my$ 20.00 back on that. When I started to get upset was told not to raise my voice at the girl behind the counter. But I was not raising my voice. Then said if I were to raise my voice they would know it. At that time was told not to threaten her even though I was just stating a fact. Called the store where I was told the owners were and got a bull line about sales guidelines.Then was hung up on. After this the girl behind the counter came outside and threatened to call the police on me as I was typing this review. Customer care is not a thought here just making a buck on hard working people such as myself. I say if any one wants to start a pick line at the surprise store I am in. I work hard for my money and do not take well to people who just take advantage of others. I will check back on reviews to see if we can make it hard for these thieves to rob anyone else. Fraud is a crime that does not get unforced by the people enough. Stand up for our rights people!!!! Enough is enough.

Went in to pick up a new 510thread battery and an employee showed me a few but seemed like she was bothered and not very engaged with showing me more options. After leaving with the device I purchased I realized it wouldnt work for my needs. I took it back with a receipt the same day and asked if I could exchange it for another one that they had shown me. She asked if anything was wrong with it I told her no I didnt use it I just want to exchange it for a different device. She said that she wouldnt do any exchanges or refunds if the product works. Not that she couldnt. Nothing stating on the receipt that I couldnt bring it back for a refund or any policy. Why provide a receipt if its worthless just as the claim she made when printing the receipt and telling me if I had any issues to bring it back and she could try to fix it. She didnt attempt anything but losing a customer for lack of service, courtesy, and clear policies.

I wanted to quick drop a review for this location as well. I understand how there are certain aspects that can only be handled when you have a smaller chain in the area and even though the gentleman and woman here (I originally bought my defective vape kit) were not able to help directly they knew who I had spoke with earlier and helped me greatly! My first time in Smoke Away was here, they both were great, courteous, and enjoyed just getting some information on some of the new equipment that keeps coming out for those who like to vape! So thank you for the customer service as well! As they started to pick up with customers, I was more than happy to look around and decide on some of the information while they assisted and got back to me right away, hence as I wrote on the other Surprise location, I will be a Smoke Away customer for a very long time!! Kudos to you both!!

Everything that I have bought, roughly 75$ worth of stuff is pretty much garbage. I will go to little Amsterdam and try them next time I need to purchase anything. I use my equipment for MMJ so there is no way to return my garbage. I will count my losses and chalk it up as a learning experience.

This place is horrible. Worst smoke shop. I bout two vapes from here they don’t have any spare parts for the vapes. That we bought from there store. I brought the vape with me to get triple mesh coils and they still gave me the wrong ones. Now they won’t return them because I don’t have a receipt The guy never gave me one. The lady goes you can come in Monday to talk to a manager. This place is trash.

SOLD ME A CRAP UNIT AND WILL NOT EXCHANGE IT.I bought a middle of the road ($40) electronic device and didnt work right out of the box. I returned to the store within 20 minutes and they wouldnt exchange it for a working unit. They guy couldnt even give me a receipt for the transaction he gave me. Dont waste your money with these scammers. I went right across the way to the vape store and dude took care of me and even sold me a much better unit for the same price. Garbage!

So i went to this store and they took care of my complaint. Been going there every since. Will never go back to the Reems and Bell store.

The selection was decent, and the staff were great, but the prices made me wonder why not all Smoke-Aways are created equal.

The woman who helped me didnt know a thing about the products they were selling. Question after question she couldnt answer. I bought a vaporizer and brought it home and there was a piece missing that basically made it unusable. I called the store and the woman who sold me the product put me on hold for a while and then asked if she could call me back. I gave her my google voice phone #, if you havent used google voice it prompts the caller to leave their name so that I know who is calling me. She thought it was a voice mail, hung up, and assumed I would call back. Even if it had been voicemail why wouldnt you leave a message? I drove back up to the shop to take the unit back when I got their she stated that she sold me the wrong unit. She then told me I could have store credit. I replaced the vaporizer I bought with another one that cost less. I told them it was bad business that they sold me the wrong product and wouldnt give me my money back only store credit. Why would I want to come back to that store and spend money again with such a crappy policy and unknowledgeable staff. She then told me that her hands were tied and it was the store owners policy. However, he is out of town and couldnt be reached until Monday at their avondale store. She also didnt know his last name not that I really needed it but it seemed odd that she wouldnt give me that information or didnt know what her employers name was. All in all I am dissatisfied with the way Smoke Away handles their costumers and will not be back in to do business with them.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE! This is not only the worst smoke shop experience Ive ever had, its the worst retail experience Ive ever had. I purchased a vape, brought it home, and it was defective. We tried to return it the next day. The customer rep plugged it in and confirmed it was defective. So I asked for my money back, and they said no. I asked to speak to a manager and they declined. Ive never experienced customer service like this in my entire life! They will be getting a charge back from my credit card company but forcing me to go through all that over a defective item (that they agree is defective) is absurd! Stay away from this place!
