This place is filled with happiness and plenty of comfort food. You wont want to leave. Yummy!

Nice cozy atmosphere. Lots of delicious pastries to choose from. Their sandwiches and soups are great. They have large salads. Youll feel good after eating here because the food tastes refreshing and clean. Staff is always nice. Only thing stopping this from being a 5star is the price. Great for a couple people enjoying a nice lunch. Expect to break bank with large group.

The place is nice and clean. The food was not so much as traditional.Ordered a half pastrami sandwich on sourdough, the bread was right out of the bag thing, not even toasted. Two thinly sliced tasteless pastrami, tomatoes, onion, lettuce, a dab of mayo and another dab of mustard. Really? Tomatoes and lettuce in a pastrami sandwich? What happened to the pickles? I only tasted the tomatoes and the lettuce, was tempted to remove the pastrami from the sandwich, eat it and dump the rest in the trash. But I was invited to join some friends, so I was respectful to them and ate the whole thing.Never returning to that place again.

This location can be very inconsistent with quality. Sometimes its excellent and sometimes (like the other night) its subpar. Their sandwich portions and taste are good and usually better than panera. I recently purchased a tomato soup bread bowl on Saturday night though and was dissapointed. The bread bowl tasted very stale. The soup itself was unappetizing, tasted burnt, and had a separated greasy consistency. Not good at all. I wish they had their corn chowder right now because that has been very good in the past. I will try it again to see if there is improvement.

Just found our new favorite spot! Restaurant was clean, bright, good atmosphere. Employees were friendly and efficient. Prices were lower than Panera (and the food tasted better, as well as having TONS more options). And the dessert display case.... Im drooling just thinking about it.We tried it all -- smoothies, lattes, sandwiches, soups, cheesecakes, and breads -- and LOVED every bit of it.

Prompt and courteous staff. Very clean and tidy. The pastries and the bread look and smell amazing, but I only had a fruit tart so I cannot remark on the potential yumminess of the bread.

I consistently order the Thai chicken salad here. Service is always great! To the lady complaining about the girl doing her side job first I say, Get real and be considerate Of service workers everywhere. Enjoyed the mint brownie the best! Had a turkey bacon avocado sandwich which is slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, bacon, Kneaders sauce, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, salt & pepper, avocado. Served on Focaccia. Yum!

Food was good but floor sticky... VERY sticky. Employees just do the job, no real customer service. Take a pass on the cinnamon French toast- the caramel syrup is gross. Coffee is bad too.

Ordered cinnamon rolls at 7 am this morning and picked the up shortly thereafter. They were definitely yesterdays (or older) cinnamon rolls. I was very disappointed. My advice is that you dont order ahead but instead just go inside and make sure you get todays batch!!

Stop by for breakfast the food was good and the wait staff was nice. The restaurant looked very clean. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to make me an iced latte instead of the regular hot which I appreciated. The food was great but took a little while to get out to the table.

Kneaders is 1 of my favorite places. I love the Homey feel of a good home cook meal with all the comfort foods & flavors. The staff is SO sweet & helpful. They know what TURE CUSTOMERS SERVICE is. Thank you Kneaders for being a stand-alone company...a light to other companies to follow.

My broccoli soup lid was not closed properly more than half my soup was in the bag ... The turkey in the sandwich was dry.. The bread rosemary something was really fresh and tasty. Just like Panera the sandwich was over priced. The girl at the window could be more friendly.maybe she,was having a bad day?

Food was great quality, but before we were finished the restaurant was invaded by over dozen unmasked people who came there for a bridal shower lunch. Completely inappropriate setting as tables were blocked off to maintain social distancing. An unhappy ending to an otherwise good meal.

This place is great and moderately. Had the tuna on macadamia nut bread. Devoured it. Was not crowded though service was super slow. I modified my order. Not everyone got the message.

This place has some impeccable traits. The customer service was awesome, both in taking the order and making sure we had everything we needed to dine. The menu variety was astounding, and took us awhile to decide. The sandwiches we ordered were cooked to perfection, and the pastry treats we ordered were delectable. We spoiled ourselves at ordering full lunches and several treats and it was still only 30 bucks.I will most definitely be coming back here for lunch to try the other sandwiches and desserts!

Called ahead to make sure they had the product we wanted in stock. We were assured they did. Got there 5 minutes later somehow they were all out. They could care less about customer service. Will never attempt to purchase from here again.

Visiting from out of state, came here for lunch for the first time. Our food was delicious, fresh, and abundant portions. Can split 1 meal between 2 people or save the other for later. Very clean & efficient establishment. Very friendly staff. The young lady (with long braids) who was continuously cleaning the dining area, and tending to things, greeted us, asked us several times how we were doing and if we needed anything, very sweet & positive energy, and refilled my lemonade for me. We really appreciated her, and she & the yummy food made our first impression of this place outstanding. Excellent customer service & quality employee(s). Wish I got her name to ensure she knew how much we appreciated her. Our visit was on 9/10/20 at 11am.

Let me tell you the French toast for breakfast with the cinnamon roll bread, strawberries, caramel sauce, and whipped cream are decadent! But this sugar cookie pictured is thick, dry, and flavorless frosting. We got it and it was so cute, but tasted day old. What we expected was not how it tasted for $2 a piece. Love this place for breakfast and bread, but not for cookies.

Went to this kneaded and ordered a Peach juice, LARGE mind you. Got to the window after she accepted the payment and she gave me what was on the LEFT. FOR $2.50 and change! Went to Panera Breas down the road and ordered one of their specialty teas on the RIGHT. Paid for that about as much as I paid for on the left. Im not happy! Feel like I was jipped

Last few times we have been here is has been bad, usually get the wrong item when it comes to made drinks like coffee and smoothies. This last time I paid 8$ for a sub par muffin top and a very burnt tasting iced coffee. I dont think Ill be going back anymore which is a shame because they used to be great when they first opened.

LOBSTER BISQUE in their sourdough bread bowl is to die for. Its like eating an entire lobster every spoon. I have NEVER gotten something an regretted it. The food is fresh and made with care. Also, the pomegranate tea is refreshing for the AZ heat!

The workers are very helpful and courteous. My brownie cookie was delicious, but thd zucchini muffin top was not. Also thd pumpkin cookies was delicious. My issue with this bakery is the cleanliness. After looking around up and down it needs to be cleaned.

Robin at Kneaders helped me out when I was in a bind! We needed a big group order, and I put it in online and it was declined last minute when I was boarding a flight. She got my order in for me via email, the food was all correct and tasted great! Great experience!!

Cashier was rude; didnt welcome me. I left a $3 tip for a $17 order because I didnt want the other staff sharing the tip to lose out because of her rudeness.

Very good food with a more intimate feel and refreshing menu. Definitely would go here before panera.

This place will surprise you. This place has an awesome feel to it. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.

Went here for the first time today. Got the lobster bisque in a sourdough bowl. Im so disappointed. The ”sourdough” which they call ”country loaf” was under baked, under salted and very dough like. It really could have used more salt and another 12-15 minutes in the oven. The bisque I would order again, but the bread easy reason for going. Very sad panda. 🐼

One stop in here and you will wonder why you havent stopped in before. Prices are great and tasty as well. You will not buy a loaf of bread from your local grocer anymore. Fresh bread for less than shelved bread in any store.Loyal buyers here now!

The full salads are massive for around $9, but the chicken crossiant sandwich is small for close to the same price. The salad greens didnt seem crisp and fresh and the parmesan chips were stale. This is just the first time Ive been there, but Id give it another shot. Wasnt so bad. Loved the bread!

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch made of fresh ingredients, and served with a small side salad. We barely made it past the dessert case without breaking down and ordering one of everything because the desserts looked so decadent. This a soup, salad, sandwich shop, with with a nice variety of pasteries, including holiday specialties. They also have some lovely gift items.

Kneaders food is amazing and they also have a set up where you can make gift baskets for other people. Their prices are a little bit higher than normal but worth it if you need a yummy casual meal without breaking the bank.

This is a nice cozy place, pretty quiet when we were there.The cake and pastry selection is very nice and the lunch menu is pretty good.My Ruben on Rye bread was good, but the Ruben was nearly non-existent.The soups are okay, theyll let you sample them, but they didnt wow us into ordering one.The wait staff does need a little extra training on customer centric behavior, they are serving customers, not doing us a favor.Over all, well be back for their coffee, pastry and cozy atmosphere, but well grab lunch first elsewhere.

Love the food here but staff are hit or miss. I have both been at the receiving end of rude and have seen other customers treated poorly. If your a coffee lover skip the coffee here and hit up Scooters coffee or Sunsational Coffee down the road. Way better quality coffee.

Absolutely love Kneaders. Their provolone muenster cheese melt is my sandwich favorite. The all you can eat French toast for breakfast with whipped cream, strawberries and caramel sauce 🤤🤤 so good! And I always have to get extra of their sugar cookies they make with a hint of lemon flavor as well as their orange rolls. That they give you your choice of a pastry when you get a meal 👍👍! The employees are always so nice and welcoming at the Surprise location. Definitely give them a try. So much to choose from for the whole family!

I love the pastries and desserts here. Just last night I picked up the seasonal orange cranberry bread. If you like these holiday flavors, stop buying from the grocer chains and try the Kneaders version. You wont be disappointed!Also have had sandwiches and breakfasts here. Theyre very large portions and can tell they are made with fresh ingredients.

Was at Kneaders this evening and there were 3 very charming teens working. The Strawberry cream cheese pie was amazing! The place was clean, and well kept! Absolutely will be back!

I ordered a cake online and was very disappointed with the service. I called to see if I could pick it up an hour early and nobody seemed to know anything about my order. After getting that part worked out, when I showed up to get my cake I was told that the writing I requested on the top wasn’t done because the person who does this wasn’t there yet. The girls working the counter seemed clueless. On the bright side, the cake tasted amazing and was also very beautifully made.

Tried the breakfast this morning! Ordered the French toast in the drive through. Could have been warmer when I got home but the flavor was excellent! Orange juice tasted very fresh and there was plenty of syrup and whipped cream and strawberries to top the French toast. Would absolutely have breakfast here again but will probably eat in store.

Went for a quick breakfast to our local Kneaders. Pleasantly surprised! We usually have only gone for their delicious desserts! Grabbed a quick breakfast croissant with sausage, egg and cheese. (Plus a key lime tart!) I enjoyed the croissant and would order again! The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star rating was because the service is very slow, which seems to be the norm when we come in (it wasn’t busy).

Never let me down. Friendly staff full of smiles and the food has always been great. Clean environment clean bathrooms.

We are on vacation and try new places that weve never been before. Wow this place was a great decision! Great sandwiches, good soup and the kids eat every bite of theirs too.Friendly staff and to top it off my wife is requesting a pastry for dessert. Stop in today and was greeted by a lovely lady! She was very cheerful and helpful! I love the breakfast menu when I go. The only thing I wish I could change is how fast it is prepared. It is a place to go get great food, but if your in a hurry be prepared to waiting about 6-10 mins. This is the only reason why Im giving it a 4 star. Otherwise it is great service & good food :)
