Amazing, personalized customer service still lives!! I was looking for something unique ( not flowers) for my sisters birthday. Im on the east coast, shes in Surprise. I called and spoke to Tammy at Gifts to Go. She did a gift consult. She asked questions that allowed her to choose appropriate items specific to my sisters likes. Then she sent pictures and a list of the basket. It was packed! The finished basket was wrapped and had a lovely big bow. Tammy hand delivered the basket and several days later called my sister to be sure everything was to her liking!! My sister said, who does that!!? Amazing! Thank you, Tammy!

AMAZING customer service! I’m here visiting from Texas and I was looking for a gift to bring back to my wife. Tammy took the time to ask questions to ensure that I could select the best gifts for her. She truly made me feel welcomed and helped me in every step of the way. I love this store! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The gift baskets are so beautiful and creatively thought out by the owner for the individual who receives the basket. There are so many gifts to choose from, whether it be along the taste of Arizona flair, flags, Willow Tree art, and items made here in Arizona. I also love the added perk to be able to ship out right from the store via the contract Post Office to the place where I want my gift to go!!!

I would like to give a 5star review to Tammy and her staff. I go into her business almost everyday and they are always polite, friendly and helpful. As for the customer who gave the business a 1 star rating, I think she was either having a bad day or was just a rude lady who was nasty when talking bad about the products sold there. I personally enjoy seeing the different things that she comes out with. I have purchased items from her and they are great quality and I have never had an issue with the products or the business.Keep up the good work ladies.Virginia M

I have been shopping at this wonderful Gifts to Go almost since it opened and havent ever been disappointed with the products and services offered. Tammy, the owner, has become a friend with whom I am able to converse with as if I have known her a very long time and always shows concern for the happenings in my life. She has so many unique products and the postal unit has been a marvelous addition. I have a good share of my Christmas shopping done throughout the year because of the wonderful things she displays. I have used her service of gift baskets and what a marvelous job she did with that at a very reasonable price for the contents and presentation! Stop in and browse and you will see how right I am to praise this small business. It is definitely worth it.

Gifts to Go brings to mind gifts shops from back home where you can find something for most everyone on your gift list. The shop has a book nook stocked with mostly Arizona authors works, ranging from books read to children,books for children to read, for tween, teens, young adults and adults. There are food stuffs from Arizona ranging from several types of Salsa, crackers,cookies and locally produced olives,olive oil and flavored vinegars. Gifts baskets, both ready to take home and custom ordered and assembled are available. For collectors of Willow Tree, Gifts To Good is a select dealer with the latest figurines. Recently added are Arizona Beer and Wines. The shop also has a USPS Contract Postal Unit for out going mail. All in all a wonderful find and a great place to shop.

What a great place to get that special something! From personalized gift baskets to beer and wine! I have not been disappointed in any selection that Tammy has recommended. Gifts to Go is my first stop anytime I am out shopping, going to the post office or just stopping in to see what is new in the store. The wine selection is fantastic!

Non caring and it showed by the owner not dawning a mask when I entered nor did they require customers to wear one. If theyre not going to give a dam about my health or yours, why on Earth should we care if this small business survives. Post office is just another mile down the road and the little nic nacks are overpriced for Chinese made garbage anyways.

Great small post office yet pretty much full service. The owners and staff are always friendly yet professional. Service is always fast and I never have to wait in line to be greeted by a grumpy postal worker who thinks they are doing me a service! I never go to the big post office on bell anymore as service was always awful and you stand a chance of being killed in their parking lot! Also a perk is the gift shop is great. I have often bought gifts, cards, wrapping paper, etc there. I definitely recommend this place.

I like finding item that are unique. They have a very cozy warmth in this shop that you dont find anymore. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a gift that will be remembered as special.

I was extremely disappointed that I drove over an hour because the website said they were open, and when I arrived, there was no one in sight. Maybe do your patrons a bit of a favor and follow the hours that you ya e posted and actually be open when you say you’re open!
