The holiday selection of candles is wonderful, and the store is in almost pristine condition. My only complaint would be that the employees are rather pushy, trying to upsell damn near everything you look at. As someone who enjoys shopping with his fiance in peace, this ruined our experience. If this doesnt bother you though, youll thoroughly enjoy shopping here.

I just went today for the grand opening. It was wonderful! There was something so special about walking in and knowing it was a new, fresh store. I will be spending a lot of time here in the future! I am so glad to welcome this b&bw store to my city!

I not only love the body washes and lotions. I love the customer service! For example, I can go in asking for a citrus scented body wash and I am taken directly to that product. The customer service is so excellent I keep coming back to buy more.

This is one of the larger Bath and Body Works I have been in. The store is very clean and the team is very friendly and helpful.

I love Bath and Body works. I was ecstatic that they brought on to Surprise. I have 2 high risk children that cannot go into stores so I checked the times on Google that the Surprise location opened which it states 9am! I arranged childcare and scheduled my errands for the week with my last stop to be B&BW. I arrived at 935am this morning and they don’t open until 10am, which is the time I had hired a sitter for. I am highly disappointed; waste of time and money because my other errands could have been with my children in the car. Change your hours, please.

Always clean and fully staffed, a trip to Bath and Body is always a pleasure. Its one of the few stores that always has a friendly greeting the minute you enter.

Nice weekend deals

I’m used to everyone at bath and body works being so friendly and welcoming. My visit today was a little iffy. I needed help finding a scent, I had to interrupt the two employees talking to each other right next to me to try and find it. They were talking about personal things and I tried to make it obvious that I was lost but whatever. The girl helped me find what I was looking for and told me the specials. But was kind of rude lol. Then the girl at the check out counter was unfriendly as well. I just asked a simple question as to if the promotion has been applied. I never doubted she did it or not, I just needed help understanding my receipt as to how it was applied. Again was kind of rude. I said “okay great thanks, have a good rest of your day” and she said “next customer” lol idk I usually have a pleasant and fun experience every time I go, but this one was a little off. Idk if I just didn’t get the tone right cause of masks, I just wish they had a more pleasant tone talking with me 🤷🏼‍♀️
