What a great shop to get work done on your bike, very professional and extremely helpful people. Will do all my future business with them and will be recommending them to anyone that needs help with there bikes. Had them install a new tire on the front of my bike

Spoke to Adam 10am, stop by after work 6:45 pm, he tells me kill an hour, came back it was done. Mind you they close at 5:30pm. Adam & Danielle are good people making a quick work for him made life easy for me! Thank you.

Adam looked far and wide for an exhaust baffle for my bike that seemed unattainable. When I finally found a great deal on a complete muffler at Arrowhead Harley, Adam was good enough to lend me a hand pulling the baffle out of it. He went above and beyond, making sure it was ready for me to install & even polished the chrome endcap I brought in from my pipe. You wont find a more honest and hard working bike shop in town!

These guys are awesome. The owner literally started and worked in my bike until midnight so that I could have it for the next day. At 5 when it want complete I figured work days over guess Ill get it tomorrow after work. He calls me at 9 and says hes almost done so I want to get it first thing tomorrow or come get it tonight. He called me when he was almost finished at 1130 and I went and picked it up. Seriously beyond my expectations. He did a bunch of extra little things when he had her open too just because he could see they needed done. I will definitely be back next time

Adam (the owner) provides awesome down to earth and honest opinions about parts and bikes. I had questions about purchasing a bike/s and figured out how he feels about riding and different levels and experience of riders since I was going to be buying a bike for myself and the my lady. He gave me a lot to think about; me being a bigger guy, the handling of bikes, and my needs and wants of a bike. Thanks Adam for the honesty and information. I WILL be taking my bike/s to Adam for repairs, maintenance, and modifications when the time comes that I do purchase another bike!

A great shop and professional environment. This is the only place I take my gsxr1000 to get any work done. The bike always feel faster every time I get it back from these guys.

Okay so theyre deleting my reviews of this shop. I had my bike here for a month. These guys lied over and over about their work and the progress, turns out they didnt do any work at all and lied about it all. So I went to get my bike and adam threatened to keep my bike and that hell charge whatever he wants if I want my bike back. So I had police involved to get my bike back and to another shop. Do not bring your bike here. Very poor customer service and negligence on every front. This is not a good shop, Arizona deserves better than this for local shops. This did happen, I had to pay them to release my bike after they did absolutely no work. He tried to cut corners on my gas tank repair, even after my insurance gave the go ahead for a 100% swap out and repaint, these guys tried to find a used tank instead of just starting my process and doing it the right way. He admitted to their trying to cut costs, he yelled at me, insulted me for being a daily bike driver and still expeded me to let them keep it longer. It took a month to figure out that this shop is fraud, this is my true experience and I will post my review again if you delete it. This is what happens when you try to rip people off, their voice is a voice and this is a true story on how this shop operates. I did nothing to deserve being lied to, I did not deserve to be ripped off.He tried to tell me he did call and follow through with his texts, but he did not. Unnecessary to text me at 8pm and then never call me back until I came in to get it out of there. And yes, he texted me and here is the last text, regarding my bike.Hey bro Adam @ KDs Just heads up I have not forgot u it out u on back burner. Before I sealed deal and est. I got call back on tank,or any painted tins for your bike and not 1 is available.😡So plan B well plan C actually. I will call and go over tomorrow with u. Also we r finally all moved in and ready to rock and roll. Ill talk with you tomorrowHe never called me the next day. He didnt even call that week. I got my bike back a week after that text, with police involved.

Called KD cycles asked them how much it would be to diagnose my bike. I was told 85$ an hour. The guy said shouldnt be more than an hour and if repairs are done there the 85$ goes towards the bill. So I have my bike towed all the way to there shop in Surprise. When I arrive they say that its going to cost like 600-700$. I made it clear on the phone I wasnt looking to have it repaired just diagnosed. I dont know if that was just some trick to get me in there and hope I would say ok to there prices but now Im stuck with the tow bill there and back. Waste of time and money thanks KD Cycles.

Stopped in on 5/29/18 to have a tune up and oil change. as I opened the door I heard staff yelling at a customer saying they dont work on imports, Harley only! From what I gathered listening they apparently had his bike a while. If this is how they deal with customers, id rather pay more up the street. Id say Poor Customer Service at the very least
