Ive had a few friends use their lights and wanted to give them a try. I placed my order around 9, by 11 they had called me to say I might have ordered the wrong part number. We got it sorted and my order still went our the same day. The fact that they reviewed my order and called to ask has earned my business. Most vendors would have just sent it and I would have had to return, reorder and wait on the correct part. If you want the same level of customer service you get walking into your local shop than RRI is definitely the place to shop.

This a great company! I’ve ordered from them a few times now. My orders have been packed and shipped out same day every time. My first order was just a pair of smoked lenses for my softail totaling $6 bucks. When the package arrived there was a hand written note on the invoice thanking me for the order and a pack of badass stickers. I now run their LEDs all the way around my bike. I installed the Blazemaker headlight and some Sigz front and rear turn signals. These are AWESOME, very bright and easy to install. RRI has great customer service, they are always there to answer any questions you may have. Keep up the great work!!!!!
