I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on. She was on the phone no problem. but when her call was over she said a couple of words and then the phone rang again. She answered it not paying any attention to me standing at the counter waiting on her. I was told that they are busy. I guess to busy for waiting on people at the counter. They dont much care because they have a lot of business now. But guess what rude sales people there is other paint stores in Surprise

This is my go to paint store. The service is wonderful and great quality paint. Sarah is usually who helps me and she is awesome. She is so efficient and helpful.

Looking for a paint color for my kitchen. They had quite a few to choose from but it would have helped to have someone assist me with it but no one offered

The sales associate that helped us was very polite and helpful. Their paint selection was limited and there was no “designer” on staff the Sunday we went in. We needed to have our colors picked ASAP for our builder. They did have some color palette literature we were able to use to make our selection

I wish to thank the staff for there assistance, More importantly I was very pleased with there practice towards COVID. All were masked and cloves were worn. Again thank you.

Do your homework before going to the store, they will sell you the most expensive product they have! I told the woman I was painting the entertainment wall in the living room (no wear area) and the paint she sold me was the interior / exterior Astroshield. After coming home and reviewing the website this is allot more product and $$ than I needed to spend. Again dont rely on a salesperson.

I was treated awful Im a doctor was trying to get some paint and the person who waited on me was extremely extremely rude!

They mixed up my paint color, but made good on it. Customer service needs a little improvement but the paint is superior. Painted a wall that had crack repairs which I thought was going to take two coats and it only took one to give smooth, solid coverage. They have an excellent range of colors that beats Home Depot.

Good selection and lots of painter supplies. The paint though is more expensive than the big box stores but its held up to the Phoenix weather for 3 years now on my pergola outdoors. The interior still looks great as well.

Its a little satellite store. Has most stuff but not for bigger projects!! You might have to go another store!! Call ahead!! 😊 staff is super nice and accommodating!!! Keep it up yall!

We went there to purchase paint for our concrete pool deck. The associate told us to start with 2 gallons and we could always purchase more if necessary. Well, we did in fact need another gallon, and after purchasing found that the color was considerably lighter than the original 2 gallons. Now the deck is two tone and VERY MUCH lighter than the color swatch. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with my results. Although the paint quality might be superior to a big box stores (that remains to be seen), the inconsistent color mixing is unacceptable and toasted almond looks white.

Good quality paint, great customer service. Always use a paint store for paint especially when trying to match existing.

Needed some paint color matched to repaint some drywall patches but the color was not right. Have to go back to try and get it right.
