We are refinishing our kitchen cabinets. The lighter green was the sample they gave me, which is true to the color I asked for. The nearly black color is the color they gave me when I went back for the full size in the actual cabinet paint (emerald urethane), it was supposed to be the same color. Now granted, I should have known right away it was wrong, but it didnt look as dark in the can, and Ive never used the urethane before I wasnt sure until after we sprayed it. We called the store right away, and were told they mixed exactly what we asked for, which is obviously not true because if you look on the labels the colors that went in to my sample and the colors that went in to the urethane are totally different. We were also told they had already closed up and couldnt fix it until tomorrow. Im doing this after working all day, and getting to live in a torn apart kitchen until its done. Now, I get to re sand, re prime, and re paint all week. Not to mention the cost of the materials to re do everything. This is not just a little oops and it should have been dealt with immediately. Not taking responsibility and trying to say its exactly what we asked for is ridiculous. Very disappointed and very frustrated with all the extra work this will cause.

10:22 am on Sunday and it’s still lights out inside the store. Typically not a problem except when you’re working on a commercial project and need more paint and have waited 40 minutes for the store to open as scheduled at 10 AM. Fail!

The owner/manager really cares. I know its hard to believe in this day and age but he really does care. With that being said, it goes without saying the service is fantastic.

Matt the manager and Felix the assistant manager are probably the best two man management team Sherwin Williams has ever had. Their customer service is second to none. Theyve put together such an amazing team, Mason, Leighanne and Doug are great. I know that when I come in no matter who is up front, theyve got it locked down. I recommend this store over all others. I even drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to THIS Sherwin Williams store when we have projects closer to another location.

Today I stopped into this location for assistance with grabbing some paint on my way back home from visiting some relatives. The associate Lauren was unbelieveably helpful with figuring out the color I needed, even when I wasnt sure what I needed! I had an idea, but she brought it to life... this is a trait you dont find in most employees now a days. She was extremely helpful, and also very friendly. She really went above and beyond to help me, and now my wife will finally be happy with the color I picked out! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location, hopefully to get help from that same associate! Thanks again!!!

Sales person went to a lot of trouble to match paint to some bought several years back. Took some time but when I repainted a section of my wall with scratches once paint dry matches beautifully.
