I know 5 stars is a pretty strong review but I cannot find fault with my latest purchase at Fenton. I am a big Toyota fan because you can run these cars well beyond 10 years and of course the Toyota dealership is where the value is really added. We were looking for a fairly hard to find model (CH-R) color and equipped exactly as we wanted. Jeff K and his team told us you tell me what you want and we will get it for you. A few days later there is our Blizzard Pearl CH-R equipped EXACTLY as we specified! Car buying made very easy was our experience! Zero hassles! I should also mention service after the sale because a year ago my 2015 Tacoma had a problem last spring (past warranty) and they took care of that in my favor. This gave us the confidence to stick with Fenton. A big thanks to Jeff, Mitch, and Ned for making this happen, we LOVE the car !!

After looking for a Honda Accord for about 6 months I came across an advertisement for an accord at Honda of Keene. Despite the fact that it would be about a six hour round trip drive to purchase the vehicle I was very interested in the great price as well as the majority of positive reviews about the dealership. The overall process purchasing the vehicle was great. Once we got home we discovered a few minor issues with the car. I called the folks at Honda of Keene and they immediately helped me solve my problems with no hesitations. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone even if it means a bit longer of a drive for you, it will be worth it.

Went with a friend to look at a Mazda Miata that the dealership had advertised. It was her deceased husbands dream to own one. Joel Richardson was a cheerful, compassionate, and knowledgeable accommodating sales representative. The cat was much more special than we expected. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Servicing is timely and the waiting area is comfortable with TVs and free coffee. Car is always ready to pick up on time if dropped off. Always recieve a free car wash coupon with service which they said is good to use any time. Have a few sitting around, just dont get out to that area much so I havent used them.

I bought a car from the Fenton Family in 2010. I had the absolute best salesman Ken Colby. He went above and beyond to find us a car. It was just what we wanted the entire experience was pleasant. I had my car serviced there. Great friendly service department that didnt make me foolish with all my questions. I was so pleased we had a great car with great service.Fast forward 2017 of course Ken has long since retired. I have never felt so much pressure from a salesman. I repeatedly told them no I was interested. They called me repeatedly at home and work and repeatedly ran my credit report after I repeatedly told them I was not interested. Very disappointing.

Such a terrible experience with the service department. I made an appointment days in advance for whatever time was convenient for them. They said 1:30 on Wednesday. I showed up on time and was asked what the problem was. It was my check engine light came on. they asked if I had any other issues I said my wheel shakes when I hit the breaks going over 45mph. The man told Me it would take an hour and a half to diagnose. I waited around for hours. 5pm rolls around and Im told the fix for my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT was a $975 full break job. I brought it to my friend and turns out it was an O2 sensor. My vehicle passed the MA inspection without spending $975 on a break job on a car I bought from this dealership a year ago. Highly dissatisfied.

These guys mount and balance tires for super cheap. Good for alignments too.My girlfriend and I brought her 200k Mile Volvo here for some service. The car needs a lot like most 200,000 mile cars do. These guys didnt try and sell us all sorts of stuff but were up front about problems they noticed, things that needed fixing right away and things that could wait.Factory trained professionals at a super cheap price. Doesnt get much better than that.

Bought a car from here and got told everything on the car is in perfect shape. A few months down the road now Ive had to sink a tin of money into my car that I got told was in perfect condition. When I brought in my reciepts for possible reimbursement they told me its my fault for beating on the car yet I have not dine anything but baby the thing. Told me they would call me back and have yet to do so very disappointed with how I have been treated and the service. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

I purchased a car from Fenton family dealership approx 4yrs ago.I was grossly over charged to the point I am currently 4 1/2 times upside down on my loan. The value of my car is a little over $700. I owe over $ 4,3000.In addition, the car had issues right from the beginning with the breaks, the electrical and problems with the transmission. When I brought to them before my 30 day warranty expired I was told there was no problem with the car and refused to fix any thing. I had to pay for all repairs myself..This car has obliterated 9, yes nine batteries in the first year and a half. I now have to disconnect the battery after every use so this battery will work. The car constantly locks me in and I am unable to unlock the door to get out of it. It took me an hour to get out of my car the other day and I ended up having to climb out the window. That is not an easy task as I am disabled.When I contacted Me Fenton directly about these problems he refused to here me and refused me to there complaint dept . I was told they would look a at the car for a sizable fee and I would have to pay for all the repairs my self. I have had to put thousands. Upon thousands of dollars I into this car in the past year and it still won’t pass inspection.Every chance I get I let people know that Fenton FAMILY DEALERSHIP TAKES ADVANTAGE of older disabled woman/people. They will not have my return patronage EVER nor that of my family and friends.i hope others will learn from my agonizing experience.Jaye Foster

Great service here, they get you in and out in a jiffy and they will fight for the best insurance rates for you and maybe even give you a long warranty, my mother bought a toyota corolla S here and those things never die. They also have the best way to test the brakes.

I went there to have the recall for the airbag inflator done. While I was there I went in to the sales department to ask about what Honda had coming in the way of electric cars. The sales manager was surprisingly unprepared to answer the question. All he could talk about was what they currently have which, not surprisingly, is not much. Honda is planning to start production of car in 2019, but he was completely unaware until he looked it up online while I was standing there. Service department was good.

I bought 2 cars here in the last 5 years. Had to come out multiple times for an air bag recall that should have been fixed in one trip on my Avalon. The Camry I bough is a lemon. It makes a squeaking noise the dealership refused to fix. I brought the car out for an oil leak test. I was told the car passed, meaning it wasnt down a quart after a thousand miles post oil top off. This is a little off since the last 2 times my light to change the oil came on, I was down 2.5 quarts. My oil pressure came on today right after the light came on to get the oil changed yesterday. I have never had a car in 30+ years that had this issue. It has a defect and they dont want to fix it under warranty. I have darkened their doorway for the last time. My advice would be to find another dealership if you want good service after the sale. Everyone is nice to you until you sign the papers and drive away after buying the car. I am very disappointed by the way our cars were serviced, or lack of it, for warranty/recall issues.

I was made to be humiliated for being honest and doing my due diligence in pursuing an issue with a vehicle that was under your power train warranty . From the sale I was told the whine that sounds like a jet engine plane taking off and irritates like finger nails on a chalkboard is common, may go away and now to be lived with. Upon investigation I learn of an issue with trans-axle whine which has a known TSB. I wanted to be fair and pursued with your dealership on two occasions for which I will not go into the data you already have.The short of the issue was I was assured Mr Fenton authorized a swap into another vehicle regarding the 2011 Rav 4 6 cylinder as a reman transmission fix was not a guarantee that the trans axle whine would be solved. Pursuing for further detail never got answers so I looked for similar Rav 4 years, 4 cylinder and perhaps a generation 4 engine . As I stood at the dealership to take out a 2012 Limited to determine if the noise would be present, BK stated I would be owing some 2000. on a swap out- same vehicle as mine one year newer except 4 cylinder and closest to model year that was on the lot. BK told me that a swap out is never heard of - am I am fool? was I to be embarrassed or bullied by his words. You decide ? This after stating if i went with a lesser vehicle they would owe me money.The abrupt change in BK this morning pushed me out the door so I guess Mr Fentons trained his sales manager well.I believed that JW had understood what I have been up against and had gone to bat for what would be the right thing to do. Heck I spent three hours on a busy Friday having his staff confirm to Toyota the issue after having another dealer diagnose the issue when your business brushed me off on my due diligence in coming to you in the first place.I can only guess that you each sleep comfortable at night knowing what a fool you played me for today.Swap implies the exchange and is defined as such. Since no money was ever discussed in relation to a swap and if as you all believe there is no issue with the 2011 and you state you wanted a satisfied customer the swap out to the 2012 model rav should have happened.UPDATE/RESPONSE:To be real they did bring a RAV 4 for me to test drive which did not meet our needs as the cargo area is smaller . I requested to try a 4 cylinder 2012 at which point you stated that if I drove and liked it you would need $2000. more for a swap. When Mr.Kenney raised his voice and confirmed he had lied about the process for a swap( that Jason had told me Mr. Fenton and the sales executives agreed was the right thing to do) we decided to leave out of fear of what Mr. Kenney would do.Had the salesman told me it was a characteristic of the Rav 4 we would not have purchased, he stated all Rav 4s have that sound and could be tire noise and after driving a bit it likely would not be noticeable.This dealer knew of an issue with RAV 4 transaxle system and all could have been resolved in a civil person to person exchange.Your dealership attempting to say I am unhappy is deceitful to others as I am not looking to be happy-satisfaction under your power train warranty was what I wanted.
