I had a very good experience with Honda of Keene. The customer service and maintenance staff were great. They were very kind and transparent. They walked me out back and allowed me to see what was wrong with my car. Im not much a car guy and I always have a fear that theyre trying to fix things that dont necessarily need to be fixed to add to the bill. This was the most transparent experience Ive ever had with a car repair. And they were flexible with coupons and seemed like they had my best interest in mind. My advisor was Shane Robinson and my technician was Tyson Smith. Thank you gentleman, much appreciated!P.S. I also got a free car wash. Not much but was a nice touch.

Service was very thorough and Shane kept me informed about the status throughout my wait. He was knowledgeable and provided useful advice to keep my Honda running its best. I went for a key copy and they recommended over $700 worth of service that I didn’t need. Most of the routine maintenance I already did myself so I know for a fact it wasn’t needed.

I picked up my brand new vehicle on 3/24/21. The service department had my vehicle ready when I arrived, so I did not have to wait even one second. It was meticulous. They cleaned it beautifully. I took the extra option to have the under carriage rust proofing done and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend having your vehicle fully maintained at the Honda of Keene dealership, so everything is serviced properly. And...they are on time with their appointments...absolutely NO waiting for your vehicle to be serviced...!! Love em...!!
Picked up a new to my son honda, staff was great! We showed up around 5, test drove left around 8 with a new car. Jim was great answered above and beyond what was needed.
Mike was great. He was friendly and courteous, and told me exactly what they would be doing on my recall. He informed me that everything was in good shape, so nothing needed to be done in regards to the recall. He then gave me a list of other things that I should be aware of. Everything went smoothly and was done quickly. In the end, he gave me a coupon for a free car wash that I could use at any time. I was very satisfied with the experience.

Just leased a new 2021 Honda HR-V from Honda of Keene and the process went positively swimmingly. I went in knowing that inventory was low due to the chip shortage, so when they told me they had an unsold HR-V on the lot I pounced! It was the top trim level and came with so many awesome features, I really love the vehicle inside and out.I also came in knowing exactly what I wanted for lease terms, which made the process very easy and painless. Dan, Jon, and Derek were a dream to work with, I was in and out on my lunch breaks signing papers and working my deal.They were able to give me a VERY good number on my trade, which helped me stay right-side-up on my previous vehicle. Scam Alert !!! I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV from Honda of Keene. One of my reasons for purchasing it was the Lifetime Power Train Warranty. I always had the required services done and about a 6 months ago the driveshaft carrier bearing failed. I brought the car to Honda of Keene and they told me that the driveshaft was not part of the Power Train warranty. Last time I checked and according to Honda the driveshaft is part of the Power Train. BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT especially when dealing with Fenton Family Dealerships.
Id like to give my thanks to the crew at Honda of Keene for a great buying experience. March 19th I went to Honda of Keene to hopefully buy a new to me car (used), and found the 2 cars I had called about the day before, warmed up and waiting for me to try out. There was no pressureor pushiness. I was told to go where I needed to go to try out the cars even run an errand if I needed to. After trying out both of them I picked the car I wanted and was able to drive home that day with my new to me car. Thanks again Will Hoyt (sales) and Derek Winchester ( fill in general manager) and Honda of Keene crew for making it a pleasant not painful experience. Terrible service. Be cautious and price check if youre a customer.I recently went through the ringer with problems with their service department.1. I was charged for maintenance I didnt agree to, which the NH Attorney General Office just told me was illegal.2. I was told I needed a TPM that I didnt need. Another dealership fixed my TPM issue in 2seconds with a TPM wand. Honda wanted to charge me $280 to replace the TPM. Before the fix, I called around and price shopped - 2 other local dealerships priced the fix, part included at $120 & $150.3. Honda told me I needed other required maintenance. When I asked if it was covered under warranty, they then changed their story and it was no longer required maintenance.When I called to discuss the issues, service manager was unresponsive and his main priority was finding excuses to why I received such poor service and was charged for maintenance I didnt agree too.If you experience similar issues, please file a complaint with the NH Attorney General and the BBB.

I paid to have installation of accessories installed in the new vehicle. The seat covers were not installed properly. Now I have to go back again to get it corrected ( 1/2 drive ). The goal of having paying for the installation so that it would be done right did not seem to work. Everything else was fine - I will continue to give them other chances, maybe it was just a bad day.

I recently bought a used Subaru through the salesperson Sabrina. Relatively new to navigating the realm of big, new/used car dealers, she made me feel welcome, helped me with big decisions, and worked with me through every step. Its very rare you run into a salesperson that is a real person like she is, a salesperson that feels very much to be on your team. Also, Dan in financing was very helpful in negotiating a good rate and helping me to navigate upsells such as extended warranties. I left feeling that all of my decisions suited my tight budget, but most importantly also instilled confidence in my investment. After this confidence inspiring experience, I will be buying all of my cars through Honda of Keene for the foreseeable future.

Have never had a problem with Honda. Always quick in and out. They do not do any work on my car that I dont authorize first which I appreciate. If I cant afford additional work that day, I dont feel any judgement on the part of the service department.

The car she recommended was not on my list and it was the first one I test drove and ended up buying. She listened to what I said and now that I have the car it is exactly what I wanted. Jason took care of the paperwork and offered excellent advice regarding additional insurance and services without any pressure. Nothing like a pandemic to make you initially nervous about shopping for a new car. But the folks at Honda of Keene were amazing. The store was calm, safe and professional. And we were instantly at ease. If you get a chance to have Sabrina as your salesperson, youre very fortunate. We were. She is friendly, knowledgeable, super low-pressure and just plain cool. It was the first and only place we went. Sabrina zeroed in on our needs right away and worked extra hard so we could have the car (with all of our special modifications) ready in time for a road trip. Our family now proudly owns a 2015 Honda Pilot. We only wish we had more cars to buy, cause wed do it there.

I just had some of the best service I have ever had as a car owner today. I bought my 2017 Honda CRV used from this dealership last year. Unfortunately, I drive a ton for work. My rear brake calipers seized up and I need new calipers, pads, rotors, and fluid pressure adjusted once replaced. Shane in the service department was tremendous to work with and even helped save me money as well as getting in the car to hear the crazy sounds and diagnose the issue. Shane has gone above and beyond in helping me, in communicating the issues, costs, options, etc. He even had the work done well earlier than originally described. He, and the Honda service team and management stepped up and made me feel valued. I know that the next upgrade of vehicle in a few years will be with my Honda team, because that’s actually what they’ve been.. my team. Thank you Shane, and everyone that’s helped at Honda. It is appreciate.

Overall we are very happy with the experience and are looking forward to dealing with their service department in the future.

My experience at Honda of Keene was absolutely fantastic! I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at so I sent an email to the dealership and received a response as soon as the dealership opened. I was then sent a virtual tour by the salesman that I worked with, Lawrence (Larry) Gilman, that was very detailed and thorough. Lawrence made sure to keep in touch with me as the morning went on answering all of my questions and concerns I had about the vehicle. I decided by early afternoon that I wanted to test drive the vehicle, despite living almost two hours away, and if all went well finance the vehicle. Lawrence was able to assist in a speedy approval, I was able to take my Honda home that night, and after all that this wonderful gentleman stayed over an hour past close to detail my car, wash it, and put all the brand new equipment that I purchased into it. I was so grateful for the entire experience and Honda of Keene is a dealership that will now always have my business. I highly recommend taking a look at their lot and speaking with a sales rep if your in the market for a Honda because they will immediately make you feel welcome and do their very best to find the perfect car, truck or SUV for you. Your service department customer service representative was very pleasant, thorough and clearly explained what my oil change service would include. All work was completed and the paperwork I was given at completion was explained well. I only wish that I had been told when I called to schedule my appointment that all your technicians were going to have a recall meeting that morning. I was thinking this straight forward service would take 1/2 - 3/4 of an hour not the more than 1 1/2 hours it took. I could have come another day if I had been told. Aside from the excessive time this simple service appointment took I was pleased with my visit to Honda of Keene.
I had a 9:30 am appointment for recall and oil change check coolant. I told them I was going to wait for it. My truck set untouched until 11:30 am they then changed the oil and it took 35 min I asked them why they didnt work on my truck until 11:30 reply they were busy. Then they told me they did not have the part for the recall. If they told me when I drove in I would not have waited I live 50 miles away. They changed oil and rotates tires things I had to pay for and told me to reschedule for recall. Which means I have to drive 100 miles round trip again pls wait two hours for the work to be done. I wasted a day and have to waste another day . I would not go there again the service SUCKS!
Bought a brand new Honda CR-V. After mentioning to Zachary (Head of Service), prior to every service including the 1st one that my tire air light comes on within days of each service I was told I needed 4 new tires at 6 months old in order to pass inspection. Seems to me that the issue was a low rear passenger tire that was defective from the start which created the issue. I bought 4 news tires and have never had an issue with the light coming on. No more service or any new vehicles from Honda of Keene! Did speak with head of sales Peter about the situation who said he would look into and call me back but he never returned my call. I moved on...BUYER BEWARE!

I felt that I was treated fairly and got a good deal with both my new ruck and my trade in. Going the extra mile to help me with registration was great but helping set up my insurance was even better. The whole p[lace was very clean, even the service area.

I had my 1st oil change at Honda of Keene on my new 2020 Honda CRV last week and I was very happy with the service visit. My Service Advisor, Mike, was really very welcoming and top-notch in his knowledge of my vehicle. He answered all my questions and came out and looked at my car a few times. He explained so many things about my car that I did not know, a fabulous tutorial. He had the service tech complete everything on my list. They even touched up alittle scuff on the side of my car that someone did. I was so appreciative andthrilled. It was a very positive experience and I would give Mike an A+ report. I really liked the complimentary hand sanitizers at the front desk for the patrons and the complimentary car wash. Everything was completed within an hour which was great!!

It wasn’t the worst servicing experience I’ve ever had, however, it was far from the best. Just overall sloppy with the work. If you’re in a rush and independently wealthy then this is the place for you. Got the job done, guess that’s what’s important.
Servicing my CR-V was very well done, from scheduling to completion of the work. Additional work -- replacing the front break pads -- was explained clearly and then performed within the time promised. Not only were the tires I bought on sale, they had an offer for Free Tire rotation for the life of the tires when you purchased an Alignment and 4 tires. The free tire rotation saves me $ 20 each time essentially paying for the Alignment.Then to top it off, they gave me a 10% discount on the cost of the Alignment!Quality work, fair prices and they go out of their way to accommodate their customers.

Had my car in yesterday for oil change a inspection. They took my car right in and let me know what I needed done for inspection and then did the work in a quick manner.

Please do not trust this dealership. I took my car here for a state inspection. I was told it needed new tires, all new brakes/rotors, $1,800 in repairs total. I knew something was off because I just had a flat tire, and I was going to replace all 4 but I was told the rest looked good.But this is when it gets really disgusting. After handing me this massive bill, they then try to push their repair financing credit card on me to pay for it... To top it off, they never gave me an official vehicle inspection report, which the state requires they give with each inspection. When I called them about it later, they said their printer was broken. If that was true, why not tell me about it earlier? Probably because they didnt do a real state inspection but still charged me $40 for it.I decided to get a second opinion at a mechanic I knew was honest, and they passed it without even mentioning any of the things Honda of Keene said needed fixed. I think they saw a young guy in a nice car and thought they could take advantage of me. I will be reporting this place to the state for failing to provide an official inspection report, and I will also be reporting this incident to Honda since they do not deserve to be a licensed dealer.
The man who sold me my first car worked really hard to get me exactly what I was looking for in my price range, very straight forward, honest and not pushy at all(Tim). I love my car! I researched my Honda Fit extensively before checking prices at Honda of Keene. More expensive then other sub compacts but twice the car. Honda of Keene was easy to use online and when I went in to get my car I was very surprised at how nice the place was. I will have my Fit serviced there as it is just the perfect service department. All in all very happy how everything went.Update.Service at the Honda of Keene garage is very nice and clean. I will continue to get my Fit serviced there.
