Very helpful. Fast service for ordered parts... Overnight. My second visit was great also. While on the road, I stopped at another Advance Auto Parts. I bought a tire inflator that turned out to not work when I tried it at home. They exchanged it here in Sycamore without hesitation, then let me try the new one to make sure it worked. (it worked). The service here is excellent and the products are great.

Make sure you keep your receipts for warranties. Their computer system only keeps records for a year or so. Autozone does a better job looking up old warranties in their computer using your phone number.
