I have three gauges from those guys and the first time I send a gauge for repair I regret buying them in the first place. Worst after sales and customer service EVER. Had to wait a month for the replacement and once received it was the wrong item and now have to wait another week and a half for the correct replacement 🤞and last time they told me a week and a half it took them a month to solve it. You guys lost a customer and the way you do stuff you gonna lose more. Zero professionalism
Purchased the AirDrive dongle and three gauges. The dongle never would connect to the gauges. contacted AutoMeter through their online contact form twice. They never bothered contacting me back. Called their customer service department on the phone. They said I could send the dongle in for REPAIR. The dongle never worked from day one I told the customer service rep I wanted a new replacement dongle, he said no can do, only REPAIR. I am sending everything back including the gauges and getting my almost $1,000 back. Similar reviews on their own website which obviously they dont read.
Purchased A BVA 2100 battery tester, failed after 30 days, has now been out for repairs fo 4 months, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever.Have been left on hold 40 times so far.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
AutoMeter is simply the BEST gauge products around!! I have used nothing but their products for over 30 years and have nothing but superb service from them. I’ll admit, I haven’t had to contact them but a couple times for customer service, but I know that 2 times I did I was well taken care of. Bought a new 5” Tachometer and had problems with the shift light right from the start, called them about it and they had me send it infor repair. Last night was delivered a brand new tach in the box with everything to go with it!! No fuss no muss! Kuddos to AutoMeter and their great staff!!
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited over a month for a replacement meter, still dont have it. Have spent almost 2 hrs combined on hold, and still cant get anyone to call me.
If you have a problem with an Innovate product - dont ask them for help, they wont answer you.
Talked to Jim and Steve both knew their stuff but couldnt help me with my product. Then I got Max he helped me out and my guage is working.. for help on the lc-2 call max
