I had came in to get a tire changed. Place was packed out, thats cool, I dont mind.They have the tire I want but cant put it on the day of because of time constraints, thats okay.The manager, whos name I will withhold, told me that no other tire shop was open that day and I would have to come back on Monday, although I had already came from Walmart TLE and they were changing tires.I go up the road and to the other Express Oil and tire center. They have my size tire and change it for me.Now why the manager of this store lied to me on both occasions is beyond me. I can only assume he was trying to save his sales instead of trying to help a brother out.Ill be going to the Express Oil on 280, instead. Theres good people there.

Ive always used Express Oil for my oil changes. They always do an excellent job and I love that you get to stay in your car! They check car functions, oil door hinges, and top off fluids with each oil change.I had to get new tires in March and they did an excellent job on that as well. I shopped all around town and they had the best price of anyone. I purchased the warranty and when I had a nail in one of my tires a few months later, it was free to replace!Staff was helpful and respectful. Would definitely recommend!

I arrived and was requested to wait. I waited over 20 minutes. They were finished with the two cars in the bay, and yet even once the car in front of me was done being serviced, they moved that car and never signaled me to pull forward. Then to service a car that pulled in to the bay next to me before ever even pulling me up. While having two men service that one vehicle when you had two cars still waiting. I’ve used express before and always have a good experience, but the sylacauga location leaves a lot to Be desired. 2/5 would not recommend

Had some A.C. work done, they gave me quote, worst case senerio. In the end, it was $240 less. That I can respect and they have a customer that will come back.

I moved here in my special Subaru Legacy and I went there to get my breaks fixed and they did a ok job and I learned from Hendricks Subaru that they damaged my car by putting the wrong parts for the brakes and they over charged me I’m never trusting them with my car EVER AGAIN it’s a shame they just don’t understand Subaru cars like Subaru does!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

I brought my car in thinking i needed to replace my starter and brake pads when i actually needed my master cylinder and ignition switch replaced. Josh and Terry took care of me and were EXTREMELY patient with me. i have anxiety and get overwhelmed easily and they were as polite as anyone could be. they were very quick with getting my car fixed up for me, they didn’t try to scam me (like most mechanics do if a girl goes to shop alone with car problems) and i was extremely comfortable the whole time. i’ll continue coming here until i move away from Sylacauga for sure. again, thank you guys SOOO much!!

Went to get new tires mounted and balanced and a front end alignment on my wifes 2011 Chevy Tahoe. Reasonable price for mounting the tires, checked front end and said it was good, so they didnt charge me for it. Not even a dime!!! I told the manager that good service was hard to find now a days, and that I would definitely be passing the word along that these guys are good honest people.Also, they got my business again with a front end alignment on my truck a few weeks later. Both vehicles are riding smooth and straight. Cant complain at all. Good people and good service!

Ive gone here a few times now. I went one time and David told me it wasnt time for me to get my oil changed. Im not used to businesses being that honest. Theyre fast, affordable, efficient, professional, and polite. What more could you ask for a business?

Was visiting from out of town and in need of an oil change. The service I received from David was professional and thorough. He took the time to educate me on the services and recommendations. He also filled my fluids, cleaned my windows and lubricated the door hinges. David exceeded my expectations in every way.

I got my oil changed and my brakes checked. They were really nice explained everything they did and why. I was very happy with the service.

Dont get a alignment here! Scuffed up one of my tires pretty bad. Then they did not tighten up my camber bolts and one fell out and a mechanic found it and now i have to get a another alignment and they almost caused a bunch of damage.

They have always done an efficient and quality job on my vehicle. Very friendly. Explain all options thoroughly before you pay for service. And, they help you save money when possible.

Had a tire leak fixed person that fixed the tire was very courteous and explained how he fixed the tire. Took very little time. The thing that was very bad was the staff that waited on me and took my money was very unfriendly very poor customer service skills. Will not go back.Express called me and apologized and sent me a coupon for a free oil change.

Staff was ok; could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. Service is about the same that you would get anywhere in this town. Price wise they are a bit cheaper for simple things but if its something major youll need to look elsewhere

I had all 5 tire pressure monitors replaced at this location in Dec 2017, I was not told there was no guarantee on the monitors after paying $441.00, 2 have since gone bad. I just had a oil change and the service mechanic told me I would have to pay $220 to have defective monitors replaced less then 2.5 years later. This to me is a rip off and had I been told up front that there was no warranty on the monitors I would never had them installed. I like the oil changes here but in the future will look elsewhere for mechanical work.
