Wish I could give it negative star review. This place is a joke and definitely wouldn’t recommend. The manager is a liar and didn’t even have enough sense to call to let me know that I wouldn’t be getting the phones that she said I wouldn’t have to pay a deposit on. Told me all I would have to just pay sales tax and then when I call to check on when the phones would be in the employee said she would call me back in 10 minutes. Ended up being more like 3 hours to let me know that I wouldn’t be getting the phones without putting down a $1400 deposit. AT&T is nothing but a rip off. Always will be.

Store is great, I should have just gave the nice lady $700 to start my business plan but I decided to be cheap and now I have 4 lines and only 1 of them work, literally the technicality of this service...I work online too. Time is money for me.

Great experience. The person to talk to is Mr. Bishop he took care of us and made sure all of our questions were answered. He even took extra time to ask us if we were happy with our switched and has been continuously checking to insure we are getting exactly what we paid for. He was awesome.

Lies and deception. Was told get gear smart phone for 99 cents and can get s8 for under 100 dollars. Next thing you know 300 dollar payment installment shows up on bill for watch and 800 installment plan for phone. Good luck trying to get out of the contract. Buyer beware of bogous deals and offers. They need to be upfront with you. Walk out the door with this watch for 99 cents now but you will have to pay 300 later. To hard to explain? No. All sale based. Hook line and sinker. Store is of little help. They always have to call corporate and text their boss for answers to questions..

Awesome experience! Bishop helped with all my needs. The store manager Mitzie has came in and improved the store in many ways. Also Sam made sure I was comfortable waiting while he was dealing with his own customers. All around exceptional customer service. Great job Sylacauga!!!

Very helpful to open an account but soon as you have a problem, the whole company goes into chaos. I ported in and ported out 5 days later, because cell service drops calls like a hot patato. Been fighting with customer service for 4 months about a $2500 bill that says I didnt return the phones but I have a receipt saying I did. If you have Verizon, the grass is not greener on the other side of the fence.

Scott, I believe that is his name was very helpful when I initially purchased my phone. Although, the store phone rang several times while I was there and the other employees in the store did not answer it.After finding out that the phone would not work for the purpose I had brought it, I looked to return it. Well this was after several attempts in trying to make it work. I called the store on the 14th day, because I had recently had a procedure and cant drive myself. I was trying to get someone at the store to see how I needed to proceed or if I could proceed, but the phone was never answered on the three times I called I was given the opportunity to go by the store today on the 15th day and was denied returning my phone.I understand that there are policies and procedures that have to be followed, but I feel this could have been handled differently. As a manager, I know that some times you have to go against policies to take care of your customers.... Just very disappointed in my service today.

They have the greatest customer service! Not only do the greet you at the door, they also walk you out! I was introduced to the Next program by Christy and thats how I got my new Galaxy Note 3!!!! I had issues with my sim card and the other rep Marquita was great with assisting me!

Very friendly until you have a problem then they wont answer the store phone and claim the district manager has to handle problems but wont give out his phone number so you cannot contact him. Will not come back here

I went to this store to establish internet service. I paid my $100 deposit in cash and was told my installation date. The day came for installation and no one showed. I reached out to the employee Scott who created my order and he said because of the rain there were delays. I ended up getting an approx. date for installation from Bishop which was on a Sunday(which At&t is closed...so how was that). Of course, no one showed. So I called At&t directly and inquired about it and was told they saw the account created but they saw nothing about my payment or info of an installation date for me. I made another $100 deposit with my debit card directly with At&t & I was advised to go back to the store to obtain a full refund of the cash payment. Ive gotten the biggest run around at this store. They tell me Im going to get my money back and theyd call me but NO ONE EVER CALLS ME WITH ANYTHING! Ive constantly had to go out to this store just to see what the status was and they always tell me they are working on it and would call! NEVER HAPPENED! I finally spoke to the manager Sam and he supposedly filled out the necessary paperwork on the computer so I could get my refund sent via check in the mail within six weeks. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS!! NO CHECK!! Went out there yet again and Scott informs me that Sams no longer with them and they now have a temp manager and he wasnt going to address him with the issue because he wasnt going to be there long. Scott said the district manager was coming to the store a little later that evening to drop off a customers phone. He assured he get my concern to the district manager once he arrived at the store and he would call me also once he arrived so I could speak to him. NEVER HAPPENED! I popped up on a different day and spoke to the temp manager and he agreed that it shouldnt have been this complicated and hed look into it. Come to find out the employee Scott made an error by taking cash instead of a credit/debit card. He rung it up as if I was making a cell deposit which allowed the acceptance of cash because if he rung it up as internet it wouldnt have allowed him to accept cash instead it wouldve prompted for credit/debit card. The temp manager said he emailed two different people on the cell phone side to see how he can go about obtaining my refund and he said hed call me. Things felt promising because it seemed he was being genuine! He said hed called once he heard something(which would take a few days). Ive given it almost two weeks and no call no nothing! I called a day ago to speak with the temp manager and Bishop told me he was with a customer. Bishop asked for my name, contact number, and reason for wanting to speak to him. Bishop said hed have him call and I thought he would since he was in the store. I WAS WRONG! IM STILL YET TO GET ANYWHERE WITH THIS MATTER AND MY PATIENCE IS VERY THIN AT THIS POINT! IM SICK AND TIRED OF THE RUN AROUND! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN PUT THIS MATTER BEHIND ME! IVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING!!! I know they have other things on their to do list but I feel that my situation should be some form of a priority given that the mistake was on the employee. It shouldnt take over 5 months for this situation to be resolved but when the workers arent trying to do nothing about it....nothing will get done! Every time Ive went out there everyone is just standing around doing the usual. I feel nobody is taking it seriously nor are they putting in a conscious effort to ensure I get my refund!! They never have to be concerned about me coming back to this store after I obtain my money!!!

Went into the store to get information on a lost phone with insurance was told not to file a claim just pay the taxes on a new phone went in the next day everything had changed could not get a new phone had to pay full price ended up filing insurance claim to get another phone incompetence is at flood level at this store
