My experiences at Metro have always been good, the manager always does everything he can to help me in any way possible and he has fixed many problems over the years Ive had Metro.. Every time i go my experience is great! The staff almost feels like a distant family...the kind that you see when you need something and they help you and send you on your way. Sorry but thats the best kind of family to me🤣

Ive been a customer for four years and have never had any problem, but I was treated like a newbie and over charged. So I recommend that any one going there should be aware that the employees will try to make you pay double for accessories that should be free.

Love MetroPCS! Knowledgeable employees, service more dependable than Verizon at a much better cost with the same high end telephone. They even have an easy pay program for the more expensive phones. I have no complaints with my switch or service and will never go back to a contracted plan!

Service was great! The young lady helped us by getting an upgrade on our phones. We got three phones upgraded w/unlimited everything for $100.00 a month. This is split three ways costing each of us $33.33 each. Also at any time I can add more lines for $25.00 a month per line.I love Metro PCS ❤️ They were helpful.

When you call the place of business. No one never answer the phone.

My wife went to this store last night to check something on our account. She was going to add a line, however, there was an older male employee who was disrespectful to her.He told her one thing earlier in the week and then when she went in on Thursday, he had said something different and had sold her phone from the safe. However, my wife was not rude she just let it go and was going to choose a new phone. He then came up to her and asked her a question and when she replied he wanted to debate about what he originally said so she corrected him polietly. Well so she asked if another employee could ring her up because she was uncomfortable by him and he told her the store was closed and she would need to come back in the morning.She was there 15 mins before closing and she had the right to be served and she told him that but he still refused and told her to leave and to come back in the morning. She asked for his name so she can report him and he refused to give it to her. So needless to say she left in tears because she was angry because he was lying ad being rude.So we are going to call head quarters and report him. I would not recommend this store simply because this is not the first I heard of them being rude to there customers. We will be switching services.

I just love the deals at the Sylacauga Metro. Twanda is my all time favorite. She knows her phones and always has a good deal for me. Everyone please go in and ask for Twanda she is the smiling face to the right. She is a blessing

Weve used Metro as you can see for years and yesterday when we added another line I was very unhappy with your worker. It was very hot yesterday and my wife and I had just picked up a puppy, she was in her purse. Your worker told her to leave. No one was in the store, she wasnt barking, however, she was hot. My wife left and stood in the hot sun. Your worker told me that she was allergic to dogs. She gave this phone number to us. 666-3331. Really? She wouldnt give us another. After leaving we noted her leaving your business unintended, without locking, and going next door to the dollar store. So, I guess its ok to leave your business unintended, but your policy is to let your customers suffer in the heat. Smh!
