The service I received was excellent; especially since Im basically deaf. Ive been sadly amazed at how rude, short-tempered and basically ignorant many people in a sales type position can be if they have to go even a tad beyond basic help. The young lady that waited on me was none of these things, thankfully!Actually, she deserves kudos from her employer because she was so patient, pleasant and never showed even a hint of frustration when she had to keep repeating herself for me. Im almost 62, havent always been deaf and used to own a business, so I speak from knowledge and experience when I say.....I would hire her in a minute!!! Her genuine kindness and respect did not go unnoticed nor unappreciated!!!!!
