This is the place my wife misses all the time. We have bought so many decorations, paintings, furniture, room accessories, outdoor furniture, pillows, curtains, towels, rugs, garbage cans, indoor sofas, bad set, side tables, art & wall decode, frames, housewares, clocks, sculptures, drink ware, food preparation, bakeware, flatware, bbq, bathAbove all their rewards system is great too and every now and then you get coupons to shop. All season decor shopping is amazing at this store and specially off season sale is unmatched.Easy return policy and friendly employees. Neat and clean store.Highly recommend Christmas shopping. Would of gotten 5 but the cashier at the rear disappeared and we ended up leaving without anything. But people that worked that day where super friendly and knowledgeable about products in store.

The decor Superstore! If you havent been here youre missing out. This place has everything you may want or need. They often have sales and clearances on popular items. The store is usually neat and organized. The checkout lines can be a little long, but otherwise great store and shopping experience.

Everything I could ever want and so much more

My wife loves this place. It’s like a home decor warehouse with great prices and huge selection of items for both indoors and out. Tons of lamps, wall art, indoor bar stools and chairs, outdoor furniture - with several different styles of each item.

This store is humongous, you cant not spend an hour or 2 in here if you check the whole place out. Furniture is crazy expensive and not really all that impressive, everything else is pretty decent. But the sheer selection of whatever it is your after is usually great. 4 isles of couch pillows. Outdoor section like no other. Its massive, really.

I love this store and have always had great luck. I found an amazing deal on a rug, curtains and a storage hutch.

Nice dining tables and furniture

Its like Homegoods but supersized! The prices are a bit high and there are quite a few damaged goods out on the floor that dont even have discounted prices on them and many many items dont have visible prices at all so you are left moving heavy furniture pieces around to locate price stickers on the backs of items, not many shelf tags to indicate prices either. Its near impossible to find a store associate for help with anything but the store does have a wide variety of unique items for the home

Great selection and prices for home decor

I’d give it a zero stars. Poor management control and certainly a safety risk. I witnessed an attack in the store as the “security “ stood with arms crossed do nothing. I got caught in the wind of the attack, and nearly fell on wall full of glass dishes. I yelled “do something “ and he ignored me. I’m not sure what the store policies are but I know that if I am working as a security guard in the store and I watch five people jump somebody else I’m gonna try to call for help immediately, I do my best to keep the customers safe. The victim was hiding behind me from fear that she will be attacked again, the security guard basically did nothing. The store manager never came up to the chaotic situation instead of a police officer came out of nowhere dressed in civilian clothes and started yelling at me when I was obviously in shock. Again the security guard standing in front of the store watched, as five people jumped one young girl that ran in the store while I was walking and she was at least 13 years old this is unacceptable, people need to feel safe and in the store anything can happen to you since it’s like a warehouse. If you’re coming here, be careful, you never know and obviously do not count on the security for they do not care if you get attacked or get hurt, and God for bid worse.

Jeff was very pleasant but the girl at the register by the mall seemed more interested in playing on her phone than doing any work. Store looks like it could use her help in cleaning. Looks like this store might be going out of business.Get these people some help. Store is a train wreck.How can you shop for a rug when there are no displays?Increase the staff and maybe they can keep it clean!

Great store always like shopping there

There are lights for sale. Accent lamps starting @ 14.99 there are a few on clearance. I think the sign said all red tags are 50% off. I really made my rounds looking for a lamp. The clearance was the 2nd lowest price (99cent city). The selection was biggest at Home store.

Huge store with many different styles, you can find anything you want for indoor/outdoor furniture & decor. You could spend hours just browsing to actually see everything. I found an awesome side table on 50% clearance way up high & I think his name was Wayne was more than helpful getting it down, and he also brought it out to the curb and helped load it. I believe he may be the manager, but if not he should be. He is the most helpful person I have come into contact with in a store in a very long time. I will definitely return.

During the COVID-19 quarantine my wife and I have had the time to finally redecorate some rooms in our home. At Home was our first choice. Super easy to navigate their site. My wife and I fell in love with this awesome Highland Cow print. It was hilarious and perfect for our living room. Long story short. Syracuse was out. But Jamie (store rep) was pretty certain that the Greece store had one left. She took it upon herself to call the store to verify. She called me right back with the good news...they had ONE left with my name on it...ready for curb-side pick up! Just amazing customer service. Really impressed by taking that extra step to make me one happy customer. Well done Jamie. Thank you for your time and patience! Well be back again and again!

If you buy a large item don’t expect staff to offer to help carry it out or even care how you do.

So I went in there with my friends looking to buy a couch for all of us, we went in there peacefully and proceeded to look at couches that would be fit for our room, we sat in the couches to see how comfy they were and how big they were so they could fit all of us, we weren’t disturbing anyone we were just minding our own business and about 10-15 minutes into looking a staff member approached us and told us we had to leave. We asked why and she said “i don’t know you just need to leave”. We were just looking to buy a nice couch but it seems like we will be taking our business elsewhere.

It was ok. I dont really know what to do with most of the stuff in there but we found pillows and a couple lamps. The lamps and shades were kind of disorganized, but we found something we could use.

I was very impressed by the selection and how much different inventory there was in this store. Prices seem to be overall very affordable and nothing seemed to be made cheaply I recommend this store for any of your household decorative needs.

This is a great place to do your shopping if you were to ask me. The store contains a huge variety of quality items and it is all well organized for you. The store is clean and the staff members are also very helpful and friendly.

I just went to syracuse caramel corn. This is a great place to get many flavors of popcorn and caramel corn. My husband got the small box of flavor caramel corn. They even let me pick out 3 flavors of their corn. It was great.

My family and I visited this store. You can find pretty much anything related to your home...furniture, rugs, mirrors, pictures, lamps, patio furniture, outdoor decorations, etc. We found several things to buy and many more that we would have liked to buy. The store is located at one end of Destiny USA (a large mall). It had its own entrance from outside, as well as a mall entrance. It is large, clean, and well-stocked.

I hoped to be able to talk to someone on the phone about this but there were no options to do so. I just want to give a huge round of applause for Crystal who was working there the other day. I came up to the registers and I guess only a manager was up front and he saw me and yelled out to her to come ring me up (he could have easily rung me out) she was talking to a co worker about another customer who had needed some help and had to finish up her conversation and then when she didnt come in about 20 seconds he yelled at her again. I have worked in retail and understand how it is when you dont get appreciated for having to deal with that type of nonsense. She was just absolutely fantastic and as a manager you are supposed to show your team that their job is just as important as yours so for him to have to make a customer wait to get ringed out just so that he can boss someone else around to do that was disgusting to me. If you are a manager and cant ring out a customer from time to time then maybe you should pick a different career. Once again Crystal handled it like a professional and deserves the appreciation for that.

Inexpensive cute decor. However, it doesnt seem like the best quality decor. Id choose Christmas Tree shops over At Home if possible.

Was very overwhelming size wise. No indication of where items were, had to meander through store to find products. We were shopping for barstools. No staff for assistance, many products were off like one leg shorter than other. After multiple trial and error, got 2 chairs. Hard to get to check out and when we finally got home, one chair is actually higher than other. They have a lot of options but you have to be vigilant in your choices.

Nice home goods store. Decent prices on most items, and a generous amount of clearance. The selection of artwork is awesome. Styles change frequently, so check it out once a week!!

This is a nice sized home goods store. They stock patio furniture and outdoor accessories, interior goods for all rooms of the home as well. Very easy to find what youre looking for and the staff is very friendly. Worth the visit if youre looking to redecorate a room.

BUYERS BEWARE! I wouldn’t give them 1 star, however, I had to in order to post a review. I recently bought a mirror $179.00, hung it up, 10 days later, a piece breaks off. I returned to the Home store, and they refused the return! Guess what the clerk said? “ We don’t accept broken merchandise!” Well to start, if it didn’t break, due to manufacturer’s incompetence, I would not have had to return it!! Shop elsewhere. Wayfair has quality merchandise, reasonable prices, and they accept all returns. I hope this post prevents others from wasting money better spent elsewhere.

I went to buy a very large mirror and needed help between the size and how high up the mirrors were. An associate by the name of Aaron assisted me and he was beyond helpful and pleasant as I asked him to take down several large mirrors so I could look at them together. I made my selections and he put back all the ones I didnt want without a fuss. Then he helped me all the way out to my car to get them all loaded. It is so rare to find customer service at this level anymore. Kudos to Aaron for going above and beyond and with a smile on your face, I really do appreciate it and for sure will be back to shop more!

Good selection but only one check out

This place is big and easy to get turned around in. The registers are hard to find. That is a complaint, but a small one. We went in because my wife wanted a blanket before we went to a movie. Very soft and it is now her favorite blanket.

It has ok furniture. Three aisles of pillows and stuff to put in or out of the house for every season. Fun to look at all the stuff you dont need.

At Home has a lot of interesting stuff and cute decor. However, it is a bit overpriced. Their clearance stuff is also a little misleading. We also asked for someone to come back to clarify what was on clearance and what wasnt for rugs and nobody ever came back. It was actually pretty disappointing.
