Best customer service experience in a LONG time! I live in NJ and was looking for Sto-a-way storage box springs and had no luck until I found them on-line at Metro Mattress and inquired via email about shipping costs to NJ. They were unable to ship to NJ but said they would send them to one of their locations nearest to me if we could pick them up. Brad the salesperson even provided the mileage from my home to their store in Hudson if we could pick them up. After prompt responses to all my inquiries, I am able to borrow a van, placed the order and will be taking the 121 mile drive to pick them up once they come in! I ordered this mattress online. Within 3 days I was contacted by MM, they scheduled delivery the next day. Delivery guys got there early but waited for me to get home! They made the process very easy, took my old mattress away, and were very friendly and accommodating! The mattress is unbelievably comfortable and was worth every $$!! Delivery men should have had booties on feet and attempted to close doors behind them. Were not satisfied with the beds being paired with each other when that was not requested. Since the problem was taken care of later, we are satisfied.

12 yrs ago bought a mattress @ Metro in New Hartford NY with 10 yr warranty. Very pleased with it 12 yrs later but needed a new one. Today (02/17/20) we went to Metro in Rome NY to buy another new mattress. Loved the salesman Carey! This guy was very knowledgeable-not pushy and a great personality! He knows his stuff and was great to deal with. I would recommend going to this store.

Found many great choices especially a great deal that Im sure Im going to love. I searched other sites but Metro mattress was a pleasure to shop.

Zero stars if I could. All sales are final period. No matter what you buy you are stuck with it. I was talked into buying a $299.99 cooling mattress protector to get the 30 day comfort guarantee not knowing that it did NOT apply to the mattress protector. The mattress protector is thicker than a basic waterproof one and fits very tight and made the mattress hard. This mattress protector is not good for a spring air Jamestown mattress. This was my second purchase and my last from metro mattress.

So easy to choose a mattress online. Received a call in less than an hour for delivery. Second time I have gone to Metro Mattress with absolutely no problems. Dont go anywhere else to buy your mattress.

Shawn was very helpful and was able to quickly help us determine what we liked and help us get an amazing clearance deal on a mattress which is exactly what we went there for! Very clean and professional place. Was greeted with waters and offered to take our coats. We ended up buying a mattress but the whole process seemed to take awhile. The salesman was very smart and knew was he was talking about but went a little over our heads on some things. Glad this hunt is over!

Obviously I needed to replace my mattress. This is usually an embarrassing thing to do...laying down on various mattresses in your preferred sleep position while talking to a complete stranger is just plain weird. However, Ken G. made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He listened to what I needed, showed me a few mattresses which fit those needs, gave me feed back, and gave me an amazing price. Ken even looked up an old purchase I had made and gave me a solution to a problem i was having with the unit after 10 years of use! I will be back soon to fix that issue and will definitely recommend Metro Mattress and the John Glenn store in particular to friends and family!
